Hi bloodaxe
And with that, I must depart. Food shopping awaits. I have a strong aversion to food shopping, the food I can stomach. Bye all (sorry to miss you Bloodaxe)
good morning Blood
See ya Haz - one of my most hated chores too
is it me, or has anyone else noticed a superabundance of plurals in today's grid?
aawww..bye haz.
It's nice isn't it metal

'bye Haz

Isn't it funny how much quicker the words seem to come when using the list!
They seem to jump out at you.
OOOh nasty r words
nasty?
Meaning - what do they mean never heard of them before
haven't opened the list yet matty, but that sure was true yesterday. It was amazing how many easy words I had overlooked
theres only 2 r's
Meaning- bad words?
wait, i confused angb
Oh I checked - they mean sa 4/6... this is a very intellectual grid
very true matty
anyone figure out how rishi was a nasty word
What is the average IQ of the words in this intellectual grid?
Sorry - if you read my post I apologised for confusing you - by saying that I meant I had never in a million years would have thought those were words. Sorry pbar
oh no worries. all is gravy in the world 30 words left!
I tried that R word, and it didn't take it when I tried it the first time, but it took it now
Good clue on the r word, pbarman!

hi meta and Angb

and blood
Merp is doing well thank you. Not yet frenzied about breakfast...I've got about 45 minutes before he threatens to bite the babble hands
Hey, sprite, did your chewing gum lose its flavor on the bedpost over night?
?
My furry tyrant has been fed and is now happily nested, curled atop his personal heating pat/cat warmer
hi Eva, sprite, and any others I missed
what's his name?
hi Wolvie
hi wolive
or wolvie
Rock (he was already 12 years used to the name when we adopted him so we didn't change it)
either works. ;-)
is he Rock Hudsonish?
wolive, the love of wopeye?
LOL sprite
heh - must be!
thx enemy, angb and eva finally greyed out a's
wow...did anyone here Stephen Hawkings recomendation that we leave the planet or die?
..... not sure. he seems very fierce, but is strictly an indoor cat so I don't know his romantic attractions
nope, blood
no blood - where did you see that?
I don't think Rock hudson did either metal
he claims that the chances of nuclear destruction are increasing and if we inhabit other planets the human race has a greater chance of survival.
in that case, he may very well be Rock Hudsonish after all. Providing of course that Rock was declawed and neutered
i'm listening to yesterday's BBC podcast right now.
Oh, the evidence indicates Rock knew his gender preference quite well, if it matters
oh. I believe that's probably true - unfortunately
ah - I will have to look for that - thanks. Love Hawking
He is right, as usual. Wouldn't do those other planets any good though, seeing how destructive mankind is
true Enemy, but I don't know the cat's so I can't truly judge if his name is representative of that...
I tend to think it's because he's so solid and stubborn
not that that's a Hudsonesque quality per se, but more of a geological rock quality
very good point sprite
Off to bed leaving 38 to find. Love those plurals - nite all
nite angb
i like hawking as well. i hope to hear more about it.
nite angb
'night Angb, see ya later
bye angb
Moving six billion plus people to Planet Hilton seems an easy task.
it's really neat though...the whole "alien" life form moving from planet to planet, depleting them of their resources...
bye angb
bye angb
it's real life sci-fi, only the humans are the aliens.
science fiction - becomes fact . :-)

hi another (late in looking up from grid)
It is great to have Lickety back.
hi merk
Hey, Wolvie
hi wolvie
I can't do the grid today :(
annotherone - I scanned the chat log and it was like a combination of chinesse whipsers and search and rescue! Loved it, but didn't mean it - I just got too merry!
I wasn't! MRP mentioned that she was on order to attend Xmas do. Did she behave?
I hadn't realised how much I depended on your list lickety
Thanks for what you do, Lickity. Be good to yourself.. . your life is more important that the grid.
why not, another?
lynxxx - I have to admit that I was the only one to play up /.....
lickety - sounds like you have my sense of humor. ;-)
And, Lickety, thanks for the advice
And, Lickety, thanks for the advice
I went Christmas shopping yesterday and overdid it so arms are really achy today
My shout Wolvie, what you want?

I'll have a word in Father Christmas' ear and tell him to send you something special
oooh, fibers and fabrics and hooks and needles for me please anno
You in p a i n?

her arms are tired, lickety - she says to tired to do the grid.
Try this : Force youself (with sticky tape if you have to) to smile for a FULL 60 SECONDS. Then tell me how you fell.

I fell when I had too much cheer - from the smile. ;-0
I always have a big smile :)

I just saw some guy jump into a pool with a female cop chasing! Cool!
hi inge! how is your weather ?
is this grid a wee bit boring, or is it me?
Good morning, Inge2
not boring, but plenty of plurals
our weather is gorgeous! we didn't get the winter weather the midwest did.
it's different than yesterday's - much faster
This grid is so easy to the max!
Enemy you're just too good at this.
oh - very good. We are a bit cooler today - 50's - 60's.
I can't figure out the two R words.
No, but grandiosity is my forte!
ho ho is a word!
ri 5/12 -- add cow manure, sans the last letter and plural for the 6

yup; I put some cheese on my fried egg
aahh, was wondering where everyone went :-)
nope - just have my head down, trying to finish
I am here comtemplating the feasibility of hoarding dust mites
I'm still here, but that egg is sounding better and better
better be feasible, enemy - we all have them. ;-)
jeez, me too, Enemy . . . long list of stuff I SHOULD be doing instead of babbling . . . feeding 20 people next Friday . . .
dontcha love lists, une? I make lots of them!
at this point I have post-its all over the house!
Do you keep a list of your lists?
hehe, a bit of Babble is my down-time little bit of quiet in the middle of all there is to do
not quite that bad yet, enemy. ;-)
Inge, love lookin' at your cute babies!
great idea..postits can be removed as you accomplish the task.. otherwise, it stares at you and gives you a guilt complex
tx, Une. miss your beagle!
I've always felt that sometimes you need what you want more than you need what you need... and by extension you sometimes need to do what you want to do more than you need to do what you need to do
or you revise them with NEW post-its (not that I would ever do that . . . heh heh heh)
like post it pox all over the house, lol
I like that type of thinking, metal
:o)
I'll second that, metal
ok, Inge, she's back!
As I said the other day, I cancel days for lack of interest; and often neither for nor against apathy.
Une--aww, a sweetie!
ok, i'm off to check at least ONE thing off my list--BBL! (thanks, Inge, I just adore her!)
good outlook Enemy, I like it. I'm very status static at times myself

aah, I see.. what yummy gourmet delight are you preparing?
and will you share your recipe?
i don't either, metal. ;-0

but, but, but... where's the meat?

