BrandyJack - wow! Chalk one up for the Canadians!
I have no idea how you find them so quickly!!
Where are you from Cyberman?
Kelowna, BC (God's country!)
The second letter list helps tremendously. Although today's used the million monkeys method. Totally senseless words.
Out in Blaze's province... How come no one from Manitoba ever Babbles? :o(
Jack - Are the 8 and 9 normal everyday words?
1 minute until the puzzle closes???????????????????
I just looked at the chat.... another BC er.... Hugs maybe they just don't say they are from MB
Yeah, I think it just went a bit mad. Seems to be ok now
No ma'am, the are NOT everyday words, although they are composed of everyday words.
I can just see some guy walking around his house every day doing nothing but taking a whiz in the corners.
LOL brandyjack! Oh, and do not post puzzle words in the log, n00b!
e6/21x2

Are the 8 and the 9 connected in any way?
in what way does the 8 have to do with the Eucharist?

Trim the last 3 letters off your 9. Then add a letter. Then another.

Well, I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one addicted to this! I thought that 131 would be a good place to stop, but I'm back! And this, just my third game!
hehe. I accidently found a word, I forgot to push enter between my words, and the two words were a ord too! cool, ay?
Sleepless, how bout a clue for the second ni 5 12, please?

Also really need a hint for the first ne 4/5.

jenwould - I know the feeling and I wish I could help - I just have 1 se6 that sounds like closed.
didn't you write it in that sentence?
Sam, you used the word in your request.
How many i's total are there?
DOH! Thanks, dear.
Okay...done with the O's...now I'm going to attempt to catch some Z's! niteynite all!
I have 2 -- the jar and if you watched a show with George Constanza, and you took the first 4 letters then past tense, you'd have your word. Not in the mood for elegant clues at the moment!
I have two words worth 33 points each, lol
6 i's Mirage id 4 5 id 4 5 id 5 12 il 5 10 in 5 12 in 6 21
Sam, no problem!
niam and diane... right on ... one step closer and one step beyond ;-O
does anyone else have a blank word and nan instead of a total?
Thanks... thought there were more and figured I'd ask before pulling out my hair looking for words not there.
what do all these lists you post mean? like the letters then numbers, I get the letters but not the numbers
calicomo, hit refresh, it'll clear up.
The numbers are the point value of the word. Go to Babble rules up top for info on scoring to see how they are derived.
Kathleen, the numbers represent the number of letters in the word and then the points... respectively
Morning all, nice sunny one here in Kent. Hi SJW if u r lurking! Sorry u not well, wot's up??? Praps dose of Babble will make you feel better?
thankyou Niamh, the rules don't answer my question but you did.
Can someone spot the 2 S's I'm missing? sc 5 14 se 4 5 se 4 8 se 4 4 se 6 21 se 4 4 se 5 10 se 6 21 se 4 4 sl 4 5 sl 5 18 sl 4 5 sl 5 12 sl 4 4 sl 4 7 su 4 5 su 5 12

sorry sheath18, you have the same one's I do
I've played this before, ages ago, and I never asked about all the 'speak' people here develop
sheath sl5/12
Kathleen, I was trying to be helpful. The rules are useful -- they show how to multiply the numbers of letters. If you are missing a word, you can often make an informed guess based on the number in a clue.
Thank you that did the trick
ah, sorry melissamay, I never saw your first post, and that wasn't aimed at you at all
has anyone got a clue to the Di6/21 please?
No, no problem! I just know I was very confused by the points values given until I read the rules and saw how they were multiplied.
di 6/21 is what trucks run on... to quote sam
I read the rules, but it wasn't the points that I didn't understand

