Oh, this was yesterday and I did tell at the flip. Not my fault, but car is totaled. Good car but old car and not worth fixing (to insurance), very worth fixing (to me). Insurance company has money. I do not. Turn of the screw. Young woman who ran stop sign said road was icy and I should have stopped instead of hitting her when she crossed my path. New schools new logic I guess. Cop did not agree.
let me get this right, she runs the stop sign but its your fault? She needs her head examined

Oh that is traumatic.... are you okay physically... whiplash can be nasty.... I never believed it till I had it...will the insurance company give you money to replace your car?
Yes, she was very forthcoming with both the police and the insurance agents that she did run the sign. (Also there is a witness with a US gummint seal - letter carrier that is.) But even so, it was my fault for not stopping. This is a situation where all the adults involved (even if they're on opposing sides) look over 26-year-old child's head and raise eyebrows at each other.
I'm sorry about your accident. I hope you feel better soon.

I just hurt all over. Insurance will only pay worth of car, cost to fix is way beyond that. So much for being frugal and loving my little old Toy. Someone did get killed yesterday (stolen truck caused huge pileup and killed a man) so I have nothing to complain about. And everyone involved *did* share some amusement at the logic of the girl at fault. But still that won't translate into bucks for me. Anyway, it's been about 80 phone calls and probably 80 more before it's all sorted out. Let's babble.

The wedding was splendid. so much joy and love...and my little grandson was adorable in black dress pants and shoes, white dress shirt and black vest. He didn't take his shoes and socks off until he got into the car to go home.

man, i had a rough start to this morning...overslept a few minutes cause the BF stayed over last night -- neither one of us ever seem to wanna get up for work when we are together...hehe then when i did wake up, i woke up with a headache (which still hasnt gone away!!) then i was trying to get organized and i put 2 glasses on top of my tv to get them outta the way -- one slid off + fell onto the floor, then the other slid off + bonked me on the forehead! (luckily neither glass broke, but it sure didnt help my headache any!!) *YAWN*

Nope. He does this every time he's off the road, couple days a week. i had to pick up a part time job at a truck stop a few years ago and he was a regular. Babs, Limewire allows you to adjust how much of your bandwidth you want to use. 100% will get you fast dowloads, but will hog your RAM. You can also set how many you can downlaod simultaneously to limit things. Caveat: When it sets itself up it automatically is set to 'share'. If you don't want that (and lots of hits on you for uploads hogs bandwidth as well) then change the upload settings in 'options' to limit or disable that function. This was a Public Service Announcement on behalf of the curious music minds everywhere... : )

Deutsch - 3:2 is something with the 'scans' or size (I think).... mp3 is just another music format jpg is for photos...pictures... (my hubby is a audio/techie guy...I guess some of it has rubbed off on me!!)

Eastern- Talk about stress. In this area, there is a house for sale on nearly every street, and mine sold in less than 2 months. I was not at all prepared for that. Then the people who bought mine, wanted possession immediately. I am settled for the time being.

JBs: Thx for prayer. It will be OK, we went thru a storm in 1993, which had up to 85mph winds, and nothing but a shorter tree bent over, which we removed. It will be fine. hoot -- that is the worst part about the weather -- it is in the 50's during the day and drops to the 30's at night -- I don't mind the unseasonably high temps (though Kirsten does) -- it's the incredible temp swings that get to me!
Don't I know it, hoot! We had similar issues with Krisdtianna so with luck, we should have him in the bassinet wothin the next noght or so --- We also had diaper issues last night -- I bought ones that were just a little too big for him, thus fostering soak thorugh issues