mmm, sounds super.. is the lasagna vegetarian?
nd for dessert: pound cake, chocolate cake with ganache and raspberries, chocolate pudding, lemon curd, chocolate cheesecake.
mmmm, yummy, lemon curd!
omg, I'll be right over... watch for me..
The lasagne is the only non-vegetarian item. Someone else is bringing turkey and ham.
Oh I get it....lentils for dinner so everyone won't eat much and have lots of room for dessert
If I'm very lucky, there will be no leftovers.
how do you prepare your lentil soup?
my kind of dinner!
wow -hmm - I could be there for leftovers. ;-)
hi chiley
Hi....
Firework

Sautee onions, garlic & ginger. Add red lentils, cumin, coriander, curry leaves, salt and sautee a bit. Add water (or broth) and let her rip until the lentils are done. Then puree before serving.
Congrats, Merk!!
The recipe is Red Lentil Soup with Spiced Oil found at www. epicurious . com.
The no builds on the one above.

ty for sharing, Charm; two of my children, along with their spouses, are vegetarians, so I will be fixing your soup when they come for the holidays
Aloy, check out the recipe at the site for all the details. but it's a great soup - the last time tI made it, I had some one actually lick the pot....
hey charm, if you like lentil soup, try this one sometime:(this will be a big post):Moroccan Lentil Soup - by Annie Somerville Ingredients: 1 cup lentils (about 6 oz) 6 cups cold water 1 tbsp EVO 2 cups yellow onion, diced Salt cayenne pepper 1/2 cup diced carrot 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced red or yellow pepper 1 tsp cumin seed, toasted then ground 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/8 tsp turmeric 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced or grated 1/2 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped - about 1 cup, or 1 8 oz can of tomatoes with their juice, chopped 2 tbsps chopped cilantro Sort and rinse the lentils and place them in a soup pot with the cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until tender, about 20 minutes. While the lentils are cooking, heat the olive oil in a medium sized saute pan and add the onion, 1/2 tsp salt, and a few pinches of cayenne. Cook over medium heat until the onions are soft, 7 - 8 minutes, then add the diced vegetables, another 1/2 tsp of salt, and the spices. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute. Add the vegetables and the tomatoes to the lentils and their broth. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend and deepen. Season to taste with salt and cayenne. Garnish with the cilantro. Wolvie notes: this soup is fine without the cayenne for those who don't like heat. Sub some aleppo or other, milder chile. I add black pepper, and I use a bit more veggie and some of the spices than are called for - I usually do in all soups. I also find this soup to be fantastic if you let it sit overnite before you eat it. Very good that day - much better the next. As with a lot of things. :-)
LOL... that is a great testimonial!!
what's EVO?

I should be able to type much easier and faster now... the cat has had his morning cuddle and is ensconced back in his heated nest box
LOL
I want a heated nest.
I don't think I would want to work in retail this time of year.
Our youngest is while in college and loves it
Lori surfaces slowly to avoid the bends and greets all whom she has missed.
yes but it's the pits to getlunch isn't it? i hated that about working there at christmastime
we used to have a heating pad for back pains and ear aches, etc. now the cat has a nest box warmer.
hi lori
he's old and we figure he needs it to warm the old bones
Hi LoriP
Hi Lori. Coming up for air?
hi lori!
metal, what a lucky cat
watches Lori for sings of the bends
The phone has run twice, #1 pm'd me to ask for money, the kids are... you know the deal. I want to finish the grid!

I was going to "be a good girl" and go right back out of the store, but he said "let's just go see what they have" (PetSmart has an area where animals from local shelters are on display)
What is todays word total please?
we walked the line, looking at each cage's occupant(s) and I was trying to be strong.

Good for you, metal! A win-win situation.
Thank ye metal.
TO, do you have ae7?
Hi TempleOwl
66 left then.
phone, brb
did pretty good at it until we saw Rock... so elegant and dignified, sitting there calm and aloof. we thought his age was a typo, and just fell in love.
yes i have ae 7 ty
we'd missed the shelter folks that day and had to wait a week, until the next weekend to adopt Rock.
Great story--I love animal adoption and rescue stories. When I am retired and independently wealthy, after I win the lottery, I want to run a rabbit rescue home.
he's been our little furry love giver ever since
Then you need ea7, TO---the simplest way to get something done
ea7=opposite of the hardest way
I'd love to be able to fund rescues too
ty scrabs! i think it's time to wrapit up for the morning - with 32 left
Anybody have that O in the middle?

Oh look, my vacuum cleaner has stopped right beside the computer....
what a fortuitous halt Haz
It's been very fortunate, I've found some words while it gathers strength again.
it's good you're allowing it to rest and recuperate. you don't want to strain your vacuum. it might never recover.
That's the strategy I've always used and it has served me well.
good system.
she's right HAZ... you probably want to hunt a few more words... for the sake of your vaccuum
I'm down to my final 14, what about you Haz?
I have a houseproud friend who went through 9 vacuums in 12 years. She could have ended up in jail for that.
she should have ended up in an asylum for that
I've got 20 left, but haven't resorted to the list yet. That may come later.
Her husband was the one who needed the asylum!
him too
Off I go again - seeing nothing new and haven't time to do more just now. The vacuum had better brace itself.
It's a Dyson, so it's really me who needs to brace herself. The NOISE!
Feuerwerk for me, last word was that white stuff our area did not get. How embarrassing!
Congratulations inge!
yayyy Inge!

hi Dorens
hi dorens!
I take it the theme for today is TV shows?
reality shows - this and the nanny ones are theonly ones i watch - oh and i guess "what not to wear" would count as one?
NW airlines used to offer $100 roundtrip tickets from Detroit for Mall Shopping on December Saturdays. Leaving Detroit at 6 am.
round trip from Detroit to where?
nut where are you?
I think it would count
reality tv? my problem with those is that everyone I'm aware of begins with a premise that is far far from reality
to Minneapolis and bus connection to the Mall of America
still in bedding owl
ahhhh
ahhhh, mall of the americas... my sister used to live in MN and we passed it on the way from the airport...never had the nerve to go there, though
where do Rennie and ichy spent nights?
can you sign in to msn? i couldn't when i logged on
get out of bed, nut..it's time to shop!
i dunno owl, it doesn't do it auto anymore