Calicomo. The 6/21 sounds like you owe fees to someone.
Hi all :) How are you doing so far?
Hello Sherb.Pull up a chair and join us.
Well hello Miyavi.Hows the weekend been so far?
Good thanks Macadam...sort of a Miyavi-themed time, which is great with me. A whole weekend of bizarre dancing, good songs and on-stage food fights. Couldn't be better! How was yours?
hi macadam, Miyavi, Deutsch ....fog's gone, lovely sunny afternoon here in north London :)
I'd be happy to find a total of 85 words lol
Hi sherb and Miyavi. Looking to be a sunny day in Baltimore.
No contest .I`ve been nowhere and done nothing and enjoyed it.
OOoh, Macadam. Nice weekend. I was busy myself yesterday but maybe a little gardening today.
Sun!! We finally have sun!! It has been raining in the Boston area for more than a week without cease. I was starting to think we would need to build an ark.
Hey Sherb:) Good day then? I'm afraid to venture outside...*glares out of the window* there are squirrels waiting to attack.
Jrine, I'm stuck at 73
Sounds good Macadam, as a teenager I'm often in a state of doing nothing. Perhaps staring vaguely at a computer screen or texting rapidly.
oggy, add an he4/8 to the top of your "h" list
Still got heaps of books to read which I bought before the holidays then i discovered babble and all the interesting people and my leisure habits changed.
Just 5 left fe5/18 li5/12 li4/4 n i5/12 and se6/21
That's where the art of multitasking comes in Macadam :) At the moment I'm learning a dance, playing babble, doing science homework and watching a DVD. It's a good life...
Miyavi - we usually have squirrels here too...but they must be snoozing after lunch, cos I can't seen them :) jrinehart- without the help of the folks on this log I'd be nowhere :D
Lucky you, Sherb...I think the nuts they keep stealing from our bird table have given the squirrels super powers. They're all huddled up together...I think it's a conspiracy forming against me
Right now I`m breathing (wheezily) coughing (frequently) wiping nose or eyes (often) and hunting for 7 words (hopefully)Hows that for multi tasking!!!
Good afternoooooon Babbleland :)
Good morning all!
anyone with the 8 word
I'm impressed Macadam! Though I've just added singing loudly (and probably quite badly) in Japanese to my list :D
Hi Sproing, hi Anj! :)

Has the s list been posted?
Good afternoon Anj.

Miyavi - I believe in cock-up theory, rather than conspiracy theory...they've probaly just got indigestion :) hi Anj, hi sproing :)
Sherb, you don't know these squirrels. They are pretty much the chavs of the squirrel world. Squatting in bird nesting boxes, making banging and tapping noises late at night, stealing from their neighbours...
past tense of he4/7
Hi Miy, Hi Macadam, Hi Sproing, Hi Sherb, Hi Deutsch, Hi All :)

hi lola :) Miyavi - I think you might be paranoid, lol
Miyavi - squirrels here just make fun of all the cats who try to catch them. sit on the fence and laugh in their faces, then jump over them and run up the trees. Cats sit there going 'wtf'?
I'm not paranoid Sherb, it's not MY fault everyone and everything is against me! *looks quickly over shoulder*
*Anj staggers about with a soppy smile on his face* Hi Babe ;) (((xx))) Hi Chessy :)
there's a second sl5/12
Yo Anj :)
Hi sherb :)
Good Morning All: Think the flu season is striking, tough night last night and today I don't know how long I'll last ....got to babble though no matter how sick....
eeek! Hi Unie :) sorry I missed you out earlier :/
Chessy...oh, the garden power struggle. In our neighbourhood it's dogs against cats, though the cats appear to be more organized. There's a gigantic cat that enjoys beating up the two poodles across the street :)
Hi Speed. We aoppear to be overrun by squirrels today...
hey!! back later--off to take the pups to visit their grandmother :-)
Hey Speed :) Sorry to hear you're feeling bad...*surreptiously places box of tissues next to Speed and backs away*
in my neighborhood too--all the cats are manly men!!
welcome back speed :)
Hi chessy :) Hi speed :)
Thanks Une .L`s completed from your list.
...ah, I can already see that I'm going to be having fisticuffs with that S today }(
Yes! Got it. whew...
It's amazing how sleep can improve your babbling :)
I hope there are no animal lovers to hate us, but my hubby attached wires to our bird feeders so we could give the squirrels an electric charge ......(evil grin)
lol Une! One of the poodles went into a strop because the cat ate the poodle's squeaky bone :D
Hellola :)
chessy- lol!
hi all
Speed, the world needs more people like your husband! And hey Gem :)
Hi Gem - welcome to Squirrel Central :)
Hi gem :)
Une do you have the d list by any wonderful chance?
Squirrel Central? hi anj hi lola
hi miya u ok
speed - LOL - I admire your husband's determination :D
Miy, my old Pyshics teacher used to wire the door handle to the Lab to a 12 volt battery on April Fools Day. Just try that today and see what happens... :)
I'm good thanks, Gekokujo is here! *does mad boogie* Yup, squirrel central. The squirrels in my garden are forming a conspiracy. And other people are under attack too...the squirrels are taking over, I think
macadam, no, sorry--just a partial d list
Pyschics, yes, er, the hybrid of quantum theory and high fashion. Ahem, yes, it helped develop the teeny weeny itsbitsy any-clour-you-want bikini :) LOL! :')
now u come to mention it there is about 3 squirrels on my fence looking at me!!
Anj...whaaaat?! If he tried that today he'd be kidnapped by the government! That's why when I was moshing in my RS classroom the teacher could just shake his head at me rather than throw me out of the window :)
Oh dear babe, is your mind elsewhere again today??
Thanks anyway une.I`ll try ezboard and see if I can connect.
*whimper*
Anj - that wouldn't be allowed these days...you'd have to a full risk assessment first, and fit everyone with rubber-soled shoes, lol
Gem, try the electical option. Personally, I want a crowd taser for that sort of thing. Anj...just...*bangs head down on desk*
Found this posted earlier (full D list): de 4/ 5 de 4/ 5 de 5/ 12 de 4/ 5 de 5/ 12 de 4/ 5 de 7/ 32 de 4/ 5 de 6/ 21 di 4/ 5 di 4/ 5 di 6/ 21 di 4/ 5 di 4/ 5 di 5/ 12 do 4/ 5 do 5/ 12 do 6/ 21 du 4/ 5 du 5/ 12 du 4/ 5 dw 5/ 18

