meh. I saw the Pain Clinic doc on Tuesday. They did an injection of mostly anesthetic to confirm that the steroids are not really working...the relief I do get is from the anesthetic. They are now planning radiographic frequency ablation, which I am researching to decide whether or not I should do it.
its better than it has been in the past week but I know it is only temporary.

i live next to an elementary school. a gaggle of kids just walked by singing Jingle Bells
recently, we had enough snow for sleighs. That does not happen much.
lol. Well rested is but a dream, Seain. It is ironic really. When I worked full time, I hated--no, I loathed the incessant shrill of the alarm clock. It seemed that I spent my life being jolted awake by the thing. My fantasy was to semi-retie and to never ever have to use a alarm ever again. I have since learned to be careful what you wish for. Now i stay up till 1 am in hopes of being able to stay asleep till 04;30 am. Life is funny sometimes.
