In the NICU I took care of 23 week babies and they are adorable.

yup. her little one is doing really well. just turned 4, but shes about the size of a 2 year old. she has had surgery on her eyes and had tubes put in her ears. shes a little more prone to pneumonia, and shes taken longer than most to become verbal. but overall, shes otherwise a normal, average kid!
Of course it is best to stay in the uterus for at least 39 weeks, if possible, and not longer than 41.

Not really, Matty. I used to work in the legal dept for a real estate attorney. As long the buyer, seller, bank and attorney agreed on a closing date/time, that's when the deal gets finalized. No domino set-up of closings/exchanges.

Oh no. Once you accept an offer, contracts are signed. Again, you can't get out of it unless the seller is willing to let you go. In that case, you lose at least a portion, if not all, of your deposit.
