One of the first words I found, ru. ;)

I have one. :)
hi neil
And... no. :P
hi ru!
or7 if you are feeling left out
Hi everyone - logging in from Bellingham, WA tonight

hi nan
And I'm not an or6 or one of those or7, thank goodness!
Hi all, nbt
Hi cybernan.
Hey Sue. :)
No new icon tonight, I'm with Frank in the hospital and babbling on my tablet
thank you for the tr's neil
oh.. why is frank in the hospital tonight?
yw ru.
Aww, Sue. How's he doing?
Hi Sue. Are Frank's bloods still ok?
He has kidney stones. Also constipated; thry were worried about a blockage but apparently not.
Sorry to hear it's so hard
Hi all - sorry to read that Sue. Hope he feels a bit better before too long.
jeez.. that has to hurt
Hi Chrissie! His blood is still ok but it seems like not much else is at the moment
Oh no. :(
Glad to hear that, anyway.
That's tough :(
But they have given him lots of drugs so he is feeling a little better
Oh good!
Been reading your profile. :(
Right, I'll need to update it again
So sorry, Sue. :(
Goodness! How will they deal with the stones. Poor chap must,be in horrendous pain, thank goodness for those drugs.
Are they going to do something about the blockage and stones, Sue?
NBT/NBS
wd diz
wd dizgrannie.
WTG Diz
Dunno yet what they will do about the stones. It's complicated because one of the medications he's on prevents blood vessels from forming, which makes things very tricky.
Both of you are in my prayers nightly, Sue/
nn
hoof
and mouth (covering for NONO)
Wow, Sue. Hope they can do something about that and the blockage.
Me too, Neil!
Of course. Poor guy. :(
And poor you, having all this worry. :(
All best thoughts and energies your way.
Thank you!
FW
wow neil
good for you
good heavens -- not even half way yet and no 8 or 9
Yay Neil!
I need a p 6.. can't see it
Could I get a clue for tr8, please?
lickety has an extra word - po 6
It's a muscle protein involved in contraction, Marc.
Other than that it will be pretty tough to clue.
Interesting, broll.
And thanks, Sue!
ah
thinking maybe that is ru's word
thanks broll
it's pookas .. not in enable
yw
I needed a p 5 after all.. didn't look closely

Hi Rose and Marc
I am really stuck on po6, please help?
Hi Dianne, getting up in the morning and flying to HK
I hope they have lots of good movies.
Me too
What airline are you taking?
United
How long is your flight?
Chicago-HK at least 15 hours
It's like us going from here to Florida. HK to NYC then to Ft. Lauderdale. L- o - n - g.
yes I try not to sleep the night before so I can sleep on the airplane
po6, please?
I just started the p words.
good morning all
*hides the K words from Sprite*
thanks mel :D
Lol, how are you this evening?
Sank
Crap
it is halfway morning here, just got some bloodwork done. Now landing and relaxing, coffee at hand, babble for fun, and good company. I am fine. How about you?
*crap* is not found in this grid
Is the total for today 118 or 119
118, gran
Just took my meds so will probably be disappearing, if I don't drop my l
So Lickety has an extra word
Kindle and smack myself in the face.
lol mel! I know that feeling
gran, looks that way.
This is an ornery grid
it has an ornery K for sure
po6, please?
you know you are desperate when you try kohf
I have already put white out on the K, the f, and the p
hello Marc
Hello Sprite
Marc, I have all the p words and there is no 6. This must be the extra word on the list.
Ks killed
I have been looking since you asked earlier just not seeing it.
Bleh, bite me sprite lol
That must be the extra word from Lickety
{{hugs}} sprite dear. how was your day yesterday, and how was your night?
*gently nibbles on mels finger*
lolol...kinky sprite
heyyyyy rose *hugs* Yesterday was ok, took it slowly and the day passed. I slept better than the night before. And you, dear? How was your day?