Inge, does your daughter work as a translator?
: ( actually not dboule smart....
oh, well can't you shop silently?????don't have to tell us which stores or departments you are in, and owl can't see where you are, no matter how many master's's's she has
she has the edjufucation that i lack
first or second one magz?
no, she is in Las Vegas getting a MA in Russian history
generious?
gerenitus?
first one please
interesting choice; does she plan to teach?
oh well i can tell when to get lost - think i will get lost in cleaning!!!

watch out there, metal... if you're old, i'm older!! (and don't feel like hearing it today)
all right... I'll be back in a bit.. I need to get ready to face the day
if you are delicate and old at your age I must be in the fossil stage
'bye pappa, go arm yourself and prepare to repel all boarders
thanks meta, didn't know that was a word
heh... meta, I was just going to take a shower... but you'rs isn't a bad idea either. ;)

para...meaning the flu shots won't ward it off?
great. well that xplains it! :-) LOL nice to have doctor in the house.
para meaning kinda sorta, I think.
Take a hot shower or breathe in cold air, Stid.
Cold air, we have! The house gets to 15 at night. Shower sounds nice, will do when I am done w/ my tea/
Flu shots only helps for 3 Flu strains, not the other hundreds of respiratory viruses
se 6/18 please
I am sipping "Tension Tamer" tea. ***tension is fading away rapidly*** LOL

any other good te** ? flu fighter, perhaps?
the saint or the sugar magz?
LOL Dorens! no need, really! But it you have some nice hot buttered rum?
tension tamer tea... now allergic to one of the ingredients. It gives me hives. :-(
coming right up (even tho it is not noon yet, in your honor, hot buttered rum for all)
Yippee for grog (and arrrrgh, for the other pirates among us)
What ingredient, Stid?
*impatiently waiting for feather to get Daniel to napping so we can race*
the sugar but i can't find it from that clue
the chemical is methyl salicilate, the "active ingredient" in spearmint (and Doan's pills)...
se + cross + gluc***, dextr***
it's also in some other mints (like chocolate mint) but I can still cope with spearmint.
reading that too quickly, stid, and wondering *what pills did I give you?"
So, are you allergic to aspirin too?
it starts out like the saint
oops. meant I can cope w/ peppermint! but not eucalyptus or camphor.
thanks scrabbler, should have seen that
No, not allergic to aspirin.
*grin* obviously not the right ones, Dorens! I am still coherent!

Listen to iTunes with me----how about Cat Stevens/Yusuf's new CD, An Other Cup---beautiful!
*holding sign* "Will Dust for Hot Toddy"
is it good, scrabbler? i have to hear that.... always did like him
the spiders in my house are certainly persistent with their webs...I'm less persistent at cleaning them
Sounds lovely, Scrabbler, Tom loaded i-something on my computer, maybe I can figure out how to make it work...
we have a deal! and we can up the ante.... vacuum? two hot toddy's and roasted spiced almonds
I don't see any chocolate in there, Dorens, vacuuming definitely merits chocolate!
i have been listening to Yusuf non-stop for 2 wks---how I love his music.
wonderful dark ghirardelli square just waiting for you!!!
a hot toddy sounds REALLY good, its cold!
Dark chocolate, my favorite.
*dragging self out of bed to go clean Dorens' house*

I meant something special for the holidays, but either way that sounds cool

pigs live in a messy apartment
What is this Strumelpeter book?
and that he had St. Nikolas punish those boys, since he is the one keeping track of who has been naughty and nice
it's a german book -- don't know if it was translated to ENglish (must have been) about a very naughty child, Peter. He ends up having gory adventures... and dying!
pigs may live in a messy apt but that does not prove the pigs were the cause of the mess
ok, i have monkeyed every weird word i can think of......the third se4/4?
it's meant for children to learn to behave.
is that like a stimpmeter
spanish six, feater
ugh! thanks!
a stimpmeter is used bu the pga to measure the speed of greens
the name is Struwelpeter, which means kid with messy hair. Try to google it, that should give you at least the front cover of that kid.
Enemy... personal knowledge?
ok, 10 left, all Ts
oh -- I thought it was an M... I only have a really old copy.
my pets of choice are rats
okay, my last word is si 5/10... monkeys not helping!
my pet of choice is plants, but dogs are nice, too.
3
Could it be shortened female siblings?
An Md in 1844 didnt like the books for children to give to his 3 year old son, so he wrote his own in verse. Covered just about all children's *vices*, like sucking thumb, playing tricks on people, not watching where you walk, etc. all with dire consequences
i hope you mean the first one, not hte plural one stid!
thanks haz...2---and hooray for stid
si -- air ba***
thanks Haz! that was it!
Well done!
*offering consolatory chocolate to feather*

hi gramma
but i think that photo spot turned out really well. I'm looking at the pics now... just starting to work on them
ty ya'll, I am struggling with my A's bbl
really, if trolls are ignored they go away. it's when people try to reason with them that things get drawn out
Hello, all, just back to finish, two left
I sometimes wonder at the emptiness of their lives... to have to come into a peaceful environment and be so obnoxious... ahhh well, they're more to be pitied than they are anything else
wb bubba
the exception being nut loving a troll till she left the other day... hilarious
hey bubba
congrats on the spot working out
thanks... I'll pop back in every now and then, but I'm diving into my world of photos for a bit.

