Hi JFB, Joso

I was kinda scared you were mad at me, JoSo. You going through rough times?
Sprite, my parcel tracker say's Mr P got her parcel, do you know if that's true?

Glad her son likes them, kind of the whole point of the execerice.
okay i only asked as if a unneutered male he would have your lip off .. like all animals once they trust you will give you unconditional love ...
exactly, JoSo. MrP is in the midst of moving, so that is probably why she hasn't yet contacted you about it then. She is literally unpacking now.
he's been gentle, and doesn't like alfalfa i've learned. gave him a kale leaf today, will check in daylight and see if he's touched it.
if not, i'll eat what's left. i love kale, and leafy greens in general.

*hangs head in shame* Thanks, Fran and Marmar. Hand me the fish.
hi lynxxxx!
hi again lynxxx!
and crpw!
glad you made it back to see them lynxxx
it is, dc :D
Spite, you need Marcus sitting beside you! He spotted that one.
you finished Lore?
crpw, if you hae the co7/36 that means to break down and rust, change second to last vowel
Marcus, get your smart butt over here... ;)
ch5 full of nuts is that heavenly coffee :D
Hi crpw & Marmar too - and anyone else I can't see
thank you fran
crpw? Hi! sory i missed ur entrance, or presence, as the case were.
thanks DC! Haven't thought of that in years!
i was here all the time, just lurking and trying to do this grid
Lynxxx, hello, and crpw, hiya!
yw crpw
hah, you lurker! Busted! ;P
stuck on my last 6
yvw, marmar! not a word i have much other context for :D
Lurking has it's advantages sometimes...
yeah it does, marmar. I lurk more during my daytime than at night.
about to give up for the night since it is 3:44 in the morning here
yeah.... like never saying the wrong things, Marmar, lol.
crpw, that is not morning, that is night. Couldn't you sleep or didn't you want to go to bed?
ah, ur here in the east to, crpw. i ought sleep, but since i wan up, junh had to check in :D
hi lynxxx and crpw!
Exactly! On the other hand I DO like to talk...
Hi MVA!
it so feels like a reunion, guys :) My treat... drinks are on me. What can I get you?
i tried babbling in the daytime and couldn't do it. too many distractions and chat moves too quickly
went to bed but got back up, was hoping for a larger grid this time so i could get a head start on it
hi, lynxxx :)
Marmar, don't you dare go into lurking, lol. We'd miss you.
but this one has me going anyway
clue for en6 please
a Mimosa for me please Sprite!
good to see you again DC
i'll have vodka on the ro**s in honor of jilli, who has gone to sleep
lore, to make hard to decipher.
...still morning here you know.
slap me with a barracuda!!! lol
one Mimosa and one vodka on the ro*** coming up.... barracuda not available...
lol sprite
dc, what's your poison? Lynxxx? Anyone else?
i will be having coffee just to finish this grid
thankyou dc s
coffee for you, crpw!
i would probably do better with a 5th of wild turkey
any white that's chilled pls Sprite - its very hot & muggy here
Have you all ever heard of a Pointsetta (drink)? Champagne and cranberry juice...lovely.
hm. tonight, i think i'd like a... nice Alsatiatian Gewurtraminer, pls
*puts wild turkey next to the coffee*
my butchered that adj, didn't i :D
how did you know
see the gang tomorrow lovely to see you dc s please take care of yourself and hoping to see you again soon take care all bye
lol
sounds good mary!
*checks all bottles and recipes for dc* Ok, this came closest.... here you go.
mmm sounds like a dog trainer DC
sounds good mary, anything with champagne is good
hello all -sipping champagne andaboutto go for another dipin the pool
yay lore!!! night

hi tanja!
hi, tanja, take a lap for me!