I find out Thursday about the newest skin weirdness hopefully it is nothing but it has me a bit concerned.
in the pool this afterno4....physio kept a close eye on me. she says she will start pushing me just a little next week.
fingers crossed here, mel. Of course you are concerned. I hope the news is the best it can be. *hugs*
sounds good, rose! How are you feeling?
i started the day with a ferocious pain in my left hip. it burned terribly. physio thinks the osteoarthritis is advancing very quickly.
Well I have 3 uncommon skin diseases can a person possibly have 4? Lol
oh rose, that sucks :( Am so sorry. Hip pain is awful.
i feel good now, sprite.
Oh no granny the pool didn't help?
mel, maybe, but not a record worth aiming for, lol
mel....poor you, sweetie.
tomorrow is a day off for both of us...going to take full advantage of it...* watch out don *
I have fibromyalgia in my hip I know how horrible they can hurt.
Wooohooo you go girl!
hide, don, she will be jumping your bones!
mel, i am thinking i need some new x-rays to determine what is happening.
sprite, from your lips....
don't listen, God, rose is being naughty again
ugh, all those -uck, -ack and -ock phantoms!
Lol
roflol, sprite
He is laughing at me, rose. He says: I made her this way. Who are you kidding?
sprite, we have booked our little holiday of 6 days now, for the last week of november. we are looking forward to it very much.
I hope it will bring you guys all the relaxation you deserve. I think it is brilliant. Will you be able to babble?
Crud I cannot read this word but it is something like this, not**** ****thetica Damn doctors hand writing, the LS which you know about and, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
yes, wifi at all three places we are staying at. the last place has a spa available for guests.
Oooh very nice Granny
awesome, rose. You deserve it.
i am hoping it will inspire don to build the separate deck for our own hot tub.
sounds like more than enough to me, mel. No need for a 4th one!
I know the first diagnosis means where most people feel pain I itch and break out, which makes the LS flare up, which in turn makes the hyper crud lol
Oh that would be so nice for you Granny
*gently holds mel* you poor sweetie....not nice at all.
Well I look at it this way it could be worse I have my eyesight my hearing my brain and hearing so all is good!
i am thinking of doing a dry run in our lovely slipper bath to see if i can get in and out. a lovely long soak in warm water would be so nice.
Toss in some bath salts, light a few candles, and have a cup of tea!
and some very soft classical music in the background
you gals are on my wave-length...lol
Yes music for sure and a few sweets to nibble on, oh and don't forget a book!
can my sweets be don?
Rofl sure why not
rose, place a broom nearby. You can use the stick to get up in the bath (lie it over the rims and let don anchor it) until you sit. and then put it upright and use it to get to standing.
don has installed a hand-rail on the wall beside the bath
oh well, ok, lol.... much better, that.
in that case, forget the dry run. Make sure you have reaped the benefits before you try to get out. In case of absolute panic, you can pull the plug, let don wrap you in a huge towel and then proceed to leave the tub.
oh, dear!! don is in the kitchen talking to the sausages in the grill...houston?? do i have a problem?
not yet. But when they start to talk back, you better run!
Rofl
lolol
does the fact they are PORK sausages mean anything?
it means don is achin' for your bacon
oh, dear...i have completely lost it here.
dinner being served...bbl....in about 15 minutes. xoxox
There is a 9 in this mess of a grid? Clue it please, and thank you
enjoy your dinner, rose :)
Enjoy your food Granny
I just found them myself. Let's see, how to clue
a group of soldiers tr5, switch last two letters. + first 3 letters of number before 10. And plural.
Thank you :)
yvw :)
it means: a protein of muscle tissue that binds calcium ions and is involved in contraction. Right. Of course.
I would have never found that word
Figures it is a medical term
one of sprite's many babble rules: when there is the ending -nin, try everything that looks remotely medical. Same with -itis.
Yep same here just tired tonight
It is like oid words
no wonder, mel. Pain and itch and worry are exhausting.
oh yeah, -oid words, another free-for-all, lol.