got any spare miya?
I found the C4 and the C5. So will someone please tell me all about the C6? Oh and Anj ~~ What exactly is a randy giraffe?
LOL! Van Der Graaff generator. Looks like a big silver hair dryer that you see in most salons, but makes static electricity... ...which should ground on the big metal ball placed beside the top....or the nearest stupid pupil when they lean too close :)
ok Anj, put us all out of our misery...Randy Giraffe?
C5 add a letter .
Minski, past tense of ce5/14
Minski - c6, past tense of c5 :)
*sigh* now that was no where near as interesting as what I was imagining...lol!
Riiiight...we had one of those in a year seven science class. Two especially dim students actually volunteered to be electrocuted. *sighs* If children are the future, our future is now officially screwed. And yes, I know I'm being disloyal :)
Lola REALLY dear!!!!!
Thanks Sproing. I think I need that flounder over here please if someone can spare it.
Sorry mom! :/ lol!
lol who was that miya?
I wish Gem. But at the moment I'm still having a small laughing fit over the "acoustie gweeter" thing. I'm too easily amused...
Baby screetching. BBL8R.
Gem...Adam Lincoln and Joe Lawson. *sighs*
Lola, I'm sure I can use my imagination babe ;) Don't worry Macadam, I will make her blush lol :)
well that says it all lol
Yeah!!! Horay!!!! I just finished. Anyone need any help before I leave?
acoustie gweeter *has laughing spasm attack*
Congrats Calicomo :) I would, but I can't think straight just yet. I'm fixated on squirrels, flounder and randy giraffes...
Welcome to my world Anj :)
LOL! Now behave yourself ;)
Cheers Anj ,but the picture in my mind was -wellllllll.Don`t be too mean.
Miy, i've just been down the towpath, and was brutally quacked at by an irate duck. Twice. I got a sympathetic look from a swan though...
lol! :)
well i have to go for a bit soooooooo i'll be back soon
Later Gem :)
Oh no! Speaking as a long time sufferer of anatidaephobia, I'm now twice as paranoid about the great outdoors...*shudders*
See ya Gem. And watch out for those Squirrels. It's a conspiracy. Conspiracy I say!
they are still looking off to by electric fence lol bye
*bangs head on desk again*...just congratulating myself on finding all the s's, before realising there are 19, not 17...obviously need coffee...
Miy! Yay! I used to have a Farside poster with that behind my desk in work :) lol
oooh, on that note Sherb...I'm off to make hot chocolate. The pull of the squirty cream is just too strong for a mere mortal like me :)
*giggling fit* I put it all down to my friend Tom. He's the one who taught me the wonders of that word!
Anj be careful what you say after Miyavis comment!!
good afternoon all - how is everyone today.thought I would try a quick half hour of babble beofre round 2 of the ironing
Hi Cathb.
Hey Cath :) Thank you, Macadam! Someone's showing a little sensitivity around here! :D

Hey babe? Are we going to do this one without the a2z today?

