I hope the sweet potato is worth it. We tried to make a sweet potato and cashew dip today (usually we buy one) and it was a big failure. Tasted awful!
I cut it into fries and they were delicious. At least I have enough for a couple of meals now. Sweet potatoes are so hard to cut through.