bye lore and hi tanja!
G'night lore, good to see you, sweet dreams!
Hi Tanja
with pleasure -we arefinally havinga summerheatwave
gotta go guys, domestic tragedy. Bye
bye Marmar - hope its not serious
hasta, maramar, hope all's well in the end.
great icon, Tanja!
bye marmar!
bye mary, hope all is ok
Marmar, good luck, hope it turns out ok
dc, I came across a great quote. "Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it is not the end."
ty -
that's a good one sprite
that's very much my life attitude, that it's all for the best and will work out. Thus far it has, if not always the way i expected, or sometimes wanted. :)
good quote sprite
Pohick is a place near hear, which is haunting me in the grid - it's a native name.
nice one sprite
sprite, was the quote attributed?
I took it to heart. Helps with a lot of fears! and yes dc... though life seldom takes us where we want to go, it definitely brings us where we need to be. (and that is a quote from my book, lol)
dc, it wasn't, sorry.
indeed so, sprite :) and all good about the attribution.
hah, I put in the thing that keeps the ship in place without seeing how it could be there, and it took!
ty, sprite!
go sprite go!
ty sprite!
yvw :)
anyone else being bugged by the latin vase?
ty sprite, me too now! good day everyone
hi chrissie!
2 to go, ( washing down wild turkey with coffee)
everyone sprite
Hi Chrissie
hi Chrissie!
go crpw go!
hi chrissie
shared misery is halved misery, Fran ;) Thanks.
morning, chrissie!
thats weird, I was just trying combos of that vase
yay crpw, go girllllll!
we were sharing a babble link, lynxxx :)
latin vase? you mean the phantom greek vessel for liquids?
that one, dc.
yes, that one dc
i ate at a diner named aften that tonight.
my brain seems to be unwilling to accept its phantom state.
do they serve greek food?
sprite, hemorrioid is like that for me.
how'd you guess, fran LOL :D
not spelling well tonight, i'm not.
yay dc, that is nice! Love greek food.
it was a wild guess. :-)
you are making perfect sense, dc, so don't bother.
Sprite, the "quote" I like is "don't sweat the small stull - it's all small stuff", far less poetic than your's but equally good for putting things in perspective
another good one chrissie
i had grilled swiss and tomato, friend had bagel w/lox and cream cheese.
ah, but a great one, Chrissie!
for stull read stuff ..lol
as a once-upon-a-day accountant, sometimes the small stuff matters, but in life, often not so much so.
i can't wait for my wrist to heal. this brace sucks. i want use of my thumb back.
true dc, the context is important
duely copied, Chrissie. I can use such oneliners. They work miracles on my often freaked out mind.
what did you do to your wrist dc? haven't heard about that
what happened, dc?
de quervain's tendinitis
here's one for you sprite: don't be afraid to use the ignore button.
caused by my elder cat, and my unwillingness to move my hand one night
which in non-Klingon would be....?
I like that one fran
wow Fran, thanks :) Good one too.
well, tell de quervain he can keep it!
more details please dc
would that i could, fran :D
one sec, chrissie...
LOL Fran! Nice one! Do as she said, dc :)
going now, hope your wrist heals soon dc, lovely to have you back with us, bye all!
bye MVA, have a great day!
wikipedia sums it nicely: http://tinyurl.com/2yh8wn
bye MVA
bye mva! have a great day
by, mva, hope your weekend is lovely, and thank you.
one more stinking 5 letter word
¡ay! the vowels and i are not doing so well tonight, they want into everything
bye MVA
or out.
eyes are bulging out of my head
well that ar4.5 only took 5 minutes - going well with the vowels too
interesting dc, how is it being treated?
lol lynxxx
i need one more A from the top
ok, i need a clue, an5-10 please
i have a brace, should go to doctor, i hear a steroid injection can help
dc, looks like something very irritating to suffer from. Hope it will go away soon!
crpw, an + i r*** a condo from a landlord
an + tolkien's tree being, crpw
ty, fran
anent
sorry
yeah, that is the one
that's it crpw! fireworks!!!
omg, i cant believe i did that
and sprite, it's very painful, though with the brace, that's not an issue ,i'm also doing some gentle stretching to help it.
and congrats on finishing.... after you put it in the right box, LOL. YAY!
yw dc
some year, maye i'll read some tolkien.
i only got as far as half of the hobbit myself dc
Congrats crpw !
FIREWORKS thank you for the clue,
it was the excitement of knowing you were done crpw. :-)
lol
no one is more excited than me
i own 5 copies of that one fran, one is beautiyury illustrated, another is in green leather with gold runes set into the cover. never read any of them.
now i can get some sleep
congrats, CRPW!!!
I reread the hobbit and LOTR once a year. It is wonderful.
sleep well, crpw!
go rest crpw! good night!
night all
slow reader, just finished dc. hope your wrist is fully operational soon
lol dc... if you ever want to sell them, I will take them off your hands gladly!
i'll have to read them before the kids get to that age
I tried a few times with Tolkien, just couldn't get into them. Loved the movies though
I am sorry about the pain, dc. Pain is debilitating and a nasty energy sucker. Take care of you!
each year, for Xmas, a friend posts Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World, and insists we sing it aloud. He says it improves one's mood, and he's righ.t
i have 15 left for tomorrow, time for me to get going
dc, hope you get some relief from the tendonitis
it does, dc.
ty, sprite. this is nothing compared to my back last year, when i was on T3 for 2 weeks.
Fran, *hugs* for you.
have a great day or night everyone!
bye Fran - sleep tight
happily, fran this type heals competely in time.
dc... what is T3?
dream sweetly, fran!
Tylenol 3 - acetominiphin with codeine.
bye fran
ah, I see. Pretty bad pain!
ended up with the T3, after i had an anaphylactic reaction to Toradol, an NSAID.
how's the back now?
Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflamitory Drug.
and Fran... sweet or naughty dreams, your choice ;)
very well sprite, i strained it horribly in 3h of agressive dish washing while camping :)
so i learned some useful limits and this year, i will recruit help
need to start menu-planning for that event soon.
I knew camping was bad for you!
GOOD, dc. Do so. Bodily limits are there for a reason, lol... I know. Am learning that too.
but, lynxxx, we gather for 3 days of ice-cream making!
dc are you accident prone - picking up the cat and dish washing are not usually debilitating activities lol
must be one fat cat and hell of a lot of dishes!!
depends on the amount of time spent in one rush, Chrissie, lol.
nope, can't convince me, nasty stuff that camping
the cat and i were in bed - he sleeps curled on my arm. One night he pushed into my wrist with his rear claws, pushitg the point with the tendiniitis into a drawer pull.
dishes - 3 hours of washing things in knee-deep - at the bottom - sinks, wash, rinse, sanatize, for equipment that had been stored for 2 years, plus anything else that came back while i was doing that.
lol lynxxx, don't worry, nobody will force you! *hug*
friend and i stayed in a hotel, and commuted to the campsite, due to her disabilities.
so, days and half the night at campground, back to hotel to sleep and shower.
now that sounds good though! hotel & ice-cream
with you there lynxxx
last year we mad 98 flavours.
i invented Indian Rose - a rose ice cream with cinnamon and cardamom.
oh wow, dc.
I love the sound of that, dc. Good combination.
YUM!
http://www.baitcon.org/ is the event
flavour lists are there.
we're putting together a new cookbook now.
the tomato ice cream was fabulous- tasted like fresh tomato, based it on a recipe for grape ice cream.
i'm working on perfecting teh recipe. i'll post it when i do, sprite. the spicing was good, but the texture was too hard when frozen.
please do, dc, I'd love to try it!
Usually don't like cooked tomato, but I used to make a tomato jelly (mould served with salad veges) so a tomato ice-cream would be equally yummy
mould? Now I am sure I got that wrong...
lynxx, i'll get the recipe of that one for you, friend who lives by me made it.
mold, sprite, british mould, in the this case to form into a shape using a mo(u)ld.
like a gelatin, or an aspic, or a jelly, or a butter.
I must be crazy again. I am thinking of things that grow hairy in the fridge, lol.
same word, sprite, 2 very different meanings.
that tomato jelly sounds great though, lynxxx. Very decorative.
same word Sprite. I use a lot of English spelling - as Australians usually do
ah, ok! Thanks dc :) Learned something new today, again.
there was a tomato sorbet, also, but the ice cream was mich nicer. i lked the creamed corn ice cream and the pea ice cream also. It was easy to imagine them as a cold conterpoint to their hot counterparts.
popping head out of grid to say..it's not an easy one is it..no 7's or 8's yet
I am trying to keep my spelling English, but I know I am slipping all the time.
no, it's not, chirissie.
Chrissie: no, not really. I have 3 7s but no 8s. And about 2000 phantoms.
yell when you want some clues Chrissie
i use a mix of US and British, and 'international' middle ground, due to years of working for multi-national companies.
tr 5/18?
an, not and before international. sigh
there's now way there can be 13p's
kiddies ride 3 wheeler tr5.18s
*hugs dc*
d'oh! ty, lynxxx
you see motorized ones here now.
thanks lynxxx
ah, good cheese in the grid!
ch7, Chrissie!
yes, but it won't accept the cheese
tak, sprite!
it does here... ch7/44
colby, swiss, and ch7, melted all together!
yw dc :)
my, i'm full of commercial jingles tonight.
I was trying edam
ty sprite, got it now
ah, that is good cheese too :)
that's made me hungry, going to make cheese on toast for breakfast. see you all later, bye
ciao, chrissie! njoy
oh, I know that one, dc. Something with a V!
oh lovely, Chrissie. Can I have one too? *hug*
velveeta
bye Chrissie
not Valeta, that is a dance....
yes! That was it, thanks :D