I found the bonxie, lol
My daughter will be here Thursday to take care of me so that will be fun as long as they don't cut off my arm on Thursday lol
aw that is sweet.
I don't see a bird word or does it mean something else isn't that like a gull of some type?
they are synonyms for bonxie. Sk4 and 5.
yes, exactly, that kind of bird.
I have only one sk 4
Brb dog wants out
the bird(s) are the other ones. Sk4 and 5 combo. Try out some vowels.
One sk I have is music, the other ends in 2 vowels
and back having inhaled pork sausages with plum sauce, chat potatoes, peas, silverbeet and corn on the cod( small piece of one)

good morning, babblers
Burt is OK, but yesterday was a nightmare!
Oh dear, what happened?
g'day annie. xoxox
I go with Burt on all shopping trips now but I let him go to the local bank alone. he got lost,, walked to much and, finally, fell and had to be taken to the hospital. I was frantic but a friend helped me get him out of the hosp.
g'day to you too, rose, xxx0000
The police were wonderful and today the local one called, first thing in the AAM, to help me find the car
* eye roll * oh, dear, ruby.
no more driving for him and certainly NEVER alone. And he's already giving me a hard time about it
that is a nightmare, ruby. I hope you are okay
*hands ruby a glass of what does her good* here sweetie, sip or gulp...whatever is right for you.
((ruby))
{{crossy}}
and I think this is a harbinger of what's coming
i'm afraid it is, ruby. i think you had better start making plans on how to handle this right now, dear.
start by listing the areas where you thinkl you are going to need help, and the areas where you think you can cope on your own.
one of the main problems is his lack of language skill coupled with his bad hearing. He was terrified at the hospital until I got there, so you can imagine
sorry, missed my greeting, working and all, g'day folksies
poor man....and poor you....to have someone so completely dependent on you
good morning, nutty
it's very sad
brb
ruby, at your stage of life, i would think you are hoping for someone to take care of you. not the other way around. hugs and kisses my dear.

{{Trif}}

Bye Bichon
good morning, Trif :)
I got at least 1 from every tile...whew.
Pookah is a part of Irish folklore. Nothing friendly about it though.
I love my school schedule now....so nice to have a pause in the day before the onslaught starts
Ty molly...that gave me the HO 5 & 6
Anyone who has seen Darby O'Gill knows about pookahs.
anyone who has seen Darby O'Gill needs their money back
I thought Harvey was a pookah. must be remembering wrong
Harvey is the turkey that hangs out in my yard
nbt...whew
only one turkey, Nutty?
one boy is Harvey, two is Harvey and harold
two girls are lucy and ethel
No ricky or fred?
that is what I call my boobs, evan...lol
nope, I haven't named anyone ricky or fred yet, I tend to name all the animals
No LBD, you are right. Harvey was described as a pookah. Kind of a twist on Celtic mythology though.
nice little flock there, nutty. something has been killing our wild turkeys. only one boy left, and he's kinda scrawny
raccoon is mr swuggles, the tall ground hog is Dwight d eisentower
Do you live at a petting zoo?
gads, I am so tired today....hope this day goes by quickly....
heavens no, middle of nowhere with cows for neighbors, and they have names too
Nice!
Trif..how did it go yesterday?
sent you and babs an email
Just read it. TY
anyone have the extra po6?
Morning, all! I must disagree with you, Trif...I loved Darby O'Gill as a child and used to go to sleep imagining those little people living in my dollhouse and me finding all kinds of things for them to use to decorate it.
Hi Mimi!
((car))
Yeah Mimi, it was a movie made for kids. Not supposed to be an accurate portrayal of Irish life by any means.
<---- has not found a new word in quite a while now...
Car, how's the job hunt going? Send me an em and I'll discuss a possibility with you. Address in my profile.
Job search has been on hold. I need to get my back issue straightened out first and then reassess. Hubby truly feels that my time would be better spent here with mom.
