I had 2 raccoons right outside my window here 2 nights ago. They were climbing on the birdfeeders. I opened the window to scare them off and they just stared at me. They were adorable.

Yes, I still miss Pedro who was Coco's brother. She usually has better manners than he had but she is demanding attention today. I was missing through various illnesses much of it from my rheumatic joints. Hard to type when you feel like chopping some fingers off! My Labrador is also now old and slow like me but he doesn't try to run across the keyboards like Coco does.
One of our feral cats is named CoCo. Is yours a calico?
Our critters never really leave us do they..always some reminder. I wonder if Coco is pleased to be the queen of all she surveys now - no other feling competition!