no! Darn! Must have missed her each time. How is she?
She has been ill, not sure with what but must have knocked her around somewhat as she appears to get 'tired'. Great to see her
hope I run into her soon. *hugs Ankh from a distance*

against + paper **** scissors
Okay, try against + a **** and a hard place.
How stupid of me - thanks Queen
You're welcome, Gran.
ty queen! :)
Glad to be of service, Rows.
Afternoon babble land!!
Hi Pink.
My last two are driving me crazy. They are probably perfectly obvious, but not to me. Can anyone help with the an6/30 or Ph8/55?
sorry Queen, i've just started, im not doing them in order, just doing what i can see

<POMPOM TOSS> for queen
Is there another clue for an6/30?
why isn't mo5/16+ed a word?
Flask - try this: an6/30 = an + 'take the BLT out of the woollen bed cover'.
lol.....very clever Jac...and thanks!
y/w, Flask.
thanks Jacula, my first word. Guten MOrgen, babblers
Clues for the 7s plz......i have the cheesy one......

en7 - 007 might get this sort of message so only he can read it.
hiya flask and inge
and jac
any clues for the an8 please?
hi mm, flask, and jac. Keep up the good clueing, jac
co7 - means erosion the same as the other co7 but change penultimate vowel.
tx Jac
an8 against a **** and a hard place. hello again
an8 - is perhaps 'against Iron Maiden/Led Zep/Blac Sabbath etc.'
thanks lynxxx and Jac.....
got all the 8s now......just missing two 7s
hello to everyone who have just walked in!!
Hiya Pink....
hi flask!
em7.36 what department stores used 2b called - ends in 2 vowels
Thanks for that one, lynxxx.
po6.27 olden days hair polish used by gentlemen, past tense for the 7
.. and those, lynxxx.
yw Jac...and that was a great clue for the an6 (wish I didn't have it already)
ph8 please?
someone clued it awhile ago...didn't understand the clue
ph8 pho***** would relate to sounds in speech, change the o to another vowel
ty lynxxx
PH8 sounds like the word used to described sounds in speech, but change the 1 vowel for another
ph8 is like a method of writing where the words are spelled as they sound, e.g. telefone. Change 1st vowel.
yw
ty Jac too.....it almost sounds like the word to mean frantic!
morning babblers and thanks for the great clues on the 7's
ty ty jac

Background info that will be useful: our new mayor in Philadelphia has been referred to as having a voice like a muppet (think Ernie, of Bert and Ernie from Sesame street)
thankyou lynxxx
and (for those of you not from here, ;) Sesame Street is a children's educational program, one that many of us remember from childhood
heeeeeerre... fishy fishy fishy!!!
OK JB I am all ears
On Tuesday, the Reverend Al Sharpton from New York City came to Philadelphia with high indignation and readiness to right a wrong, to fight injustice, and to garner more publicity for himself. He has a knack for showing up to "help"
Remember Tawana Brawley?
always does
Exactly, Scarlet - gold star for you!
More please...
:-)
love the shirt weegee roflol
ok...
So His Honor, Michael Nutter, was shown in all his mayoral glory on the 11:00pm newscast politely but FIRMLY telling the good reverend - thanks for the offer, bub, but we've got it covered. Aren't there problems in New York City that you should be attending to? I'm sure they appreciate your talent there - basically go home, buddy, we ain't letting you play in our sandbox
It was awesome!
ty shorty, politically incorrect but much fun. I appreciate self-dreprecating humor
too funny JBs
Then my DH (dear husband) starts chuckling....I looked at him expectantly...
but what was the injustice, what happened in philly?
That's a first... real guts in the face of the AL-storm... wow... kudos to Mayor Nutter!!
And he said - This portion of the broadcast was brought to you by the letters F and U!!!
and...\
hear hear! nutter is a very interesting guy = has nver been afraid to go his own way
LOLOLO>>>>>>>> hahahahhahaaaaaaaaaa
he really said that JBs?
OH HE DI_ENT!
Yes, shorty, he really did!

Your hubby is a comic genius, JB.... still laughing

It's really true, shorty, we've been married 22 years and he still makes me laugh every day
Tell Sharpton there is work for him in Detroit. We have a Clilntongate on our hands with our mayor. Cost the city 9 million dollars becasue the mayor and his assistant lied in court about theri affair
OMG!!! TO Freakin funny ROFLMAO

chores!!! jbs, when there's babbling to be done!!
aaah, I have much paper to shred and clothes to donate, laundry piles to eliminate, and cosmetics to unclutter!
careful not to shred the laundry by accident
lol hursh
lol, hursh, I wish!! *pondering* Hmmm, is that where the holey underwear happened?*
it'll save ironing it!!
lol, lili, I don't remember the last time I used my iron. I use my mom's trick, and hang up clothes still slightly damp, the wrinkles pretty much hang out.
i just ... figure no one will notice wrinkles under all the cat hair...
i buy permanent press hawaiian shirts...
So if I get a hug from you, hursh, would that be considered a warm fuzzy?
only iron i ever pick up is a 9 iron...
Hi, brandyjack! Howyadoin?
Hi BJ - is that why you always look so good!
spose it would jb
hi bj
good for pressing out those nasty grass wrinkles on the green, eh?
yep, just scoop em right out and throw them away....
gives the ball a nice firm trench to show it where to go....
i know what you mean hursh.....sometimes i think people think i'm wearing cat!!!
and DING - there goes my timer. I have to move on to the next thing, but I'll be popping in and out today. Good to see you all, Happy Babbling!