Darby O'Gill, loved Sean Connery in it. a fun, cute story.
Darby O'Gill, loved Sean Connery in it. a fun, cute story.
I love Sean Connery....sigh.
I always had a vivid imagination and even now I can get into fantasy easily. When I'm at Disneyland I really believe I'm in a haunted house. It was fun for my kids that their mom was kind of a goof that way.
Molly, do you have the extra po6?
I walk through the Disney gate and I am immediately 7 or 8 again!
I bet your kids have some great memories of you and your imagination, Mimi
I am so looking forward to my grandsons' first trip to Disneyland. They're only 3 and 2 now, so it will be a couple more years.
The extra po is pookas
LOL...ty Molly
ty! tadone and finito!
Yes, dawg, and this time of year we had SO much fun. I decorated with bubbling pots of dry ice vapor and all kinds of lights and sound effects and I always dressed up, too. The kids were so proud that everyone looked forward to coming to our house at Halloween.
Congrats Dawg!
Nice Mimi!
congrats, dawg on finishing an evil grid!
I had my own little graveyard and one of the homemade headstones said "I TOLD you I was sick" on it.
I agree, Annie....this grid is evil. Not enjoying it at all. So, going to get to my work. Have a good day, everyone, and hugs all around.
LOL...sc 4/7 reminds me of Arthur Kent the Sc** Stud from CNN during the Gulf War
thanks, car. and good day, Mimi
ooooh, yes, car....he is yummy!
Time for Mimi's second goodbye : P
Yep...adios!
HAGD Mimi! I will EM you

Hello, Aloy :-)
Hi Aloy!
Back online, I see.
partially... the wireless works on the laptop but can not get online with the desktop
oh, I see.
Good to see you partially, tho
technician thinks the old desktop is about to crash
lol... yes, I will settle for partially!
Time for a decent burial, then.
yes.. but first I need to save some stuff
Right
Since it was closest to the printer, i did a lot of things on it
maybe a little bell should ring when you darken a box so that you have both a reward and a reminder to move on to some other letter
:)
must go. Later...
..waves bye to hego
Aloy, if you have someone that can do it for you, you can just save the hard drive from the old computer and make it an external hard drive for your new one. That will eliminate having to save anything.
hi Molly.. (went for a cuppa refill).. thanks for the suggestion
Also, if you start saving things to a cloud drive they will be available to you from any computer.
wonder how much that would cost.. we have two of those "WD" things that back up your computer.. need to work on that soon
that is what I do, Molly.Does give a peace of mind knowing all my photos & music etc is backed up.
Amazon offers a certain amount of free cloud drive space.
problem is.. how do I get to the cloud if I can't get on the internet?
You can't get to a cloud drive without the internet.
technician said the computer is so old that he wouldn't spend the money on it.. I do have a bunch of flash drives I could use to selectively save some documents
Like, molly, said if you can get the hard drive out nad have it as an additional one. Then when you connect to the internet with your new one you will be able to back that extra hard drive to the cloud too!
ahh, I see now - thanks!
The external hard drive is the best way to save what is on your old computer.
ok.. now here is a question that shows how little I know.. I can use the WD without the internet?
(WD smartware)
What is WD?
Oh, you are speaking MAC language, you have lost me.
Western Digital.. a black box that you back stuff up on
no.. PC
Sorry, never heard of it.
we have used it in the past, but hubby said he has the password "somewhere", groan
I know a couple of computer geeks, haven't called them yet to pick their brains (-:
meanwhile, back at the grid.. down to 30, stalled
ello everybody
trying to settle things down around here.
trying to settle things down around here.
hi ruby!
The good news is that I just picked 6 ripe figs! (looking for good news wherever I can find it!)
