Ursh, they're scammers. they want your name and all your details, then they ask for your bank account details, then off they go, taking your money, hacking into your computer,.
I would question why you would want my bank details
this one told me i would qualify for a GSA grant. and Im going ???? I'm not an american citizen, so how come i qualify?
I suppose one silly person somewhere will respond. We often get emails saying we have won enormous amounts of $ or Pounds in various lotteries which we have never entered.