Thank you speed! I heard he was getting marriage proposals last night too :/
You're all great and I begin to feel better already I won't do that again eh, another lesson learned
£10 alright Mu? We all makes mistakes, its what makes us human. Its the vindictive word giving i object to, not the accidental - besides I didn't have some of those TY!

I'm just more confused than ever now Miy!!!
Oh,what fun...cat fights, foreign song lyrics and boo boo (Mu?????) Babblers, life just wouldn't be the same without you....can I add some foreign lyrics....yes!!...oh,you're so sweet... LA RAMONA DE MI PUEBLO TIENE UN CULO QUE NO VEA...RAMONA TE QUIERO...LA RAMONA... better stop now..gets too rude..ha
I am noticing a few nursing-type words, the ke6 and the il5, and of course, I have done my share of de7ing LOL
If He'd known better Anj he'd have stayed single! He tells me every day that when he met me He only had £30 on his Access Card and he could be driving a Rolls now. - mind you he'd also probably be wearing a string vest and a medallion!
Don't worry, Snowy...though I don't get the hen thing myself. "My way of life is boogie, elegant passionate death". That's a lyric from the same song. How he makes it fit I don't know!
can I have a clue for the SE6/21 I am missing?

cybernan, that happens sometimes when the log is moving fast. No-one ignores you on purpose and sometimes we all have our heads down looking for words so you might come up against a silence now and then lol :) wi5/10 - compliments a husband perhaps??
Hey Miv - see you have been creating havoc as usual!!!
Whoops - wi4/10 - sorry :/
Hi fmitch - tried that one, but can't get the program to accept it -- tried refresh also.
What on earth do you mean, FMitch?! *tries to look innocent whilst hiding squirty cream behind back* hey, I didn't like that 'as usual' slipped in there! :D
OK, the Ls are IN THEIR CAGES! Good time for some nosebag methinks :) BBL folks
I've had a few probs today with words, write it down somewhere and come back and try entering later - that worked for me earlier.
cybernan: sometimes I have to log off and completely come back on again but luckily no words have ever been lost...good luck

i can't get the website from brandyjack to work. do you have to be a "probabbler" to get on it? i am entering: http://p105.ezboard.com/bbabbl ersanonymous
No mamabear anyone can go to site did you make sure you took out the extra space?
Mamabear, this site is preprogramed to put a space into any URLs we post. In the case of the one you posted it is babbl ers, if you see what I mean. Whne you C&P it inot the address line, remove the space.
i tried C & P and that didn't work - then i typed the whole thing in without the space and it still didn't work

Hello, I'm back :) Can someone please help me find the de6/21? I am ready to accept the fish :/
Scsongbird1, we all pretty well try to help each other out. Some people are also able to finish sooner because of where they live. If the new Babble game did not go up at 2 AM, but earlier in the evening, I would probably finish sooner

minski: remove nits, say no, and the stuff you run a truck on :)
Goooooo Sproing! :)
Minski - de7/32 - think of removing critters from an animal (hopefully an animal) :)
de 7/32 banish head invaders
niamh I have a friend called HooDedRat,who has several. I love them, they're so intelligent,i imagine ferrets are too. I have cats so no small mammals for me...