HI ALOY
yum, ruby; do you preserve them?
no, I just eat as many as I can
lol, that sounds good
They are so much better than what is available in the stores (and much cheaper lol)
They only sell the black ones and they tend to be overripe but not tasty
am not a fig expert.. what kind do you have?
caving to the list at 23, and I see 119 on the list, h'mmm
mine are green and red on the inside when ripe
nice texture, too
The black ones are too mushy
I have 62 words, nbt, but nothing bigger than a 6.
any stats or clues would be very welcome while dinner is cooking
ok.. think of Annie the redhead with no parents and you will have both a 6 and a 7
many tks aloy
(-: yw
Fr custos officer is almost in here
rats, I thought "hokus" and "pokus" might work
BTW, my local police are the best! They spent 2 1/2 hrs locating the "lost" car
where did they find it?
uh oh, I can smell the sweet potatoes, probably a bad sign
husband had somehow gotten it into a locked, private lot....
go get them before you have a sticky black mess to clean
When did the car get lost?
anyone have a clue for the po6?
sorry krysten i dont not
yum -- fresh figs!
i thought the po6 was a "mistake"
back.. hubby was working on something upstairs and dc'd the connection
or 6/7 iittle or**** anie and plural

Plural of that
what is that for molly?
anyone have a clue for the tr 9-10 -- I was assuming it begins with most of what 1st place winner is presented with, but not getting anywhere with that
the non-word

hi swm
:)
This is an annoying little grid.
time to hit the road --- don't know if I'll get back to this one or not -- hagd everyone :-)
bye cyber
judi i agree it was very slow for me at the start of it
anyone else now have "hit the road jack" stuck in their head?
i have the fo 5/18 ending in s anyone help with the other two 5/18's please?
i had the Gambler in my head earlier
president gerald + o
ah ty for that joseph strange i tried it before and no go
now i need the one above that ?
stuff you eat
nope i have that one below that the oen with fo 5/18 car company
i don't know what to tell you. there's the one i clued and two plurals.
The stuff you eat clue is a plural, that is the 5/18 before the car company
There are only three fo5/18s. Car company + plural and stuff you eat.
molly need the other one lower in the list
judi that is two:)
Above or below? First you said above.
Stuff you eat, car company + vowel, plural car company. So there.
Car company plural, car company with extra vowel at the end, stuff you eat plural...three
Judi, I owe you a beer : )
Hell yeah!
thank you molly needed the extra vowel word:)
This grid warrants some grief bacon as well.
what do you mean judi?
<<<<<<< see my icon, MLF.
Josephy clued the extra o word...president gerald + o and you thanked him for it
oh thats right:)
judi lol
are you trying to drive people crazy on purpose?
If so, it's working just fine
i didnt have the plural for that word i had tried that before and didnt work. The extra vowel word never came up before i was trying to figure out what iw sa missing
Off to lunch! *POOF*
bye judi
SC5?
for the sc5/16 add vowel to the sc4/7 above
poods
sorry
hi, any clue for po6?
pookas.. but enable won't accept it onpaki
so we'll all be missing at least one?
thanks, ru.
lickety has it but the grid doesn't
do the prs and that's probably what you're missing
oh I missed out one ho6
done now.
good
its pukka
There are several different spellings. The Welsh spell it pwwka
Pukka is a Hindu word
it's in the scrabble dictionary.
And luca, well she lives on the second floor
it will naot take the po 6/33 that i tried and it is even in moewords... help?
extra word
SMom, po6 is an extra word in Lickety. It won't work in this word list. How are you and Walter today?

hi matty .... just got fireworks. Can I help if you are still stuck?
I see it is very quiet ..... do I need to tiptoe out?
Hello Mo! Nice to see you :) I'm only 55 words in - tough grid. Would you like to tell me something about the tr 8 and 9? :D
I can try and give a clue ... just give me a second...
dear god I got it my monkeying
by
I don't think that has EVER happened to me
fohn
oops - sorry
And lordy, my monkey fingers are on fire tonight
How about the an 5/20?
Cripes. Got that by monkeying too
how glad I am you got it ... I am still trying to work out clues.
