yes pink, house is too big for me to keep up (arm still broken after 6 months and need more surgery), and I can't work for goodness knows how long... not fair on lickety to take the financial burden of medical/house etc. We are looking to down size and for a change in lifestyle. I do wish we didn't have to move, but it will be much better to be close to the school and paying less than half our mortgage right now
if it eases the load financially on lickety, then its the right thing to do plus the perks of the school being closer, you done well to find the complete package. i thought your arm was improving?

I think having the meds was the most hurtful thing actually. I can't manage the pain without them, but they certainly change who you are and what you can tolerate. New bone would be great, and if it wasn't an arm bone, they could do it for me, but it isn't a weight bearing bone, so I have to do what I can to get it back

I got induced with my second child... they asked if I wanted drugs, gel etc... I said "get out the crochet needle and bugger off'
inducing is a horrible thing and I suffered alot when they did it with jake. The sweeping of the membranes with jake wasn't pleasant either (and didn't work)

Many headaches are weather-related--incoming rain or snow. And, yes, I have not had a vacation since Sept. I do have a 4 day mini-break Feb7-10 to look forward to. I save my real vacations for kayaking in the summer.
I never knew about the weather related business. My headaches are nearly always about stress and excitement.

Your stitching is so perfect and the design is so interesting. Is the quilt all cotton or does it have silk in it? I love it
Annie this one is cotton. You cannot see the design properly. The pieces between the blocks are black and white stripes and I had fun lining those up so they matched perfectly. I just wanted to find out how you got the paper or card out when doing English type patchwork and thought the only way was to do some. The design just sort of evolved aned grew.

Thank you Annie. Silk is slippery so that is a bit of a challenge. I have two on the go at the moment. One is seven inch blocks all different coloured stars and the other is eight inch diamonds made up of one inch diamonds.

Hursh, usually it is easier than this. But it takes some years of experience and now its easy. I worked for 5 years at a huge trauma center and now I work in little hospitals so it is usually simple to adapt.

I love Hospice. Not many of the hospitals here hire travelers. They are short staffed here also.
So, moon, you know. I can be spacey, but only about things like forgetting to get you a glass of water, which is pretty annoying.
I tried to get a job in Moab, ha ha, theyhave a small hospital.
I use the word "carnie" pretty loosely here. It's the most common concept people get to what I do. And altho, no there's not really company insurance or anything, I pay for my own policy.

I am a case manager. I make visits at least weekly and do assessments. Lots of paperwork. we even have a doctor on staff, all he does is the hospice.
