roasted cauliflower is better tthan boiled or steamed. lightly coat w/olive oil, season w salt, pepper, and herb (rosemary, dill, or thyme) - 10 min at 400 degrees, turn & 10 more minutes. nice w/paremesan cheese on top

I never learned how to ride a bike as a kid -- doting hovering frightened parents! I learned with my husband's help when we lived in California and would rent bikes at Golden Gate Park on SUnday morning when the park is closed to cars. I could weave my way down the 4-land roads.
