i can magnesium here, but the sort i can find in USA. it magnesium malate. the bonding agent is made from apple and most if not all the magnesium ia absorbed. the stuff over here is rubbish. doesn't get into the system properly.

well, this is interesting - I have a combo pill of calcium - magnesium - zinc this label says magnesium oxide/citrate/fumarate/malate/succinat\ne The magnesium only tablets: "highly absorbable magnesium complex of oxide, malate, and glycerophosphate" BOTH are from a quality -assured name - Jamieson.
now that is interesting.
neither is actually labelled on the front as fast acting or time released...
i get my magnesium from Vitacost. maybe google them? compare the price...
O took a quick look through my receipts, but I must have bought everything BUT magnesium... I can look, but pretty sure they are in the 10 price range for 90 yablets (our $ are usually about on par, unlike the US) but I will make a point of looking for prioce and the malate (are yours pure magnesium malate?)

oh yes, Im mostly just momma bear worried.....a man approached her while she was sitting outside eating her lunch, and would NOT leave her alone, kept asking her inappropriate questions, (Do you live near here? Is this where you work?) and would NOT take "Please leave me alone" for an answer. She was badly rattled. I was frustrated because I was trying to go over some basic safety stuff with her, and it did not go well.

mostly we argued about her listening to headphones during lunch/walking -- she is correct, she has every right to listen to whatever, but the world we currently live in makes that unsafe for women. At least one ear needs to be open and aware at all times.