Hi baggo :) Happy birthday for yesterday!!!
thank you Deutch and scsongbird
Wooo! Baggo - happy birthday :) You kept that quiet lol
ty lola.. is it a tough one today?
the big 40
anyone have a "S" list?
Is that a birthday baggo. Many happy returns for yesterday. Wish I was 40 again *sigh* Did you have a good day?
Anj, she probably didn't want us babblers arriving drunk and disorderly in the private jet :)
THanks scsongbird1, Niamh, Lola, and Mikecheck. Got them all. Working on the Es now. I hate E words.
No clue for the fe. I don't have it. :( Baggo, didn't even know it was your birthday. Well cheers!
baggo.....congrats girl...bit hungover are we??? Might I just say...it's true...life improves after 40,gunna be 45 at xmas and loving it....still feel like a teenager tho, even with teenagers of my own.
yes a lovely one...my husband got his welding torch out to light the candles...too many margaritas though...and a lovely bottle of champers to cap the nigt..
I copied this from the posts this morning. Can someone spot the 2 S's I'm missing? sc 5 14 se 4 5 se 4 8 se 4 4 se 6 21 se 4 4 se 5 10 se 6 21 se 4 4 sl 4 5 sl 5 18 sl 4 5 sl 5 12 sl 4 4 sl 4 7 su 4 5 su 5 12
Deutsch...I got it..finished the "f"s...what are you missing?
baggo- I am not the right person to ask. Been having problems with the computer this afternoon and it's thrown me a bit, lol :/
missing bout dang nearly all of them. Let me see...
Happy 40th Baggo!!!! The best years are about to start..Join the club!!
lucky - there are 2 ho 4/11's - they sound the same but are spelled differently!!!!
thanks Minski, but I'm missing the same two apparently!
i think i finally got on ez too today...been trying..heads a bit mushy at the moment...would've loved to spent it with you guys...jet would've been lovely...
Deutsch, where're you from? Few people have "dang" in their vocab
Baggo, I'm sure we will make up for it. Come on in, the water's lovely :)
Jedi you still there?
Aw, thanks baggo! ((x))
well here goes nothing...<splash>...and i saw the w4/7 first....hehehhe
MAMABEAR TXS AGAIN... now I'm truely down to 3 ho's.
Can someone explain the player ranking thing - how it's computed? Does it average in days that you don't play, as if you got a score of 0? I don't have time to play this every day, but it sure is fun! Thanks.
Minski, don't think anyone's answered you yet, but you are missing an SE6/21 and an SL5/12. Does anyone have a listing of the N's?
Im back again! Hows everyone doing? Why do there have to be so many e's on the board? I bloody hate e's......
scsongbird, I was born and raised in the tiny midwestern town of Greensburg, IN. Both parents from Kentucky. I also use the word reckon a lot.
Hi dachef :) Fear not the E's, just got them all!
Eveing all, could someone please give me a clue of un6.
Hi dachef
deutsch...dang is in my vocab lots...must be the indiana connection...
ren8- overlooked or hidden?
GracieLou, it' a bit of an enigma, but as far as we know it overlooks days you don't play so it won't effect your ranking. What will effect it is the 30 day rolling average for every other player as we all tend to wobble up and down a bit. Some more than others... lol :)
but dachef -if there were no e's you' have to ask for a pint of br at the bar and hou'd be poaching 'ggs!
well, Deutsch, I'm in South Carolina and "reckon" and "dang" are regulars! SO is "yonder"..
you'd even!
ren8, you can't see un 6 (that's a clue, not a jab)
cheers lola, must be going blind this evening
I reckon you're right, baggo. Hoosier hysteria and all
Thanks Mary. Act6ually that was someone else's question that I copied earlier word for word so I would know that 2 words were missing. That's great that you answered though so when I get to the S words I'll have them all. Thanks.
Thanks, Anj!
I have family all along the south. Both carolinas, tenn, and KY.
which ho's do you need?
anj, i've never quite figured out the ranking thing...don't pay much attention to it, but after i was gone for a week and didn't play i expected to drop and went on to see how far i had fallen...and hadn't...when i first started a girl told me that if you play and don't finish that is where it affects you the most...go figure..
Baggo - I think thats right. I started yesterday, but actually fell asleep after about 120 words! Today I slipped 15 places!
Baggo, makes sense. I've completed every grid for over 2 month apart from one. Those 26 words i missed due to a beer attack dropped me 30 places. Mind you, I still can't work out how I was top 5 in the first place... :/
Can anyone give me the stats for the two I'm missing? ne 4 5 ne 6 21 ne 7 32 ni 4 5 ni 5 12 ni 4 4 no 4 5 no 5 12 no 4 5
but to be honest, I dont really look at the rankings too much anymore. Im sure some of the people at the top are using programs to find all the words. Why escapes me.
hi all - back for another visit to babbleland..
baggo give up looking as the 1st time I finished I  took a hugh drop!
Can anyone tell me the 3 I am missing? ne 4 5 ne 6 21 ne 7 32 ni 4 5 ni 5 12 ni 4 4 no 4 5 no 5 12
I would think a program would take all the fun out of it. I know Doogle uses pen and paper.
fe 5/18 = feline (anagram for where baseball is played)
i actually love to chat and play....it's all about me and finishing for myself...i like words always have...and i love to have to try and use the points to find them...
Full N list. copied from earlier posts. ne 4 5 ne 6 21 ne 7 32 ni 4 5 ni 5 12 ni 5 12 ni 4 4 no 4 5 no 5 12 no 4 5 no 5 12
MINSKI DI 6/21 IS What truck run on. any clues for de 7/32 anyone ... Mamabear?
speaking of the words, the 3rd fo 4/7 has a delightful meaning.
cybernan, I think you need a ni 5/12 and an no 5/12
i actually find the words quicker when i print it at work and then play...takes forever when i use the screen...but isn't yellow supposed to be more stimulating for the brain?