Hello all, good morning.
Hi Red !
Hi Lynxx, how is stewie?
He's good thanks Red. Australia Day here (not as big as 4th July) so not to happy w. fireworks (as are most dogs)
Awwww. Happy Australia Day! Hope you enjoy the fireworks...
Well, at least the grid appears manageble today.
hi red, are you feeling better today?
happy Australia day lynn!
Hi all---Bunny Sebastian is sick and not eating much. I am going to feed him with a syringe soon.
Hi Lilli, I'm sorry to say I still feel lousy...Scrabbler, so sorry about Bunny Seb....
hi scrabs....sorry to hear abot sebastien, hope he is better soon
happy Australia Day!
thanks guys
RTH--what is making you feel the worst? Respiratory sxs or just tired?
ah, sorry to hear that red....sending get well hugs and vibes to you
will he be OK Scrabs?
ra6 anybody?
and to bunny seb aswell
don't have it yet dan corry
Low grade fever Scrabbs, extreme stuffy nose and really really tired....Will Bunny be alright? It is only day 3 of Z pack...
ra6 ra + the curved roof on a cathedral etc
Rabbits can develop a problem called gastrointestinal stasis--sort of like constipation, where they stop eating and pooping, and they can get sicker quickly and die. He did eat some pieces of greens but usually he devours his salad. He is also less active.
get better soon Red, look after yourself
I hope your feedin him speeds his system up!!
RTH--are you doing 500 mg/day x 3d?
hope the feeding helps scrab
I did 1000 mg the first day then 4 days of 500, on day 3...
Big doses, RTH. Take some probiotics or eat yogurt.
ty lynxxx. get well soon, Scrabblerabbit
Are you coughing much, RTH?
TY all for your concern about Sebastian. He is my tiny 3 lb bundle of love.
It was rather a big dose...Eat yogurt every day...No cough really...just feel so so tired, and all this sinus congestion...
Do saline irrigations of your sinus spaces, with a Neti pot or sinus irrigation kit. That will help a lot.
I really hope he gets better Scrabbs...when I worked at an emergency Vet Clinic, the Rabbits were some of the most sensitive creatures...hard to treat. He;s Lucky to have you.
It won't wash up infection into the sinuses??
How many bunnies do you have Scrabbler? I forgot...:( I hope that Sebastien gets well though..we need to call in Mr. Haz! Good morning everyone!
hi uni!
Hi Uni!
Hi Uniquity
Ooooh, icon theme is safari...I've actually done one...will upload safari image if I can find one..
I have 4 bunnies. Sebastian is 5 and the sweetest one I have ever had. I sleep with him! Yes, I wanted to talk with Jacula or Loredana, as they have bunnies too, but I have dealt with this before and I know what I have to do for him.
Hey Lilli, Red and Lynxxx!
How is everyone feeling?
RTH--read about Neti pots or the Neil Med sinus irrigation systems--making a resurgence in popularity.
It just started snowing AGAIN!
Wow, 4 bunnies feels like a lot, but then again, they have a whole house to romp in, so I s'pose you could use some more! I've always wanted a bunny, but my stepbro finally got one a few years ago, and he is pretty much the killer rabbit from Monty Python. I think I am off bunnies for life :(
I watched the Bourne Ultimatum last night--wow, great action!
Rabbits have different personalities. Callie is quite sassy, Gandlaf has extreme anxiety, Tucker is kind of a dopey boy, and Sebastian is my lovey.
Yay for the snow Queen, Scrabbs, thanks for your concern...Lots of docs I know like the neti pot, but I've n ot really been brave enough...if I can manage it I may go an investigate it...
I would want two, so they could keep each other company. One cuddly and one attitude...I am a cat person, and have always adored creatures that like to cuddle. (and eat cheese!)
people swear by it, RTH, so it is something to consider--like a Roto-Rooter for your nasal and sinus spaces.
Uni--the bunnies are separate as they are very territorial animals.
Do your cats like to cuddle Uni? Only a few of my Moms really like that...She only has 3 lest anyone think she is a mad cat lady.
Back again. Hi, Scrabbler and Uni and all... I love my neti pot... I think it has been integral to my not getting very sick for years... but, as soon as I say that, I'll get hit with something...
Aww, that's no fun
Sorry about Sebastion, Scrabbler... I know he is your special one...
OK, I have to go check on Sebastian upstairs and feed him by syringe. BBL Hi Scarlet! Dodge the germs!
Dont get sick Scalret!!!! It isnt worth it.
I know, red! See you soon, Scrabbler.
by everyone, must go too
The cats currently at LoriP's are not cuddlers unfortunately (unless I am asleep, at which poiint Wanda will stand guard over me like nobodys business), but we have always had cats in pairs, and there has always been one who cuddled with me...Animals and I tend to get along quite well. At least one kitty always slept with me/foillowed me around
If we have any Australians on-line now: Happy Australia Day!
Love you icon Scarlet...it should have been the theme for the day...
Hi all. Just signed on and read he log. Red, as a longtime sinus sufferer, I can tell you the nasal lavage really works. I use the hottest water I can stand, and also put in 3 or 4 drops per cup of tea tree oil. Kills ALL the germs!
Take care Scrabbler and Lynxxx, and Happy Australia day!!
I know, red... I am not into safaris...
Bingo, broll!!
hello
the log, even
I actually really enjoy Safariiing in Kenya...which I thought I would not.
Hi, harp!!
hi broll and harp
A photographic safari would be amazing, red. Hi, lil!!
So, when I am next able to actually get up, put on clothes, etc, I shall head to get the famed Neti Pot...though I am sort of hoping at that point not to need it!!!
hi scar
It ended up being more fun than I anticipated Scarlet...the hunting kind, I am not into...
whee firewords! thanks all cluers
Yay Dan!!!
Once you see how easy it is to do, red, and the cleansing properties that you will enjoy, you will become a believer! Yahoo for dan2bit!!
Welcome Harp and way to go Dan!!
we were hoping to go on a kenyan safari this christmas but because of the trouble at the moment they are not letting us book
I guess you know, I've seen a few of these sinus irrigation used wrong....etc...
Uni... I am a staunch cat lady... with only one old girl now... but, I have nearly all my life, had cats.
wtg dan!!
Lilli, I am so upset about hte uproar...in Kenya, its such a wonderful country, you would really enjoy it, I think.
When I asked for a bunny at two, I was instead given my Katie...beautiful cat, best cuddler I have ever had. She was absolutely, 100% MY kitty and I adored her to bits. She lived to eleven, and only passed because my stepmother did not listen to my request that she remain an inside cat as she had her whole life. Too weak for the big world and was attacked. I have yet to get over it and still miss her very much.
OH, lil... you would be at such risk...