phew that was hard work!
closet hohoer here ( : ok back to the h's ) :
whats a hoho?
well, first i thought they were a proper noun, but i think it's like kleenex, you can use it to refer to any type of cake-cream combo
can someone please clue ae4 - I've been all round that so many times!
flosey
lonnnnng time
it might take you ages, flosey ;)
and the next 5 is a plural for it
three vowels flossy, then final consonent
ae + not off
ae4...ae+ not off
ahhhh! btw, typing "ho ho" into google hoping for a picture of treats to show ata is NOT a good idea
thanks mo, I don't believe it missed that
If you don't live in a trailer and have cars on your font lawn held up by cement blocks, you could never understand a hoho
yw flosey

sorry the next 5/12 I meant.
thnx again metaleather!
blackcurrent! your starbursts are much more exotic than ours
they do still have lime, most people don't eat yellow or green candies tho, so they are few and far between
they did a pink pack as well that had all summer fruit flavours in
yep
oh the summer fruits ones were lovely!
called tropical fruits here
clue for second oo word pls?
I have no idea what either of you are talking about but thanks for the effort.
if you're not outgoing, you're sh*. the superlative of that
sallyds...add a squiggly letter to the next sh5/12
Just checked the official starburst web page, they come in 4 flavors, orange, lemon, cherry and strawberry
but not at the end.
How do you get your mouse to sit up like that Sally!
sally, take the fecal matter sh, plus add a consonent before the last letter, then plural.
what, no purple ones? But they were my favourite
s+ opp of her + cross letter, then plural
Life and starbursts are not always fair

bye cherrypop!
very well done, cherrypop
Hey, Sprite! Well I had a situation today with a parent of one of my 11 yr. old daughter's friends. We were at the science fair and the kids were dismissed at 12:00 and had to be back at 2:00. I was going to take two of my kids to get something to eat in between. My daughter's friend was stuck waiting there for two hours and so Samantha (my daughter) asked if her friend could come with us. We walked outside and her friend's dad drove up to bring her lunch. She asked him and I asked him if she could go with us. He said yes. When we were pulling up to the school, I got a phone call from a teacher at the school who asked if she was with me. When I said yes, she put the mother on the phone who proceeded to harangue me for taking her daughter without permission without her even knowing who I am. I told her we asked her father and she said we did not, that he did not know me or where the daughter was. When we pulled up to the school a minute later, she came out and was in a rage and screamed at me. "How dare you...How did you think I would feel?
i would be super pissed off, smith
sounds like she lost it completely, smith
but i don't have kids, so i tend to be simplistic about these sorts of things
I have kids and I would be outside myself if one was missing, but you asked and got permission from the dad
She must be a stressed mother to judge you so quickly without knowing you!
so mum should be yelling at dad and not at you
smithchick, I don't know you but it sounds like the mother and father need to communicate better. From a grandma perspective, you did nothing wrong.
smith try not to worry about it, it's not your fault if the father didn't tell the mother
Anyway, was I out of line to have her come with us when the dad said she could? I don't know the parents, that's why I made a point of going over and talking to the father myself. I should have left my number and name with him, but I didn't think it was a big deal when we were coming back in a couple of hours. The teachers all know me because I volunteer at the school. It was just a mess. To top it off, her daughter won an award at the science fair and she wasn't there to receive it because she had driven off in a huff flinging gravel.
Hi everyone.....yes Smith...the problem is the mums....not yours.....you poor soul
clue for middle hi 4/5please. last one and my eyes are getting blurry
Smith, she was probably just venting her worry onto you, so I wouldn't take it personally.
Oh my Smithchick. I would be so upset. I don't think you were in the wrong at all.
smithchick - my wise cousin says "I am only responsible for the behavior of one adult" :)
Also they shouldn't have left the girl to fend for herself for 2 hours, I would have taken her with me
never mind found it.
smithchick, it just doesn't matter. You had permission from the dad. You, the child and the father know it. The mother has a problem....not you. Let it go.
(((smithchick))) Try to put it aside, if you can. You were in no way to blame.
Wow, I feel for that child if she has to deal with a mom like that.
Perhaps from now on the mum and dad will try to communicate a bit better in future....let it be a hard lesson to them!
I hate it...I feel bad for the daughter. I understand that the mother was worried, but after I told her that we asked the dad, I expected her to back off but she didn't believe. I also didn't feel that the teachers had my back.
that's ridiculous, smith... hopefully she will apologize after talking to her husband, but with an attitude like that i think it's doubtful
I don't know if the dad forgot, or was trying to cover his butt.
sounds like a butt cover if I ever heard one!
male possessive word + crossed letter.
It's terrible when you can't do a nice thing for a little girl without being made to feel guilty about it
Well, I just needed to vent for a minute...thanks everyone.
but wouldn't the daughter back you up, saying you talked to her dad?
I half expected to have a warrant sworn out for my arrest.
smithchick, the teachers had to cover their own tails. In this day and age, every1 for themselves.
presumably the girl recognised her own dad!
The daughter told her mother that she asked.
Things like that can make you feel so bad!
lol....this is a great place for venting....feel free anytime!!!
smith, if i were a teacher i would probably be staying away from that lady as much as possible
It is never fun to be accused of the worst when your intentions were the best!
I'm torn between thinking the woman is a psycho and understanding that she was worried. I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when she got home with her daughter and talked to her husband. I hope there aren't any harmful repercussions for the daughter. She was furious with her, too.
I wonder what that teacher had to endure before she called you. I am glad that you looked out for the little girl so she didn't have to spend the 2 hours by herself.
I hope you have been able to calm down from such a traumatic episode.
how old are the girls, smith?
Can I just say one thing to you Smith......am sure you will take something from this experience......and in future never take dads word for anything....certainly not dad on his own!!!
Maybe her anger was due to her realising that she should have been there for her child, people would rather yell at others than accept blame themselves
Sounds to me like the lady has a real problem handling worry. And behaving herself in a civilized manner. I hope dad will back up the girl at least!
I didn't think about that Mom...thanks for pointing it out. She probably got reamed out, too.
Amen, Kthdsn
I am sure the teacher has a new rear end.
wait... how did the teacher know to call YOU? someone there must have known?
The girls are eleven. I've told my kids never to ask any of their friends to come over or accompany us anywhere unless I know their parents and they know I'm not going to run off with their kid.
Next time ask for a written approval :)
i don't think it's that big of a deal for an 11-year-old to decide what to do for lunch on her own.
help with any on the A's...?
which one???
The teacher was in the hall when we were talking about going. Before I ran into the dad. Cheyenne (the friend) felt funny about going with us to eat because she had no money. I jokingly said I'd take her anyway and she needed to get over herself. Then we asked the dad but the teacher didn't know we asked him.
ae 5/14 - ae + three point letter + form of "to be" (plural for a 7)
hi babblers!
very long time and plural, Gadget, for starters
As a volunteer at the school, you should be aware of how protective the school is supposed to be on field trips. In this day and age, I doubt I would have taken a student, no matter what age, from a function without notifying the person in charge, with the other parent present also. I am glad you were looking out for the child, my own daughter has been left waiting for her father in the past. Sounds like 'dad' was covering his own and didn't want to tell mom. Is it also possible that the parents aren't even together and she is mad at Dad because he let the girl go off with someone else?
any, flask (not using list today and need a jump start)
oh i see
ae5,10 ae + Not offs
Clues for the r words please?
hi franmag, see you have the same icon idea as me
Thanks!

