Even with 'normal' Lickety, you can now copy and paste the words from the Word List in Babble and chuck them all into Lickety all at once. V cool.

And the new imporoved version allows you to move words directly from Lickety into Babble - and it is all perfectly sized. Neato!
periwinkle - if you add words in babble - and want to fill in the clues - try the Bulk Add feature.
The Grab feature is if you do it the otherway arround - use clues and then babble.

Yep - the babble screen is as normal, but on the right, and Lickety's clues is on the left - both screens are resizable, and you get a couple of cool buttons.

If you have Firefox, set the bookmark for Lickety so it loads in the sidebar. Then you can have Lickety and Babble side by side.

It sounds as though you did the right thing. People in pain might lash out if provoked. It would be bad enough to have a painful piercing, but to have someone point out that it looked ghastly might tip them over the edge.
I asked my daughter's friends why they decided to have tattoos on their bodies. They responded that they were exercising their individuality. I wanted to know why anyone exercising that right, joined the herd of others doing precisely the same thing. They laughed at me... indulgently... kindly... shaking their heads and going away!

it is buzz lightyear...painted the bottom half the purple..the top half his green (brought buzz with me and had the paint mixed special)..then i put a border where they meet..then i stenciled "to infinity and beyond" across two walls, put up over 100 glow in dark stars and planets on the ceiling and stenciled planets across the walls...yikes! wha a task

i like the dual paint with the border in the middle..you can use a railroad track as your border and get the clingy things in thomas....they are actually removable ..so your son can take them down adn move them along the tracks... buy a rr crossing light..they even have coat racks like that.

you can get "crossing" signs.... different traffic signs...a lot of different things for thomas... get the characters...home depot or michael's craft stores have a lot of things to go on the walls... stencils are always fun....

we actually had similar issues w/ Dylan at 26 weeks, not quite as extreme but similar...believe it or not, that is actually good because it is likely just how my body gets when pregnant and not an indication that anything is wrong w/ baby

problems in pregnancy and childbirth are so scary! we lost Cracker's twin at twelve weeks and had to have emergency surgery, etc. what stress!
umm...we were! very scary on Thursday night! but the baby looks great so we have to just keep reminding ourselves that...I think all the medical folks are also just hyper-alert to making sure we do everything we can for this little one...same hospital, everyone still remembers us

we have the brown recluse spiders (live in dirty basements in tenement bldgs) that are poisonous... we don't have those here (thank goodness). we have mice and chipmunks and squirrels and lots of birds and fox and we even have a bear that's roaming around!!!!