i hope everything calms down soon, especially for the kenyans and would love to see kenya....a holiday of a lifetime!
Oooh Uni....So so sorry.
That is an ache that you never completely overcome, Uni...
Lilli, you have to go to Malindi...as well as Nakuru for the Flamingos...
ahhh, sorry to hear that uni!
Theres a fun train ride from Nairobi to Mombassa, I think...Have not been there in about 2 years now...
safari is the theme?
Yes, harp.
i could use my picture from the movie Hatari I guess!
I think it would be beautiful to go to Africa...anywhere, really.
But I went off-message to give a little celebration to our Aussie friends.
Someone mentioned flamingoes?
we were going to do a beach and 3 day safari, red.... i think that will be enought ravelling for me!
Africa is really wonderful...I want to go back to see South Africa, as well as a few other places...
spelling awful today!!
flamingoes? What, is it somebody's fiftieth?
Lilli, that is probably enough, I did a 3 day when on R and R, and that was plenty for me, but I'm not as nature focused as some...
we were deciding between south africa and kenya red
Hard choice, but I suppose SA is much mroe stable now...
Good morning, Haz!
Good morning Scarlet - just peeking in to say hello.
we're going to leave it for a bit red and see what happens
Hi Haz!
Is your icon a photograph that you and Mr. Haz took when you were visiting Africa, Haz?
hi haz, love the flamingo pic!
Yes, scarlet - flamingoes at Lake Nakuru, as mentioned by redturtle.
From a distance the lake looked as though it was covered with candy floss.
Gorgeous Haz, I had to represh as Spangle was showing her happy face!
It is a breath-taking shot, Haz... gorgeous in fact.
how long were you on safari for haz?
We were on actual safari - under 'canvas' for three days. Long enough to see plenty - it's pretty tiring.
Oh my Gosh, I just saw spangle, but clicked your icon..that is breath-taking Haz
I have to ask: Did you wear a pith helmet, Haz?
We also had two nights at Lake Naivasha, staying in a lodge - we were taken to see animals from there as well.
I had a friend who went safari had to wire for more funds
Not quite, Scarlet. I'll show you.....
Good morning, BR-r!
the one that we are thinking of is you stay at 3 different hotels whilst doing the safari
Ooh, Haz I am jealous, I only had time for Amboselli...wet there because I like elephants lots...
Hello, peoples
hi BR!
er rather I went there...
Good day, Babblers!
hosDy, red
OKay, me with the flamingoes!
hi br
Red, do you know where in Kenya the giraffe reserve is? The one where the animals interact with the people in the hotel?
it sounds great haz....i just hope that we can go on one soon. my daughter will be 9 this year and think it's a good time for her to go
Nice Haz!
And now husband has arrived home looking for computer..... and me sitting here and the shopping not put away yet!
hi BR and judy
Scarlet, I am unsure, but there is a preserve area right by the airport, and most times when I flew in, (to the main airport not wilson that it) I would see giraffes...
There was a small park right outside of Nairobi you could go to...
Nice hat, Haz... straw... at least your face is covered... what a background!
HI Haz's Hubby!!!
are giraffes dangerous? i know that's proabably a silly question
Not that I have seen, harp... I love their black tongues...
I have no real experience, I'd have to defer to Haz'shusband!
I know - it was winter time but still pretty hot during the day. (bear in mind we're not used to a lot of heat!) Anyway, better go and do the horror shopping putting away.
there is a zoo in grance that you can give popcorn to giraffes and other animals
I"d love to see Victoria Falls
For overhead shots of the African plains, play with Google Earth. Also, look at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida. We were able to spot giraffes and wildebeasts from satellite zoom-ins.
france even
See you soon, Haz, and thank you for sharing!
THis grid and I are not really getting along...
maybe I"ll stop in Grance on my next trip, lol
TY alot Haz, they are gorgeous Photos!!!
are there lots of mosquitos and other bitie things red?
I want to go to Grance, too...
Was going to say, not familiar with Grance. Thought maybe Myanmar changed their name again.
aaahhh, Grance, where the wildebeests and giraffes play
When I went there were lots of Mosquitos...it was January...
my typing is terrible today!
They speak Grench there, right?
lol judi then us westereners could at least pronounce it!
lol, lili, but it's fun!
oh, nice...my daughter always gets bitten no matter what we use
But I didn't find myself swarmed or anything...
are they the ones who stole christmas?
lol, harp!
no judi....Grenhais!
DUring the day the mosquitos are not bad...
Dang it Judi... I forgot my high school Grench!
see, i still can't type...meant grenchais! lol
But at night they seem to bite...which is wierd because it gets really cold at night...
The grid is a typically miserly motley mix of phonemes
If you do Hotels with nets you should be alright...
As did I Scarlet. It's right down there in the puddle, next to my Spanglish.
So is the human race, BR-r!
i just guessed and got the ke5
Unfortunately BR, no Phenome exactly in the grid...Lots of Spanish words for me...
Spanglish and I are still good pals, Judi...
stuck on 2 five words ch5/16 and na5/12 ..hlp pls
cheese also. pbr, this may help...
Or, maybe I'll just go visit Grance Tomb...
need to dive in as 1hr and 73 to find...au revoir for now
na 5 -- sluggo's cartoon friend with a different last vowel
Who is sluggo??
a demain, Lilli...
Old comic characters, red
ch 5 -- cancer treatment suffix
Ooh. I just found a big chunk of ch cheese in the grid.
Sluggo is the name of one of Ron White's dogs...but I doubt that is what she means
;)
shoudl be prefix; sorry
Thanks Judi! I thought that was my phantom, good thing I didn't post it in chat...
going to have to bring in doggie, he is barking like a mad man,
No, it's there, Uni.
BR-r... you are flagless.. it looks.... lonely.
You will have to join flicker Haz to show theses photos!
could someone clue the i?
an 8 === mate of uncle roll
I + the end of a marching, musical, colorful assembly
BabbleRabble thanks for the ch, still working on the na5--nope just got it!!!! 19 more, if need be Ill ask for help
ir 5 -- add a pointed shovel: sp***
thanks!
:-)
who is Uncle Roll?
A nickname for a diamond, harp
ok thanks
BBL. Need more coffee.
lets just say my clue was a smidge obscure
Later, Judi... refills all around, please.
It was a good clue, BR
still pondering....
I guess my Grance Tomb was too obscure too... alas...
I enjoyed it
but not too obscure, thanks br... and grance tomb made me chuckle scarlet, but i was in lurk mode.. Hi
could i have a clue
I haven't laughed so hard in ages! You are all in rare form this morning!
oooh, sorry. lurk mo**
Thank you, Br.. Hi, Dorens and hoot and cool!

