I'm sure you will. We've got to make 15 rye loaves for an event in just under 2 weeks. No problem except the dough needs to prove overnight so it takes quite a bit of time.

I also want to experiment with the rye bread, to see if I can blitz the caraway seeds to powder, for a friend who has a gastro problem with seeds.
let me know how that goes! I am experimenting with different kinds of bread in the bread machine, for my love who cannot eat any dark bread without triggering a gout attack.

I was in Ocean City,NJ for part of today and saw people parasailing. I was thinking of trying it. but it cost $80 for 10-12 up in the air and the boat ride from the start off point is an hour long and is bumpy. That would make me seasick. and $80 is too much
so much think of something else to do that is out of my comfort zone

Okay. I really hate to pick on the kids; but I got stung on Friday (probably by a paper wasp) & I'm allergic to bee stings. My arm is still swollen, red & very sore; I think it's not just the sting but has now turned into a cellulitis. So I AM cranky -- with my son. HE said the sleepover was okay without checking with me; & he thought he was going to go watch some show with his buddies & I'd watch the boys! (I told him NO WAY tonight & made him stay home & watch the kids!)