Learned my lesson.
I have to be off. Hope the shock will wear off so4 for all of you, smith. Bye all!
bye sprite!
Thanks sprite. Bye:)
Gadget....bottom right hand corner...
anyway, to sum up smith: Mom = psycho. Smith = nice mom.
It has got complicated to act naturally kindly to others in this world!
LOL, Leslie.
i agree with leslie smitchchick, i caught up on your predicament before saying hello.
Yes its a very unhealthy for the kids nowadays!
It's times like that, Smith, that I wish we were back in the 50's and 60's when it was 'safe' to do things like that
'Here-here' Autumn....
Hey Fran...My blood pressure is starting to get under control.
:-)
I mindlessly babbled and lurked for a few minutes before spilling my guts and the distraction helped.
how you doin gadget?
That mom could just be a control freak. I say, bless you for what you did.
got 4/9 of the A's
Hello everyone - hope you are having good weekends
there's probably something going on between the mom and dad, that you don't know about, that caused her to react like that.
Hi Angb
hey angb!
hi angb!
tell me what ones you have
Hi Angb
angb who is the guy in your icon
gadget, how about ag + two vowels (and plural)?
years ago, my daughter brought a friend home from school and her step dad wanted her to walk home by herself and I insisted he collected her. I didn't think an 8 yr old girl should be walking alone long after school was out and he was cross with me but he did finally come for her!
a long time, a+car make and pl...
kth, you haven't met angb's significant other? :-)
ae + long time9s0
nope...
ae + long time(s)

Hi babblers. Am asking for prayers from all of you on the death of my mother yesterday. She is also the grandmother of musicmom and bgl. thank you all
I don't know anything about cricket lol, maybe I should!
oh grannyg! i am so sorry for you, mm and bgl
So sorry grannyg - my condolences and prayers
My kids put me in awkward with kids I don't know. Last Wednesday a child that I've never met or even heard of that rides the bus with my younger daughter (8) called and asked if she could come play. I told her no because we were leaving for church soon so she asked if she could come with us. She was waiting at the end of the road in the dark by herself when I go there. We went to church and we were at an activity when the girl informed me that her father said she had to be home by 8:30. This was at 8:20 and we were 20 minutes away and I still had to deposit girls in the church youth group and pick up my son. Not fun
of course grannyg! condolences on your loss.
Hi granny. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family. Bless you.
granny, I'm so sorry for you loss. You'll all be in my prayers.
kth - he did marry a famous model from Britain - can't remember her name
grannyg, I am so sorry -- Will drop a line to musicmom. {{{hugs}}}

Thank you all so much. She was only ill for two weeks and it was very unexpected.
hi ata!

Hi Ata -

Clues for the r words please? I'm just not seeing them.
gramma, i thought it might be a family name, it's sort of old-fashioned. my sister named her second daughter that too.

smithchick, thanks for posting stats yesterday. I ended up not needing them, but they really helped the others!
LOL klaurel, we're twins!

You too, klaurel? There is lots of stuff going around.
A different clue please for the NO6.

I boycott Wal-Mart except when someone gives me a Gift Card
good for you! we can't afford to do much this year, but are going to get a card for groceries for a family the kids' school helps out.
The 1st SI5/10 before the location. TY

ty...1 left
I have not been to a Walmart in over ten years, and only once before that...
go gramma go!
I was watching a Good Morning America thing where they were saying the working poor and the upper class give the most (thoughhj the upper not as much), but the middle class doesn't give as much
TS? AAAARRRRGHHH
and I am like, the middle class is barely making it and we KNOW we can't get help from anywhere. We make too much for any state assists and too little to do everything we want to do
I have heard that the more people have the more they fear losing it. Our poorer suburbs are the most generous givers to charity.
by percentage of income, it seems the poor give a lot more.
Hi can I please have a clue for the first se5?
gramma, the sleeping sickness fly!
use the bottom T
The widow and her mite. Well...I'm going to prepare a lesson for church tomorrow where I will not be accompanied by any children whose parent's I don't know. Thanks again for allowing me to vent.
Of course! TY
se 5/10: spanish 6 (the se 4) + vowel
YAY gramma!

Hi Melon
hi, Mom, Annie, Bilt....
Thanx everyone for your clues ... have fun babbling and see you on the next grid.
Thank you Angb, but I am bound and determined to not ask for help.
night angb
bye, Angb
You go for it Mom. My frustration levels get too high to go that way LOL
If I get half way, I feel blessed. Anything after that is icing on the cake
ditto that Mom :)
:), you too Angela?
clue for the wo5/20 please?
yup - to me the sport is in finding them...doesn't matter if I find ALL of them :)
That's what I do during the week - but weekends I like to try to finish.
What sound a jet makes when it goes past biltong
I use to try and finish them all the time, but nothing else was getting done in the house.
usually if they're small I'll put more effort in - but over 250 or so and forget it unless I have 8 hours of nothing to do.
ty, I can't believe I searched that long and still overlooked it!
I'm with you there Angela.
sometimes I will go to a2zwordfinder if something is eating at me. But rarely look at Lickety's list.
experts actually say if you finish brain teasers too often, they don't stimulate your brain as much.
During the week I work thru the boxes and try to get over half from each ... that means I get at least half way - then generally its time for bed
ea6/18 and 7/28 please?
builds on ea 4/4.
ea 7 - the most
ea 6 is a plural
The ea 7/28 - the quickest way is not always the ea***** way

im hungry now.
Hi Scrabbler. I'm done!
when choc is melted take off heat add 1 1/2 tsps vanilla, nuts if desired. poor in foil lined 8 x 8 inch pan. cool
Hi Scrabbler
thanks, lbd. I have been looking for a recipe for fudge. I moved to the UK about 8 months ago from South Africa and had to leave all my recipes behind :)
i chopped up some marachino cherries and drained them til nearly dry and added those in instead of the nuts
this fudge is really easy to do, you can also make it into a rocky road fudge, just chop up some marshmallows, and nuts and stir real fast! then poor in the pan and cool.
fire works!!!