Lurkers are Us, Do... LOL
ch + i work with ***tionally disturbed kids
if you want to read a story of a mother's courage go to the link in my profile
ty doren

Thank you, BR.
good luck
think I need more than luck, but thanks (if that was for me)
I am back. Hello everyone.
hey scrabs
BabRab, your link (profile) did not fulfill for me...said the article was no longer available
WB, Scrabbler. How is Sebastian feeling now?
hows seb doing scrabs?
hey again Scrabs, how did feeding Sebastian go?
harp, did you find that an8 yet? It could be someone who is totally against Bill Haley and the Comets...
or... the rolling Stones!
just got it now, thanks scarlet!
Yippety for harp!
try here: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2 933,325458,00.html
LOL, Dorens... GMTA
interestingly the an 8 has no definition!!! in enable.
What else is new, red?
:)
We have to craft our own twisted definitions sometimes, red.
scarlet, i am lame... what means GMTA ?
Great Minds Think Alike
oh, of course (but yours is greater, since I couldn't figure that out)
*Snort*
Bunny Sebastian ate some greens with some urging and then grabbed a carrot from his plate. I also massaged his belly and put a clean litter box right on the bed and told him to poop ASAP so Mama will feel better.
That link worked, thanks BabbleRabble. I have strong opinions on those sorts of situations, so I shan't comment but I always enjoy the info your provide in your profile.
finally at halfway point... took longer than it should to find 57 words this morning, is it me or the grid?
last one I need....AN8...any clues?
oh, bunny tummy ached scrabbler?
`grid dorens, always the grid...
I went to list very early as I don't have the fight for this today! :)
been clued ouwachita
nevermind...I got it
glad he's eating a bit now scrabs!
thanks turtle, i feel better
Great story, BR, TY for sharing it. It reminds me of my friend, Mary, undergoing treatment for brain cancer. The baby was induced 3 wks early and then Mary had the MRI that made the diagnosis.
It's not you, Do.
how is mary doing scrabs?
Tom Landry's daughter, Lisa, had a somewhat similar story
Mary is getting stronger and will fly on a private plane on Feb 6th to see the brain tumor expert at Duke Univ that has been directing her treatment.
That's good news scrabs
so many have so much to deal with
i guess i should ask scrab, but does she see friedman? hes a good guy and brilliant...
an6/30?
Very true, BR---real life-and-death stuff.
i'm glad she's feeling stronger, scrabs, is the treatment helping?
Put your ship to an****, harp
that was shouldnt...
an 6 --- add a sore inside your mouth: c****r
Yes, yes! Henry Friedman! Expert in pediatric brain tumors, especially the PNEt variety which Mary has! You know of him, RTH?
i worked at duke for 5 yrs...
thanks, that's a new word for me!
*PNET type of tumors are primarily pediatric, but infrequently seen in adults, such as for MAry.
Did you know Theresa Jaworski while you were at Duke, RTH?
he doesn't hang out in the er but i used to work icu there and neuro icu at unc...so glad she is getting great care...
an8/65 -- I believe there a clue earlier, but can't find it....it is my last word
against stone
10:15
A person totally against Elvis Presley, pbr??
Mary's husband is a MD and sought out the best person in the US to help his wife, and that is Henry. Right now Henry has been viewing MRI's and doing phone consults.
against the rolling stones, or othe groups pbr...
did not meet jawroski that i recall...
thanks!!! doing the firework dance
Yippety for pbr!!
Yahooo PBR!!!
congrats, pbr
Friedman in supposed to be brilliant, but i like that he is nice to the patient as well...
wtg pbr!
hooray pbr
yay pbr!!!!!!!!!!
Small world, RTH....I am glad you know what is going on with Mary. Yes, he has been great with her care. Henry calls the husband at least once per week.
I just tell the docs you work for me; act like it
RTH--of course he is a pediatrician first, and we are special people!
Perfect, BR
Yes, BR! That is so right!
only a little though scrabbs, i mostly do chest pain/od/sniffles these days...
What an odd word I just monkied... an6/33!
I need to get something to eat---caffeine level is high, blood sugar is low, and I am getting dizzy! BRB.
Later, Scrabbler!!
eat well..,
bye scrabs
I am sure you realize how difficult it is for me to stand up for myself as shy as I am
Right, BR...
BR...try that again...
you need a clue?
We detect a touch of tongue in cheek, or wherever you put it...
Clue forch5/16, anyone?
treatment for cancer grant, shortened.
i want chrome....but to no avail...
Same here, red... no go.
hello, all! it turned out ot be a long breakfast : )
Now it's my turn, TO... feeling ravenous now... See you all soon!
Thanks, redt..
ch 5 -- add tick t***
ty br, I was looking for that one too.
Hello all
hello darth
helli, dd, sir
I am back with a PB & J sandwich for breakfast. I checked on Bunny Sebastian and he seems perkier.
My dad got a new job... He works at the Zoo waking up the monkeys....So he woke me up at 8 o'clock -.-
hello darth
lol darth...
hello scrabbler. Is Sebastian not feeling well?
Haha, darth
Scrabbler, you and I are having the same food... Hi, DD.
Nonnie--he was not interested in eating this AM, somewhat mopey, and probably is experiencing GI stasis--a problem for bunnies.
hi scrabs! gues what? i forgot to take intinflammatory - and just remembered! it's been over 14 hours! I think i am helaing!
Monkey waker...that is what I want to be when I grow up!
Great news, Owl!
Hahahahhaaaaaa, Nonnie!
i went to yoga yesterday - i think it helped! i am soooooo excited, hope it lasts
Did you end up getting an injection into your hip, Owl?
Sorry to hear that, Scrabbs. Will he be all right, you think?
po 7 --- add forcefully requested: de**n***
Thank you, BR.
When bunnies get this they need to be watched closely. He did eat some greens in the last hour when I poked them under his nose. And then he grabbed a carrot off his plate and ate that. I am glad he is eating on his own. He needs to poop!
hey owl... yoga is good for back stuff... just remember to go gentle and if it hurts, Don't do it

