Zooz….hi there after your comment about the rose I checked and you are correct there is actual a Lancashire Rose flower. It says it is a ground cover rose growing up to 60cms (2 foot), any taller it would get blown away with the wind up here, but doesn’t mention the scent.
Hello, Dc :-) My paents used to be mad for roses years ago.there garden was beautiful.Well planned with all types of roses and that one was their favourite one.And It had a very nice smell!

Yes it does ruby. Yorkshire is the White Rose county. They are our neighbours . We don't fight any more.
The rose was first adopted as an heraldic device by the first Earl of Lancaster and became the emblem of Lancashire following the Battle of Bosworth in 1485

My main criterion for roses was that they go with my fairly narrow color range
not as many rose bushes as there used to be but sometimes they flower again for christmas.

no. take the doctor version for example. The men's one has a stethoscope, white coat, etc. The woman's version has a mini skirt, scrubs slit up the side and down the cleavage, and a tiny white coat. The man's construction worker outfit is jeans and a flannel shirt, yellow hat, etc. The women's outfit is Daisy Duke jeans shorts, flannel shirt unbuttoned, tits out, the whole thing. EVERY SINGLE COSTUME was the same deal