isn't it almost 4:30 am for you scatty?
gooa go knit on blanket for friends new baby. came early so I have to hurry. doing well but the blanket is unfinished
nite everyone
okay luwanda! night!
night Luwanda
i have packing boxes all over the place and getting fed up with waiting for the solictors to get their act together and give me my house keys
3-20 at the mo
i'll let you know how the family cookie thing comes out' ;)
cool luwanda! :-)
i hope you'll be back before the 17th Luwanda
scatty, did you just buy a house?
hello all
tell us about your new house scatty
hi mrp!
just had to pay out for carpets and flooring, couldn't believe how much everything costs, it looks really cheap when you look at things in the shops
Hi mrp
eg6?
cath, it's an alt spelling of ae7, just drop the A
plural of the eg4 cathy
eg6 has the same ending as the ae7
ty fran lbd and scatty! :)
yw cath
yw Cath
my house is SMALL compared to what i am living in at the mo but its an RAF property and as Jon has left the forces we have to move
too bad scatty
i moved into this house 5 years ago...and we're still unboxing and tossing stuff!
that's why we rent. the houses around here are so expensive that if we bought what we could afford we'd be in a small condo instead of the 3-bedroom house that we are in now.
Anyone know how many words there are on this puzzle???
lbd, i think my mom had unpacked boxed 20 years after we moved.
i can imagine Fran! prices have always been high in HI
149 mcna
149
its a three bed house , we have a nearly 7ft bed and if we have the front bedroom , nothing else will fit in there with it, so my son is now having that room and we are going to attempt to squeeze into the second bedroom which is slightly a different shape, the third bedroon is going to have out wardrobes in and a futon for friends, mind you my son vacates his room and goes in the smallest one so that the guests can have his double bed
149 manastud
it's worse than ever lbd
hello my children
Thanks!
hi nutty!
so we're into reality tv today? i don't know any reality tv.
hi nutty
reality TV = oxymoron
that's okay nutty, not too many people did the theme today
hiya chix de clix
wassup
i think it means babblers have other things to do besides watch TV.
haven't seen her today chic.
Hi chic, Hi Nonnie, Hi Nutty Buddy!
hi nonnie
the house we are buying is £204000, even we can't afford that, because the prices are so high now, they have started to part sell, part rent so that at least some of our money isn't going down the drain, we will be paying £550 mortgage and £274 rent. Its better than paying someone else £900 to rent the same size property
yes. like hunt words fran. hezzo dawg.
i don't watch much tv, and it sure isn't reality tv!
hi lb
hi fran
that's cool you get that arrangement scatty
evenin' all, icon theme is TV?
hi fran; i was just what is up...lol
hi doc
reality TV gwen
i know chic, i was teasing. :-)
like an article of agreement scatty?
hi book doctor gwen
Hi gwen
reality TV? Ugh! LOL
my TV is for fiction! (or c-span)
hey book, i worked in a used book store when i was in college, absolutely loved it
i can only watch reality tv when Jon has gone to bed, he really hates watching things like that, i love watching Big Brother every year, my son was hooked on it this year
oh you are such a te 5, fran
fran, i hear ya!
lol chic, unfortunately some humor doesn't translate well into chats! :-) i'm often misunderstood.
reality Tv started because of the writers strike (remember that?) and should have ended when it ended!
i get that
that's true gwen, but i really like amazing race
(washing mouth out after mentioning reality TV)
30 days was (is?) the only reality tv show i can stand
i'd better go to bed, getting a bit on the late side now, see you all tomorrow if i can get my Husband off the computer, night all
night scatty!
nite scatty
i haven't heard of it gwen
oh and let's n9ot forget the fab big brother
Isn't that why we "babble"? TV was making me braindead!
you and helen really like that show, eh chic?
altho there was a recent ep. of Doctor who that ripped on reality TV shows, so my icon sorta counts LOL
i babble because i can't control the tv remote to save my life.
30 Days, producer Morgan Spurlock, the guy who made Super Size Me. Educational reality TV.
oh yes, now i remember it gwen, haven't watched it though
i did want to see that one book
nutty, you must have one of those universal remotes that's supposed to run everything
we really do
you'd think fran
i use to have a universal remote...then darling mate lost it! go figure!
helen has one of the guys from big brother as her icon today, what's his name? hardy? a real cutie.
so now you're back to 3 or 4 remotes?
4 remotes. each one does only 1 or 2 things
islanders 5 marc-andre fleury (and his woeful penguins) 3
hey chj!
aloha fran
watchit chj...he's still dead sexy
a sexy loser
ooh, he is cute nutty!
I haven't seen helen today yet.
whatsa matter chj, jealous cause your team doesn't have a gorgeousness of a goaltender?
indeed he is frannie, i just wanna eat him up.
as a confirmed hetero, i'd have to say that the hunkiness of my team is the least thing on my mind
then you, chj, have missed the entire point of being a sports fan.
give me an ungly superstar any day
hey fran! you hiding out here?
clues on N words
nosh
hey feather! did you win?
oops
if you want sex, thats what the cheerleaders are for
yup! got the first bunco. won a picture frame and an ornament
oh? no cash?
nope, we do real prizes
they cheerleaders for hockey?
yeah chj...now....being a heterosexual...wait! hockey don't hve no cheerleaders anyway ya putz.
so nutty were there any hunks at the bowling alley tonight
im a cheerleader fag and u aint getting nothing from me
*they have
Hi chj, Hi Feather
putz....i love that word
when i was in college our hockey team had a slating band
ashlye...that's not the kind of language we tolerate in here.
skating
but they can talk about sex
that's hilarity chj...having been in the marching band it conjures up images.
lbd how ya doing
ashlye, fag is derogatory and discriminating
the first se5/10 please?
ok
they really did go out on the ice in between periods....including the tuba player
cath, alt spelling of "grab"
I'm fine chj. trying to multi task and read the chat that's flying by
a tuba player on ice????
i need pictures!!! that would be so great!
that sounds cool
that's just an accident waiting to happen!
ty fran!
add a vowel to the se4.4 cathy
so if you couldn't skate you couldn't be in band?
i forget if they were the first skating band or the only skating band
yw cath
well you didnt have to skate that well
just enough so you didnt fall down
stio
i bet if one fell the all fell
except for the tuba player
hi guys!
hey smooth dude
they would actually do funny formations
hi smooth
so nut what was the average tonight
oh crap you had to ask
evenin' smooth, all