gotta be a cross between wise ninja and a nerdy nerd...
Doren, it is fingers poised on the keyboard and eyes scanning the grid. It is a relaxing, mediatative and healing position.
*gracefully prepares to fight today's babble battle* no kenpo though - enable does not recognize it
has to be at computer
lololol scrabs
:)i want the healing part...
warning temple... this is a toughie (iimho)
mentally healing turtle, with this group of empathic wonderful people
I think I'm in the modified babble warrior position. I have one foot resting on the chair leg.
Periodically one then yells, "Yahoooo!", "Gotcha" and "Weeeeehhhaaaa" when a word is located.
blows nose again....
LOL, Nonnie.
i have both feet on a stool, semireclined
Come on, RTH, harvest the mucous farm!!

Om, om, Babble Namaste, healing energies are flowing through us.

Dorens, add an improbable consonant to the an5/12
sorry nonnie, a friend went through that last mont
She was born c-section two weeks early because the mom had detected no activity. The cord was wrapped around her neck. Very sad!
hah! don't have that either... but will look for it
Cord accidents are so random and tragic!!
They named her Adele Lucy and were going to call her AddieLu...isn't that cute? AddieLu...I just love that!
***sadness***
Aww, Nonnie that is such a horrible situation. The poor parents...
heartbreaking
Cute name, Nonnie. AddieLu will forever be a part of them.
I know...this is going to be a touch one. My heart is breaking for them.
Dorens, the an5/12 is sort of a romping silliness from, say, clowns or teenagers or young children.
touch = tough
oh yah, i got that scarlet thanks. now got next one too whooh
Anyway, you all take care and I hope to see you later.
down to 19 and should really leave now, but impossible

there's no crying in babble
I thought that was baseball, TO?
ok... how about whining?
laughing is allowed i hope ?
only unabashed blubbering will due
whinning is good
Whining is allowed for a short time.. then you get kneecapped with a nerfbat.
17 and frustrated. laughing is encouraged, and frequently inevitable
LOL, Owl! Whenever we hear wailing in our office, which is almost continuously, I say, "There's no crying in pediatrics!"
oh yes, whining definitely : D
winning is good !!
by the way, I so do hate whining.... in my office it is stopped immediately
mybe luc, but you may need a permit...i'll sell you one for a few clues...
I am up to 40 and it has been hard work.

Nordic skiing is the proper term.

Nope, Owl--you would need someone to give them food, water and love.
TY, BR--quite a word.
i will resist the urge to adopt spur of the moment, as all responsible pet owners should
can't believe my favorite cheese is here and I didn't see it for so long

It doesn't qualify as a word though, if you mean ed**.

Yes, Luc.

it boils down to 1 - your keyboard and 2 - your knowledge of ASCII code scarlet...
yes but it was forced for health not for pleasure. cereal without my beloved banana
mac and cheese is the ultimate comfort food! now that should be in the penalty box
Then I am down the well-know creek, Luc.
And I cannot find Dorens' option key.

The Cryptographer Convention has just commenced! |8
This is so way beyond coolness.
for windoze users, if you use accents regularly, its worth downloading a tiny program called AllChars, it makes doing accents easy peasy
Thank you Une... and Luc, I never thought I could EVER get this...
let us now proceed to e4/6 and en6/24!
or just go to http://tinyurl.com/lv4f7
e4 = volcano
This is so exciting! Learning secret co**s!
e4/6 ec + not her
sorry, co4/6 ans en6/24

