don't ne4 it. the pain is actually just a dull ache in the muscles, about 3-4/10
here as well. Standard they work from 7 am till 4 pm. But in summer they can be as early as 6 am.

Lickety's list makes finding those few you are missing so much easier. Using an Excel spread sheet (which is what I do with a user made list) is much more tedious.
makes a large grid difficult without lickety. but i thank those that post their list.
Always greatful for the Lickety! Also very greatful for lists people put into their profiles even if it is missing a word or two sometimes.

I open my computer and go straight to Babble Expert but when I want info I go to google chrome

i was having the same problem. i kept force refreshing and was still seeing clues from Tuesday. I then closed down my computer and when I started it up again I clicked on my babble expert icon and everything is there, including clues for today.

I had a fascinating discussion with a psychologist today about Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing in regards to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Not sure I buy into that line of thinking, but it is an amazing treatment breakthrough.
yes, i have heard of positive results with that....
I have great respect for body/mind/healing therapy, but I'm not sure I can believe that the whole "re-training the eye movement" thing is that effective.
well i wonder if what is done affects how the brain works....
It is kind of a "brain re-training" therapy as well. It's based on right and left hemisphere brain cognition. (Sorry to start an interesting conversation here when the status quo is weather, cats and dogs)
i have seen kids control their brain waves on a computer....it was in a therapy for ADHD....
I have issues with digitally controlled brain waves. I believe in therapy that retrains the brain how to process past trauma, but when it comes to digital re-training , I take a big pause.
I have had some sessions of EMDR A while back. It has helped me in some ways. But it has not cured me so to speak.
well there is a lot to be said for mind over matter....i think the brain can be trained to do a lot more than it does now....

It is supposed to help the brain process a bad memory of an experience you have had.

A great majority of post traumatic stress disorder comes from childhood trauma. Your brain does not process that in the same way that your adult brain processes things. I think talk therapy is much more effective for people still dealing with trauma from their past.
i guess sometimes it doesn't work....so people try something else....