wow Fran that's great!!! My highest was 256
except my regular average is under 140
hi everyone
it was an exceptional day that's for sure
hi muse!
Hi Muse
when we were done, i had the guys lift me up and someone took a picture of me next to my score on the overhead board
hi lb!
i usually sprain or dislocate a digit when i bowl
hi muse, LBD, Fran
hi arlene!
evenin', arlene!
i think the highest i ever had was around 230
hi everyone! : )
lbd, sounds like you need bigger holes drilled in your ball!
Hi TO
hi TO!
hi TO!
hi to
little old lady who subbed on our team had a 199 tonight
before that game, my highest game was in the 180s
it's been forever since i bowled. probably be doing good to break 100
any thoughts on thsi new icon?
any good or pretty blasse?
nice wheat field
bowling is making a comeback. new fun lanes just built in center city
My brother-in-law bowls in a league where he is the youngest (he's 50) and gets beat by almost all of the oldtimers -- and he averages 217!! Yay for those spunky "old-timers"!! There may be hope for me yet lol
it makes you click on it to see what it looks like. it's a nice wheat field smooth
nice smooth.
my youngest nephew bowls for his scholarship. he must be pretty good.
its from this afternoon... I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it
i know a guy from high school that's a pro bowler
Wow lb! Didn't know they even offered bowling scholarships!
just reading back in the chat - WOW FRAN !!!! 289!!!! that's fantastic!!!!
yeah, once in a lifetime score i think
one left...a to 4/4...last one
hi Helen!
He's attending a community college in MO. and it's the only way he can pay for college.
ri 5/12 and ri 6/21 please
hi helen and muse!
hi helen
i got lost making snowflakes
i can bowl that on the computer...but in real life.... 135 my best that I remember
smooth, i think if there had been some wind blowing the wheat (like you could actually arrange something like that) it would have been an exceptional shot, as it is though, it's very nice.
i dated a pro bowler for a month once - he was rookie of the year too, but that was way before i met him, his grandma, who i bowled with, fixed us up
ri +japanese rice cakes su***
hi feather! long time no chat :)
there are lots of bowling scholarships out there
cath, do you the babblet? foot digit + vowel?
hi feather
hey helen
i missed the foot digit one this afternoon, and my favorite scrabble vowel dump. i was ashamed.
feather, I'll be glad to send you real sn**flakes
hey owl!
let's try that again, cath, do you *have* the babblet? foot digit + vowel
oh crud! oops, i forgot!
my all time high is 243 (2x) - it's hard to string strikes
you just used it the other day feather!
hiya chic!

hi all -- sorta here, sorta not. better yet, Cathy?
hi stid!
hi stid!
hi stid!
{{HEY STID}}
i messaged u as u asked...did u get it?
nope. hold on...
hi stid
was a day or more ago stid...
thanks all
thanks fran! sorry for the delay, i'm trying to do a million things at once here
i'm not on my puter as much these days...my mom's alzheimers is getting worse
oh! yes! sorry, it's been another one of those couple of days...
spending more time at my parents' house
but i finished 2nite! :)
life is SOOO busy!
that must be rough Cathy...but it's great that you can be there for her
I was so sorry to hear that, Cathy == glad you finished, though. How is your kid handling the extra commotion?
os 4/4 please
my son and i go over often to visit..mom's sister is down helping so that takes a big load off
plural os, red...
big red, add a "plural" ending
Dementia is so hard on everyone. Good thing you can all be helping each other out. Your father coping okay?
he's ok...he loses his patience with mom sometimes...hard for him to understand sometimes...
thank you mama.
ugh, dictionary.com has an ad for lamisil with that awful thing from the TV commercial.
of course, Cathy. Are there any support groups up there for the family of alzheimer's patients? It can be really helpful to have someone who understands.
very ugh, Fran!
my aunt is staying with them so she really takes a load off dad...especially in the daytime hours when household things need done. wish i could be there for them more, but I do have to work and maintain my own home
glad I don't know what that "ugh" is Fran...
we're on a waiting list for homecare (been 3 months now and still no one came) and on another list (14 months) for a nursing home.
a long process...
ooooh, nooooo just got a pic in my mind y8uk
i'm there every day, but i just can't spend enough time to make a difference enough, it seems.
sorry muse
every time i leave, mom wants to "come home" with me...she doesn't understand that she IS at her home.
when my grandmother was starting to fail (she didn't have dementia, but delirium brought on by medication and electrolyte imbalances -- same effect, but hers would have been fixable)... my poor grandfather was exhausted. They had moved 1000 miles away from any family members, so there really wasn't anyone to just pop in and help -- and they didn't understand how important it is to line things up early...
{{{CAthy}}} that is so hard.
wow...stid....that must have been real hard on your grandfather!
all day long she tells my mom and my aunt she wants to "go home"....i have to wonder sometimes...if maybe she knows she's out of her mind and wants to "go home" to heaven ...ya know?
*oops* she tells my dad i meant
sorry...i seem to be venting now...
stidmama...u should NOT let me do that in public
;)
Wow Cathy. Have you ever asked her what she thinks "home" is like? is she remembering her childhood home, or her young married home?
no problem Cath...... sometimes it's what is needed
And does your father have any time at all to just go hang out with friends -- even for a coffee once in a while?
it's hard to tell...we've all asked her tons of questions about what she thinks her HOME is...she just doesn't seem to know...where ever she goes, she just "wants to go home"
god luv you guys...tks arlene
ea6/18 please
yes...he goes bowling on mondays...and gets out more now that my aunt is there... she is a HUGE help.
Could be that some part of her is longing for the "next step" in some way... but the constant repetition is so wearing on everyone around.
drop last letter from the 7 red
ea 6/18 -- or add a vowel to the 5/10 before
ea6/18...when you feel at ea4/4...ya got the ea****!!! lol best thing i could think of to describe it
good for him! Is your aunt a lot younger than your mother?
LOL Cathy! like if you feel munchy you have the munch***!
thank you
yes...could be stidmama... actually, my aunt is older than mom...she is one of 9 girls (7 boys) and 4 of the girls (incl mom) have alzheimers.
ts6/18 anyone?
african fly eva, same as yesterdays?
thanks stid!
fireworks
well all...i'd best run...thank you for "listening" to my Stid-induced vent session! lol... Congrats Eva!!!
YAY Eva!
congrats Eva
wtg eva
oh Cathy -- what a difficult thing for your whole family! *sigh*
thanks everyone
stidmama = carthesis ;)
{{Cathy}} be well, take time for yourself, even if it's just a chapter in a good book each day...
lots of people go thru it ... we're another statistic ;) we'll weather it. it's just hard to see mom fail so quick... nite nite and thank you
sweet dreams!
more clues needed anyone?
ae 4?
a long time, arlene
Uno!
duh....
se5/10 after the spanish 6?
go Gwen go!
add a vowel to 6 muse...
thanks stid
last te5/10 clue, please? ty
hi TO
plural quiz word, TO
thanks stid!
72 left and 20 minutes to play..think I'll make it?
maybe arlene, what's next?
4 ag's after the first one
ag + two vowels, then plural
the plural looks like spanish for good bye...
ag + a e * * u
thanks stid...
then the first three letters from those + abbreviation for street, and plural
Oy, Firewords at LAST!!
YAY Gwen!
wtg doctor qwen
is it really late for you, or really early? LOL
congrats gwen
took me too long, that last ne was one i swore i typed already!!!
off to bed now, early day tomorrow. cheers and thanks for all the cookies! 8-)
I had the same feeling several times today... maybe I just saw the word but didn't get it entered.
bye Gwen!
bye gwen
arlene, there is an hour and fifteen minutes left in the grid today... more than you thought earlier (unless you bedtime is in 15 minutes...)
bedtime is 15 minutes... it'll be midnight then and I need to be up at 6:00
oh -- okay, so what do you need next?
any of the ga's?
scots for "goes", then plural oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen ga*
then ga + street abbreviation and plural
then ge word for "joke" and plural
thanks stid,..... I;'m definitely feeling like a doofus tonight...
it's late arlene, and there are enough weird things to completely make the regular ones invisible!
yeah ...but I'm finding the wierd ones
*grin* okay, what next?
the second hi 4 and the hi 5
Fireworks!
the second hi is the masculine equivalent of "hers" + consonant.
YAY dr!
wtg dr
the third hi is the same, use cross for last letter, then plural for the 5
thanks stid...
that's it for the night..... thank you muchly Stid.... we got me down to 54
yw arlene, good progress for 20 minutes! sleep tight!
NIght all..... see you on the flip side
taking a break, back for flip if I can
Congratulations DR9397*~*~*~*~*~*~*
HELLO HELLo HELlo HEllo Hello hello
hi faerie, just off stealing a hot cookie from the oven...
Hi Stid :)