And hi to Dachef too! Have they considered your sanity yet Dachef?
yes it was considered, but disregarded.
LOL! Yeah! Must be from listening to your radio so much :)
AND hi to Baggo! Hey, I'm only doing this once more :D
Two banana cakes are ready...Anj,Lola shall i cut you both a slice and put icing on the other one......I'm sorry....have to tease...it's in the blood...
That makes two of us then, Dachef...the doctors seem to think that Miyavi is my imaginary friend, rather than a j-rocker. *sighs*
I am stuck on the last one, id5/10 can anyone help please
ren8 - feeling sickeus?? ;)
Okay, one more time :) Hi to Cath and Lola...didn't see your postings!
Bear? Icing on the other one??? That one went over my head lol :)

Niamh - I'm missing the same one!
speedfreak, that one means "One of a set of seats, usually three, provided in some Roman Catholic and Anglican churches for the use of the presiding clergy"
How come Ozzy Osbourne can sing but not talk?
Hi CATHB sorry had a phone call and then remembered an email I'd promised to send ,so been doing that. I have been summoned to watch a tv programme by hubby - will be back about 10.
Anj....for the wedding!!! Doh
I'm confused... wat does the letter-number combinations mean? Of caourse, confusing me doesn't take much.....

Down to six words, but it's way past lunch time -- taking a break!

Well done ren8 :)
mamabear - type in intestinal obstruction in google and there is the answer
Time to watch the Patriots kick some Bronco butt. Back later on tonight. TTFN
maybe i should start hitting the malibu, maybe that would help....
Mamabear, there is NO id5/10, only an id5/12 which is plural of id4/5. There is an il5/12 which fits the sickeus clue.
d*mn - sorry Niamh - you need the se4/4 nestled between the 6/21s. Got carried away there...
o, that makes sense. I'm slightly less confused now, but then, lots of things confuse me, like soda cans, certain hard-to-open packages, and babies. thanx (again :) ) MAMABEAR
argh. That's an il5/10 for the sickeus clue.
Nothing a little Malibu can't fix
i thinking i should drink to help my head and maybe that will help me with the puzzle...8-/
Anyone fancy posting a list of the Es ?? I don't like Es... No, really, I don't... I'm not too keen on Is after yesterdays either :/

brandyjack - i knew i saw "ID 5/10" SOMEWHERE: the id5/10 intestinal obstruction is on a2z. this was your clue at 3:05
Anj: ed 5 12 ed 6 21 ee 4 4 ei 4 4 el 5 12 el 6 21 el 5 10 el 7 32 el 4 4 en 5 12 en 6 21 en 5 10 en 6 21

cybernan - yup, that last sl5 is a doozie :)
*glares at Anj* And just what is implied by THAT?
thank you anj... I could have sworn I already had that... I didn't :/
Mamabear, you predated me at 3.02 there's nothing in a2z that fits the id 5 sickeus clue... Which is what confused me in the first place. I recognised the word from the 'sickeus', but trascribed your id5 instead of referring it to properly as il5. Confusion reigns when chaos is king.........
Anj and Lola Down to 12 words no a2z yet....going to fold some laundry and clear my head those s's killed me Miya Thx for clue on river...big help

Hey babe? can you help me out on the last ni5/12 and the last no5/12??
later Speed :) Niamh - that's one of the side effects of continued Babbling. You think you entered a word, but it comes back to savage you later in the day... lol :)
Lo, they both differ from the prceeding ni5/12 & no5/12 by one letter - the 2nd to last :)
Lola, the no5/12 is "A knob, knot, protuberance, or swelling", only the plural

mo- an artist or photographer has a port fo*** :)
Atalante...where you live...plus a vegetable !!

