feeling tired, and muscles are a bit achy. we got back into the hydro yesterday. i shortened my session a little as i felt i had been too long out of the pool to go straight back to what i was doing before.

l loved Florida, but lt's much safer here and the healthcare is better and free
Fisher Island is only accessible by ferry so we had to take our dog and sleep in the office
We had major & extended power outages here after Isabel too. And lots of tree damage.