"He Man" cookies, fairie, they're like regular oatmeal-raisin cookies, but on steroids... LOL
I'm having an awesome weekend Stid I can't even begin to tell you :)

so glad to hear it, faerie!

jumping up and down now
gotta tell someone gotta tell someone
what did you do!?!?!?
Oh thank you Ashlye I got a new job and it's the job I've been waiting for
FAERIE!!!! sorry -- WHY ARE YOU HAVING A GOOD WEEKEND? *was distracted by dogs*

YIPPEEEEE!!!!
YEAH I got a new job

Wow. Your back must be WAY stronger than mine!So glad you can do this, Faerie, it's a tough population to work with sometimes, I know!
I've been trying to get this job ever since I moved here
*tip-toes into log*... *whispers*... I couldn't sleep mama...may i have a cookie too? *pleased for Faerie*:)
I am proud for you, faerie!
yes, of course Cathy -- I finally sent a teeny reply...

*skooches over to make room for Cathy*
Thank Cathy :)
well experienced then !
I mean thanks cathy
well done faerie!
Thanks Pappa *grinning from ear to ear*
Cathy I have a doggie exactly like yours
That's how a lot of people get into that field, I think -- sibling or uncle or someone. My best friend when I was in the second grade was in the (sorry for the anachronism) retarded class, she must have been in her late teens, but we were best buds.
*yummm*....cookies are good!
and ..... I start Monday morning
*gulp* MONDAY? wow... that's quick!
a shih tzu faerie?
did I ever tell my truly clever story about how I was introduced to that breed? and does anyone want to hear it?
I think the people who actually take a job like this and stay with it has to be someone who has had experience somewhere in there life
u must be excited then faerie...a new phase...new beginning!
sure stid!
and yes Cathy a shih tzu and his name is Max :)
and yes Cathy a shih tzu and his name is Max :)

hello everyone -- congrats, faerie, on the new job
yep Monday at 8:00 am I can't wait to go quit my job at the mall
Thanks Nan
okay, I was at a barbeque with my mother. One of these little dogs was running around, happily picking up scraps. It came up to me (I was sitting inside a barn, eating) and squatted, leaving a little river on the concrete. The owner then came up, and I asked what kind of dog...
hi Nan!
do u have to give notice on your job now faerie?
no I don't have to give a notice
LOL Stid!!!! haha!
he said, "shitsu" and I said, "looks more like a PEE-tzu to me!"

hi stid! Is that your Lucky>?

that's our Lucky -- he's so worried about me being sick today that he isn't bouncing around the house this evening.
galoot? <<duh??>>
I'm better now, and he's hopeful we'll play tomorrow.
gaLOOT, Cathy -- a stumble-bum, a dog with four left feet, a happy-go-lucky roustabout with no agenda but to eat, drink and be merry...
you've been sick today, stid? What happened? Anoterh migraine? I got dug out yesterday and have been out a lot catching up
animals really pickup on things like that Stid....I know Max does
no, a dumb old cold virus, I think -- no actual nose symptoms, but a sore throat from post nasal nonsense, no energy and (this is the kicker, you know how I like to talk) laryngitis
lol...sounds like buster...lol..a stumble bum
haha
OH Stid not laryngitis
lol stid -- you can "talk" your head off here
would anyone be able to give me clues for the "r", im so stuck

faerie? why do you have a splinter in your thumb?
eww...better get rid of that splinter b4 work on monday!
after we plant the wheat (to rhyme with sew) it has been so**
I don't know...I knew my thumb was sore and just now saw it :(
Faerie, I have a present for you
kids are getting ready for bed now, one down, one to go!
For ME????
oh faerie -- soak it in some epsom salts to help draw it out. Usually works for me.
godt -- so4/4 -- a bunch of drunkards
think i'll go try the bed now too...but wanna know what faerie's present is first

Yes Cathy hahahah she is a Sweetie
don't egg her on, girls, if she stays up she'll get hooked into finding words until her beautiful son wanders in and she stares at him with glazed eyes looking like she's wearing Krispy Kreme donuts for glasses...
