I have a simple solution for the liquid diet, tbh. We are making soups the next few weeks, and freeze in small portions. That will be dinner. For the rest, yoghurt will have to do the trick.

when you do sprite, you make the junket, of course using sweetener instead. also make a low calorie jelly at the same time. when they are both set, use equal amount of each, blend together and let set again. you then have a delicious low calorie dessert which tastes like a fruit fizzy candy.

I amwell now that I have a day off from working at the Walking With Our Sisters exhibit. It is so good. I wish you and car could just pop up to see it.

Kids in seats on Sept. 2, Aug 31-Sept 1 mandatory on campus days. The week before is an optional week, but there are three days (usually) that they will pay extra if I am there. :-D And I can use the "exposure" to the other teachers.
(((TO!!))) Things are getting better as I have been able to go through 2/3 of the boxes from the fire. We finally have room to swing a (small) cat -- if I did things like that and weren't allergic to cats... LOL

It's nice, really -- the yard is so dry because of the drought. I don't like to water anything except the few beds I put veggies and tender perennials. The annuals didn't make it... so thinking about ways to make next year