I would sure appreciate clues for the tr 8/9 combo
matty you are so clever ... sorry I was of no help.
Um... like tr4 (take a journey) but change the vowel - then not off, then not out?
I am not clever - just lucky today
Ha! just monkeyed it...
yay!
hi lexo
that rarely ever happens for me, either!
Hi mo
oooh!!! another clever one :-(
well done both of you.
nah, not really clever, just lucky that time... I have been babbling for 6 or 7 years and have finished less than 10 grids
I just love to find words!
I just love to find words!
Well, thanks. I shall end up getting stuck on some stupid one. Probably the seven (I'm rubbish at the longer ones, especially when they start with vowels)
sorry for the hiccup ;0)
You know how to cure hiccups, according to two independently published papers, the authors of both won an igNobel prize...?
No, please enlighten me
Could I have a clue for the po/7. I tried the shekels and it won't take it. Thanks.
matty .. please let me give you a clue for one of the easy ones ;-)
That was shells
OK Mo - how about the ha5/12 and, I assume the related 6 - I've been grid blind and monkeying that for ages, but too ashamed to ask
Never mind. Thanks
Oh, and according to genuine medical papers, intractable hiccups can be relieved through the use of (and I'm not making this up) digital rectal massage)
ha5/12 .. sounds like the answer!!!
HA5/12 sounds like the state starting with a K and the pl.
Yikes!
skoa
sjoan
oops
Thank you!
and plural matty.
Gotya - thanks!
yw
What in jumpin jehosaphat could the ho 6/39 be - I've tried all sorts of weird and wonderful combinations
ho6/39 something on the end of a crane and not down
ty mo
ho** line and sinker +not down
HO6/39 small compound word. alt meaning is when you meet a woman in a bar (slang)
hi mrloser
ooh I am glad I was able to help someone .. ty bichon
))) mo
matty did you solve it?
hi to you mrloser.
yo bichon
how did you get your name? Did you go on a diet and lose lots of weight?

or mrloser.
oops sorry.
Working on it - brushed my teeth and sorted tomorrow's coffee
Got it. I was blind
mrloser also gave a clue matty.
Yep, gotya
good.
Just popping in briefly. Hello everyone :-)
((Mo)) How are you? Long time no see.Hope you are well?
I am here fora few more minutes if I can help.
Oooh, a star trek monster (who wasn't as monsterous as all that) is in the grid. Alas, not a word
hi zooz.
((((Zooz))). Hello ole Pal!
hello, all
Hello ((Soodle))
hi temple owl.
Hello TO :-)
Hi Matty, TO, Mo and all :-)
Nice to see babblers from when I started still doing babble!
zooz ty for asking I am fine and you?
that lower left a is a real bugger
I'll go for one more long one before sleep - the or7 cluette?

Well, guys, it's Wednesday evening. We are over the 'hump of the week'!
Hi Soodle and zooz
I am okay thank you, Mo!

Not long for the week-end, Soodle..lol
Think little or**** Annie
i keep seeing" adonis"
Bring it on, Zooz....
I missedd that for ages!!!
.... Muttering 'wish I could see an Adonis'.....
finally! nasty little beast.
missed!
How is North Nottinghamshire treating you, Mo?
Has anyone else noticed that the grid tells me there are 118 words in total but Lickety says there are 119?
did the list update? i have not seen it yet.
Yes the PO6 is an extra in the lickety list, Matty.
Soodle this is for you.
very well zooz ... the weather could be a bit better but for the time of year I suppose I cannot grumble.
http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=50\n9BZ8GH
Take out the \n
Tiny url...it works every time...
I know, Molly.I forgot.Remembered as soon as I did it though. Duh
So the grid doesn't accept it? I don't have it in any case but that's odd
I will try again.
It's a pretty routine thing for Lickety to have a word that the grid will not accept
Soodle this is for you.http://tinyurl.com/ollle3z
I think, Soodle has gone anyway.
