i think it's more a case of the nerves needing to stop being so active, and calm down. then you won't have the pain.
Rose, she thinks stress is playing a big roll in this--I dont see how that can damage the nerves
sometimes I empty half a capsule onto a cracker…you can reduce the dose that way

pugs, dear, stress tightens the muscles in our body, that is the way our bodies get ready for fight, flight or fright. your muscles haven't let go because of the stress you are living with.

i think it will, pugs, as your doctor has ordered you to have it three times/day, which tells me it doesn't stay in the system for more than 8 hours.

i also take enteric-coated tabs for pain as close as i can to 6am, 2pm, and 10pm.

sprite, workcover are sending me to an occupational rehabilitation provider. don thinks it's an occupational therapist. it seems like W/C agent has had a good look at their doctor's report which says don't expect a full recovery.

I thought she told me they would be a low dosage of 100mgs but these are 300
the magnesium is a natural thing, it doesn't effect my other meds. which is great.
so between her and the drug store call in she must of changed the mgs
oh, dear, pugs. now the alarm bells are ringing. maybe she meant you to have 100mgs x 3/day. and inadvertently wrote a prescription for 300mgs.
she told me to go ahead with the pain meds I bought over the counter
