well there are a lot of people especially from the States buying up the south island it is so cheap for them and of course that is pushing the prices up asia being another big investor in NZ property
here too the market in the big cities - auckland, wellington and christchurch has got so out of reach of the younger generation that unless they are buying right out in the 'burbs they just cant afford it

The cheapest Flat in this area is now £159k. This is in an area where the wages are officially among the lowest in the country!
You would be scratching to buy a one bedroom flat in inner Melbourne for GBP100k - usual price is AUD200-220k

hi all, this game as the same rules as boggle. you get only points once for the word, no matter how many places in the grid you can find the word.
also, proper names, abbreviations, contractions, etc, are not accepted. only standard words (as determined by the dictionary attached to the game)

used to do insulin but now on pills..wish the diet was better
when i was pregnant, i had to have the insulin injections..... not fun....
daughter diagnosed when she was 11, she's 20 now, and all seems to be as well as it could be !

well, mine went haywire just before a medical for life insurance...... not good for me, and was refused the life insurance for it.... didnt find out till this morning what was wrong with me......
as i say, im a lousy diabetic. My 6 week average blood sugar should be between 5-8, last two were 11.5 and 12.3

Anj, that happens to me on large grids. When I reboot or refresh, I get told the program may cause internet explorer not to respond. I then am asked if I want to abort the probrom. If I chose to abort, words in the list are lost.

feather, have you ever tried "Ocean" nasal spray? It's just a plain salt water solution that has no chemicals and you can squirt it up your nose as much as you want. It will loosen up your nasal congestion and helps unplug your head (there are cheap generics too)

rmcc, my hubby has MS; and before we started to have his meds mailed to us; I had my "Friday drug run" to the local pharmacy! It's bad when the docs and pharmacists know you so well they ask about your family pets!

he's been diagnosed for 18 years now. He just took a disability retirement last year. We've been very lucky so far in how it has progressed. I watch him like a hawk(I'm a nurse too) and he's currently on 30 pills/day and then I give him shots each week too

draggon, our ER seems to be besieged with poor litle old people who fracture their hips. unfortunately, most of the drugs required during surgery make them high as kites. it's very difficult trying to recover a patient who's hanging from the lights.

yes draggon. i once had a lovely gracious great aunt. spoke with a plum in her mouth and all that. then she became ill. the sight of her climbing over the cotsides still makes me giggle. she was bare as the day she was born, too.