OK - interesting. I will probably not find out which word it is in this case, though :)
i want this grid to be over ut not enough to stop and do housework. conflict, it's a beeyatch. :)
Pookas I think, Matty.
Soodle is kind of ADD when it comes to Babble chat
Fairy horses?
LOL, TO
That is one definition, I guess
sa 6/21, pls
SA + double consanant + first two letters of opp closed.
Musters self up to full height, and vehemently denies ADD accusation. But concedes the attention span of a goldfish...
LOL
How tall is your full height, Soodle?
Did you see the link I gave you, Soodle?
Consonant*
I'm on the ipad, Zooz, so cant access links. But I've bookmarked it for tomorrow. And, Matty, there is a fill five foot six of me!!
Start with the S next to the K,Bihon :-)
No probs, Soodle :-)
Gawd. FULL not fill...
That's plenty tall - imposing even!
I am doing typos like mad here to, Soodle..lol
I must be tired.
Statuesque!
i'd love to be that tall
Too*
I am three inches taller :-)
I am one inch taller
More or less.
I think we should form a support group for wonky typists.
You are taller when you get up than when you went to bed.
Everyone line up and I'll make marks on the wall
This is true. Your spine compresses during the day
LOL
Rofl Molls...
good lord,there is an 8 and a 9!
My lower spine always feels compressed :-(
Daughter of Soodle#1 is 6ft 2. And she delights in wearing heels. High heels.
ty zooz for the sa 6
I wore high heels when I was her age too. I don't miss the sore feet that goes with them.
Welcome, Bichon :-)
Son of Soodle is about 6ft 5. And younger Daughter of Soodle barely hits 5ft 3. Viva La Differance!
LOL Soods. Can't tell with genes
Hey (((Bich)))
Do you ever find you could have sworn you'd either found or tried a word, and then realised you did...yesterday or the day before?
but i woiuld LOVE to wear them again. had a coworkerwho wore thre and a half inch spikesand drove a yellow mustang. she was nearly 80. had great legs, too.
TO I can give you a Sprite clue for the 8 & 9 if needed?
Hi Soods, zooz, Matty, Molly
oh, ok,why not at this point?
Hallo!
A group of soldiers tr5, switch last two letters. + first 3 letters of number before 10. And plural.
Oh TO, I envy her.
Hello, Bichon :-)
ty
Welcome.
Women with great legs usually wear high heels to show them off.
sorry, probably in her70s, not sure where though.
Tina Turner has great legs :-)
I think high heels were invented to torture women. I refuse to wear them
my neighbor comes out in shorts and heels
I am guessing that the man formerly known as Mr. Soodle was a tall drink of water.
they were invented to makelegs look good. and make shorties taller!
Long of leg, Molly. Short of decency!
They are also horrible for your feet and constant wearing of them can cause long term foot problems.
Well yes Soodle, that was a given
Lol!
Well, if you don't laugh, you cry. So, I laugh out loud!
I am done. Anyone need a clue?
Congrats, Bichon!
You shall probably hit me with a wet fish, but how about the ho5/12 (and I assume the 6/21 after is related)? I've monkeyed that for ages
And contrats
Now I sound like a complete madser. I better noodle off to bed! Way-hay Bich! Well done
po6 pls? ty
HO + like a granny & plural.
No PO6 thats anextra
Extra*
ty
wonder what in the world the program saw
Thanks zooz!
Welcome.
What, Lickety doesn't compile the list by hand every day? ;)
ok peeps, thanks for the clues, time to go. happy babbling
I think the lickety uses a newer version of enable as the grid program uses the old version.
Take care, TO.Nice to see you!
Fireworks! Thanks for all your help - I think I shall get me asleep - it's been a long day
Sweet sleep, Matty :-)
And congrats!
looks like everyone who was chatting has left.So I will also take my leave and get stuck into my book.Happy babbling to anyone who reads this.

hello and good night everybodyl It's very late
I just called my sister for somesupport and got "I told you so". So much for that!
