oh sorry, darling, must have missed that post. My night was good. I had the strangest thing yesterday, started shaking and couldn't stop. Finally went for a nap, shaking was done after that, but all muscles sore and tense. Took a valium before bed. Now all is ok.

when i came off the sinequin waaay back, that was how i was. couldn't sign my name, couldn't walk.
oh it wasn't that bad for me. It was a tiny shake. But continiously.
the muscles go into overdrive. everything shakes. sounds like you can sleep it off, which is what happens early in the progress of the disorder.
i have a constant hand-tremor which is why i cannot put an IV cannula in a patient. wouldn't put anyone through that.
yeah only my neck and shoulders and arms were crazy painful afterwards. Oh, and so weird. I drove to and from singing lesson. At 2 crossroads I couldn't, for just a few secs, remember where I was and where to go. That was a bit scary.
yup, brain fog...another symptom. you really need to find a doc who knows what FM is all about.
