Sprite, you can have two different colored eyes but Bowie doesn't. He has a permanently enlarged iris on one side which makes it seem different colored
They're both the same color sprite, he just got in a fight as a kid and now one of his pupils stays really open. People mix it up because pictures can be wierd.

Ok. With my microwave you can put pasta in it. 1000watt Microwave: 200g dried pasta with 700mil (just under 1 1/2 cups of boiling water) over the top set for 11min. Stir at 6min, Mince 500grams browned at 3min then stirred then another 3min.

Greyhounds are known as couch potatos, very lazy with occasional spurts of enthusiasm. Require only a couple of short walks a day. Very loving and loyal. Clean, funny...Yes I am totally coverted!
I do freelance if I can yeah, but I have my 9-5 job, my personal website, and I run a website for my hometown so after that not much time left, but I am always on the eye out for work

my poodle who is dead now got attacked by a greyhound as was very poorly and in a rabbit run for a while as he wasn't allowed to move too much.it was someone i worked with dog, he though he was a rabbit. the greyhound was as soft as muck.

Oh Lill - that must have been awful for you. The organisation I got Stewart through gets dogs from trainers who obviously care for their animals, nthey are assessed and then fostered for acclimatisation b4 they are put with new owners. They also must be on lead - by law - although not muzzled.

it was scary lynn, as we didn't think he was going to make it at one time, one of his ribs punctured his lung and where he bit into his neck, if it had been a fraction more to the left he would have killed him outright, he took a few months to get better and then was fine. my friends dog had always been friendly to other animals, and great with people, but as he saw him running he just mistook him for something else.
i was never very good with dentists katie, i use to have to have valium before i went as my dentist scared me to death, he was the only one i could get.....wonder why!!and it cost a fortune.i didn't go to dentist for 14 yrs after that and only went because i wanted my daughter to be comfortable with a dentist.
yeah, half way through I'm going for the list :-)

I managed to get an NHS dentist so it wasn't too bad, about £44. I need quite a bit more doing but after the pain of the last few weeks I don't mind going anymore :-)
i'm alot better now as my new dentist is great, but i had to have 7 teeth removed when i 1st saw him, because of the last butcher!!
Lill - I did read that you need to take care around smaller white fulffy dogs with them- I presume they train with white rabbits look-a-likes. Was your poodle a minature? Stewart is excellent with confident dogs, in fact is a bit of a scaredy-cat..a timid dog seems to be another matter - although HE DOES GIVE A LOW GROWL WARNING

It's been several years, but my grandmother, my aunt and my other aunt who was my mother's twin, all died of breast cancer. It's an awful thing. Two friends of mine were both diagnosed in the past 2 years an both are doing very well post mastectomy and radiation chemo.
We need to remind each other to do self checks every month.

Herin - Callie being a house rabbit helps. It gives Scrabbs more chance to notice what's going on with her and the warmth of the house helps, too. Our bunnies' longevity is also down to being in a heated, lighted, well-aired shed with good diet, plenty of exercise and company.

We provide medical care for our military. My husband and father are both retired military and we received excellent care. There is no reason why our government can not provide the same kind of medical care for all. Of course the insurance companies would go belly up.

Many smaller european countries have national health care in addition to Britain. I believe Canada does also. Perhaps some of our Canadian Babblers can let us know what their system is like.
The news we see is always slanted, as is everything else. The beauty of this internet access is that we can actually talk in person to other folks all around the globe. Sometimes we may get offfended, but then we settle down and realise how that happened. I wish our politicians could do the same (or do they have a quota of males needing to be culled every 50 years or so?).
