I can't do that from here. They kept banging like that last year.

Bummer. When we used to have the, we would bleed the system in the summertime. they can be a pain
Only noise when we get under -20 it seems.
most of the ones we owned used to have a brass butterfly valve on the base of the unit. they can be bled from there. however, be carefull, and do not do it in this cold snap. often when they have not been done in ages, that bleed valve ends up needing to be replaced oned it is opened
If I plan to do it, I'd ask the super to do it for me :)

I'm a strong woman but even I need a break from the stress sometimes and I haven't had one for a year. My Dodger cat still gone---that's what really upsets me. A neighbor says she may have seen him twice in the past couple of weeks. Will now resume opening door and calling to him periodically.
At least my kids are helping out regularly. Ny son came and cleaned the whole place last weekend...bless him. Today was his 35th birthday.

I am a T.A in the school for the rest of this year. it is quite enjoyable.
It will get better, origami; I know that this is fairly common (from what I've heard), but it is a bit upsetting at times (& for me at least, it isn't words or things I need to remember every day)

it is very sad. At home they never crack open a book. I had one 18 year old who told me proudly that the book I was helping her with was her very first. (keep in mind she had gone through high school somehow)
How awful! She was deprived of books
she was. they just simply were not in her home environment
So, her very first reading experience was 'Of Mice and Men. " :)
I can't imagine not having books around

Even though I was a challenge, my two much older sisters used to tease me about being the favorite. And I was cherished.

Good for you, origami! My Daughter still isn't married but is living with her guy; and she did buy her own house this past fall. I only have the 1 grandson myself (my son's son)