Wow Ruby, your family is really falling short on you
So sorry, Ruby. That really sucks.
I'm really getting scared
Ruby, it's time you get some help caring for your husband. It's too much for you to do alone anymore.
We're seeing my doctor tomorrow (his is on Holiday) and maybe she'll recommend a gerotologist and a neurologist to see if there's any way help him
Sending you good vibes Ruby, try to get some sleep.
thank ou,Molly
So very sorry Ruby, not only sending positive thoughts and hugs, but also prayers than someone steps up to help AND the MD's can help figure something out.
This reallly sucks, I hate it when life sucks.
Hello friends. I just looked back to see what was going wrong for you rubyfoo and I couldn't find anything. Is your husband developing a dementia?
poon
sorry everyone
already have that one... ;) And we all do that from time to time! Hi bugs!
Hi Jilly. My 7 year old granddaughter just learned how to
phone me for free on the Ipad and now i listen to her read every day. I love it when technology works.
just realized that lickety has an extra 6 letter PO word in his list that's not actually on the grid...I thought I was going crazy for a while
How wonderful! I do hope to be a grandmother! Had a step grandson that we lost when they divorced. I loved it!
Love your icon joym!
thx Jill!
how sad. I kept the grandkids I inherited when the parents split up. My son was mad but the kids, their mum and other grandmother were happy with my choice. He got over it.
It is is a great icon joym . Welcome
thx bug. I have a 7 y o daughter, so I'm a long way from thinking about grandkids. I hear they're more fun than kids.
My son wasn't the dad. He was asked to take te boy as foster when he was removed from the mother, but he was in the Coast Guard and couldn't. I pray for that precious boy every day.
grandkids are WAY more fun because I don't take myself so seriously. As a parent I thought I had to teach them all the values I wantd them to have. Now I just reinforce those values. It is a lot less work and helps the parents get respect
plus, the best part is I don't have to get up at the crack of dawn when they do when they are little or worry about them being out late at night when they are older.
Jilly I sure hope that little guy found a good place to grow up. My fosters never left so we adopted them.
I'm not looking forward to the teenage years -- like you say, worrying about them when they stay out late...yikes
you grow into it joy and if you have a good relationship when they are little it usually doesn
doesn't go too far afield.
Ooh I love those fireworks
I didn't find the teen years so bad, both mine are boys, but I didn't really expect to still be so worried about them at 28 and 32!
I hope you're right, bug. My daughter is already very safety conscious, so I'm hoping for the best.
Wow..you are done Joy!!??? WooT WooT Woot to you!!
good job joy!
thx all... gotta go pick up the little darling at school now.. see ya'
Way to go Kansas City Chiefs!
I mean Royals! Whoops!
Baseball?
Yes...going to World Series. First time in 29 years.
LOL...that one infielder (Dolon??) sure made a gut wrenching catch!
oh wow! I must watch that then. It has been a long time since I watched the series.
Kansas City sports teams usually are the worst. Jilly do you mean Gordon?
Ahh...yes...not a Royals fan, but always watch the series
He sure smacked against that wall!!
Whoop! Found the 8/9!!
Well Hilly, try to root for the Royals this year. They seem like very likable guys and they've been fun to watch.:)
: ( Sad Orioles fan : (
Sorry Molly. They needed to win too.
Might depend on who else plays, BUT I do tend to root for the underdog (sad SD Padres fan of 43 years), I do know what it's like..
Okay, 49 left...time for dinner bbs *po4/8*
<---hoping the giants take the next two games
Since the Orioles are out, I have switched allegiance to the Giants
yay!!!!!!!
Call me a fickle sports fan, but all my teams are choking this year (except Denver)
bummer, molly...
well it could be worse molly
you could be a jaguars fan and a raiders fan :D
And I would just like to say that I freakin' love Jon Stewart for his rant on the ebola panic...Au Bon Panic...
Saw that last night, Molly. It was perfect
