I have flippers in my neighborhood too. And often they work later than they should, given the noise ordinances.

both my nieces are married to engineers....one has been working from home for more than 15 years (works for nVidia, the computer chip people)....the other has been working from home for over a year and the boss has been very pleased with his unit's work so he is continuing to work from home...
I wont be moving as I almost have my home paid off but I can see the lure to do so, as I could live anywhere in the lower 48 and keep my job

There are basically two base words. And the way it goes is en 7, 8,8 for first word, then 7 and 9 for second word. The two 8s have the common endiings. The two words are different by one letter at the end of the 7s.
