I have been to court many, many times, mimi, and the only advice i can give is bring your paperwork, every last scrap of it and have it all organized. The judges love documentation. Number 2 is keep everything as short and sweet and direct as you can. They hate long stories and having their time wasted.

My lawyer has everything organized and has already sent me a 3-page document detailing how I should behave, say and not say, dress, etc. They get 25% but I stand a much better chance having them there. They only do this type of litigation and have been in business a long time. No complaints against them either.

This is trickier than a straight disability case since I am no longer disabled and am trying to recoup the money they should have paid me when I was. Exactly right. I was very close to suicide only because I had no way to support myself and had to rely on family and friends. For a control freak like me, that is the WORST. But I am lucky to have people who do love me and are then when I'm in need. It is good to know that.

I've always wondered why that goose can't be pluralized. Does hawaiian not use plurals? or is the plural the same as the singular, like sheep?
