Rose, i seem to recall at the beginning of the year that you were talking of retiring in August. Is this still an option? You have been in pain for so long and I am sure working is hampering your progress.
totally agree, chrissie, work is definitely an impediment to my retirement. i have to sort out this workcover thing first. i will have the resources to retire in august, but if i do, workcover will no longer pay for any treatment i may need.
Oh, I see. Yes, you definitely should get workcover to pay for all your treatment as the accident happened at work.

I have this contraption that ties to the top of a door, and had a series of sandbag weights that are adjustable, and a rope runs from it, to a chin/head strap thing i war and I sit there for 20 minutes, 2 times a day getting my neck streched