'Bye cathb :)

lol i didnt say easy i said easier!
thanks lola, but what the heck kind of word is that?
Lola - fab clue. (but what a strange word!!)
how do people get score of "998"? do they use a dictonary? I've only got a score of 299 and i'm struggleing
ed 5 12 ed 6 21 ee 4 4 ei 4 5 el 5 12 el 6 21 el 5 10 el 7 32 el 4 4 en 5 12 en 6 21 en 5 10 en 6 21
bitter, not allowed to leave till you break 900
You're welcome...and don't ask me!
just keep playing, Bitterlaughter. You learn new words all the time. I prefer to monkey type, try and decipher clues, and figure out words using the score values. MUCH more satisfying than using dictionaries and a2zwordfinder!!!! (well, IMHO)
bitter - some people use dictionaries and other people use websites to help them
thnx jax
my god, i'll never reach that...my brain has an expiration date
I agree babbler.
I'm at 59 words, score 970. Shouldn't be many more to break 998. Is that significant, Bitterlaughter?
i just make up words, sometimes they're real.
....and i also have a ton of work to finish before 9pm
what is this a2z?
jax...i'm sure that clue would be wonderful if I had el 6, but I can't get that one.
www.a2zwordfinder.com
http://www.a2zwordfinder.com/

Okay, there are four en words. Two of the end with a girls name or to take someone to court (the longer of the two is past tense). The other two end in "when is the baby ****" or someone pays their **** before becoming famous. The longer of those is the plural.

mommy, you're welcome
hmm, missing the fire...it's in the basement. i'm not going down there, there's spiders down there.
sorry Mels...not ignoring you...the shortform is the number of letters in a given word and the score of that word..ie. ni 5/12 is a word beginning with ni, contains 5 letters and scores 12 points
Mels, scroll up to the top of the page for the Babble Rules, that will explain everything. If you play Scrabble, you should be familiar with letters having values so words have scores. So, for instance, lo5/10, is a word that begins with lo, there are 5 letters, and the values add up to 10. You really need to see the rules for how the scores are arrived at.
sc songbird, working on the ol' for you. one is a type of margarine

balted == belated (holy love of words, need sleep)
Harpjane, do you play a pedal harp? My daughter has a lever harp. 38 string Camac.
Take your glasses and flip flop the end letters
fe 5/18 fe 6/27 Both are words meaning cat like. first one ends with the top of a jar, second one ends with what you hang your clothes on to dry
sleepless I play pedal & lever.
Yay, done! Crap, back to homework and inernship applications
le 5 same as the other spelled differently le 6 is past tense of le 5
Thanks, TitanAngel, mousakka. Got it! :D Both!
*confetti*
Sleepless and Harpjane I'm a harpist too,.. have a Lyon and Healy pedal harp for sale .. bye the way all my de 4/5's are plural already what am I missing?
for le 6, add a letter to le 5. YOU CAN DO IT! 16 minutes to go!
16 minutes, but alas, I don't think I'll finish without cheating and looking at a word list... :-/ *feels lacking*
Harpjane, if my daughter continues, we'll have to trade in the lever for a pedal. **gulp** $$$ I hope she continues, despite the cost. She has natural talent, and it's such a beautiful instrument!!! Do you play with a symphony or are you a soloist?
Thank you tons. What about the other le5 that that 6 is not based on?
It's an alternate spelling of le 5
le5/10 - a varient of the word meaning the piece of glass in eyeglasses. le 6/21 - past tense of above
(flip the last two letters)

Thank you sleepless and mab! I swear (!) I tried that earlier and it didn't work. I didn't really think it was a word!
Titian, are you done with the puzzle?
HURRAH FOR US!!!
Haha no, I only made it to 153. (My first time with no word lists, darn stubborn nature)
That's excellent for not using lists. Well done.
This is my first complete. But I had all day to mess with it!
Thank you mab :)
