Indeed, ARB! I actually went to the two exhibition games that Maccabi Tel Aviv played v the Cavs. The first one was 4 seasons ago, before LeBron announced he was leaving CLE, so the oly people in attendance were from Jewish communities as far away as Detroit and Pitts burgh.
The exhibition game v Maccabi this past fall was another affair entirely, given LeBon's return to CLE after his 3 years in Miami. He's from Akron, and thus a local guy.
It's amazing here here in ISrael -- the coverage given to the Cleveland team. It's another of the ISraeli teams, as afar as the press is concerned!

failing that -- try an cream with arnica in it --- I found Arnicare cream by Boiron to be the best (London Drugs or a health food store should have it)

They said I don't have one of those, though
Well, any time the disc is protruding or bulging, or called herniated, it's all pretty much the same thing.
Oh...they didn't think the protrusions would be the cause, but I will certainly ask them now!

Mr. Bich had a herniated disc and he was laid out flat until the swelling subsided enough to get some sort of shots
Alternative treatment such as accupuncture and accupressure help with disc problems. But you have to be a believer in that kind of treatment.
Most people want shots and doctors.
It sure cured him, but he has to do back strengthening exercises for the rest of his life