I keep freezing tonight cant add any words - drat!
well of course! *grins* just sharing knowledge, I can't count how much time AllChars has saved me over the years
Good, especially since I have no clue what Ascii means...
I am installing AllChars right now. TY, Queen Smug.
hi haz
Hello Une, montreal and everyone. Just a quick look in to see folks.
Welcome back, Haz.
I SHOULD be in the kitchen but I've sneaked in here instead.
hello everyone!
Can I go up a smugness level now??
could i have a clue 4 the na/5 please
Hazel, is your husband ho**? Bunny Sebastian is having a bout with GI stasis.
think Mrs Reagan girl
wow, spangle's grown tall
Hi, Annie...we are having class now...
Yes, Ata, you may take one step forward.
Can you get any smugger, Atalante?
I thought *smug* was infinite, Haz...
I'm sure it's possible. I can't be as smug as Dale Winton yet, surely?
Hello Scrabbler - he's here but to be honest, I think you probably know more about rabbits than he does. He's more your cow and sheep type.
a class, goody, sits down and folds hands in lap
hello! scrabs, working on our game right now. decided to see who was in chat first though
No, Atalante, that's true, and you're still not as smug as Michael Winner.
True, Hazel, I have been throught this many times, and read the vet advice info again.
ty montreal
bonjour annie and feather !
Hi Featherbee
scarlet, enable accepts asci - the word, i mean
oh yes, Michael Winner wins
OH! Thanks again, TO!
but it taint in this grid!!!
What is wrong with Bunny Sebastian? Hi Luc and feather
who's Michael Winner ??
It's funny - he does do a bit of small animals, seeing cats and dogs etc. He claims he never likes seeing 'bags' sitting in the waiting room, especially if they're moving.
Annie, montreal was giving us lessons of how to make the various language accents on our boring English letters...
oh luc, he's awful! he's a food critic and generally smug person. google him!
Scarlet, that is interesting! tildes and all that?
hmm, ata, we're not playing a game. want to?
oooooo yes, feather!
Than Ata came in and made it so much easier for us with her secret shortcut!!
hi feather, my connection has an awful lag again today
k, will start one
hi TO
He's done film directing as well, don't forget, Atalante.
I once took my cat on a city bus in a bag and the poor thing was mewing really loud and causing such a disturbance I had to get off the bus. I never did that again
This guy is a film director Ata ?
i tend to lose track when the games just silently disappear
urf, yes, he is. I forgot that bit of his life!
Hasn't he directed some famous stuff? Obviously so famous I can't remember it.
feather, what games?
Poor bag-kittie, Annie!
scrabble annie
he directed "Death wish"...
over on facebook, the scrabulous application
Death Wish
Yes- I knew it was something cheerful sounding.
thanks, feathre
*feather
With Charles Bronson?
Annie--Bunny Sebastian was mopey and not eating this AM, but I pushed greens into him and he is perking up. He needs to poop. Bunnies get a problem called GI stasis wheich can lead to death rapidly.
yes scarlet and Jill Ireland...
It's a wonder the Goths haven't adopted that for one of the perfumes Vicuna was sampling the other day.
His late wife...
soooo sweet, nick's fallen asleep with his thumb and lovey, a little square of a security blanket
hmmm - do i get the list? or come back later and hope inspiration strikes?
She died from breast cancer, I think?
owl if you can do this one listless, you have much to be proud of. it's tough
Get the list, TO. (Waiting for Ata to say the opposite)
Or uterine cancer?
Oh dear, I hope Bunny Sebastian gets everything back to normal for him
wouldn't know about that scarlet...
get the list ;)
She seemed so "fragile" in real life, Luc.
WHAT? Ata said that????
TY, Annie. I am going upstairs to check on him now.
Blow you! You're just saying that to spite me!
yes she did scarlet
i feel validated :)
I am hallucinating then, Luc... it cannot be!
Now she's going to be smug for not being predictable!
of course *grin*
Ata--TY for sharing the SearchForge.net site and Allchars----more fun to download and learn about!
she did, you're right haz... looks like she's winking, right?
ladies, ladies.....
lol
She's an imp.
Ata, did you invent the internet?
oh scrabbler, source forge is just the best! you'll find so much interesting stuff on there
A pawky petunia more like it!!
well hazel, you called me an "imp" just the other day !!!!!!!!
there were so many clues flying around this am when i began i had a good start
I meant SourceForge.net. I forgot the name already.
I only call the best people imps.
no, but my husband used to work with one of the people who did ... does that count? LOL

ahhhh okay then hazel...and thanks !
Please call me an imp, Hazel.
Close enough, Ata.

sourceforge is a website that contains a huge amount of open source programs that you can download
I still have one dozen, Do.
I M P could stand for immensely mischievious pixie.

its a geeks website, pretty much everything can be trusted on there compared to a lot of other sites
definitely not an abbreviation for imperious or imperial
There is one EM word, Do and I do not have it!
Absolutely not, Dorens.
en 6 & 7 --- cypher words

Hi Scarlet!

LOL... Haz.. have a nice evening.
Haz, so many of us are of Irish stock, its inevitable...
The last election in Ireland took about two weeks to count - they use proportional representation just to keep things extra interesting.
Okay, I'll register that Atalante.
em7 clue please?
ty!
Would that we had such a determining factor here, Haz.
I vote we have Spangle back tomorrow as well, rather than a giraffe

une i need the 6/30 an
I guess sometimes Beth thats also necessary to move up in some professions. It must have been sort of a pain!
an 6 -- a money lender often is a b****r
Hello all! I'm having a bit of trouble getting started on this one. Is it just me, or is it today's grid?
gwen, I swear its the grid, not you...
Whew.
gwen i had trouble starting at first last night too
i gwen - not an easy grid today...
babble the word i think it is wont fit
Well then, there's no shame in heading to the list early. (At least, not in my book!)
co 5/14 I need for my last c?
is there a difference? we were under contract too,, in engineering it is called shopping. you get a contract to work for x amount of time. when time is up you can move on or extend if they still need you. it is your choice where you want to go. not a negative term, just what engineers call it :)
Please surround me in many smelly fish... I just monkied the darned ch5/14 above the eating noise... duh!
an 6 --- add a boat/ship that moves oil
will a flounder do scarlet ?
We dont call it shopping, I guess because to me shopping implies that someday I might buy, and stay some place...
But its essentially the same thing...
Very nicely, thank you, Luc. LOL
we had fun red. no kids just the cat and us. some good places some not so good, but always interesting.
Phone..
should be: an 6 --- add a boat/ship that moves oil: t****r
babble is thier a ch in that?
I know a nurse couple that travels with their kids...homeschools, I think its too difficult actually, but no kids, makes things fun, for the most part.
what didthe cat think about moving so much?
we call it spping because the agenciex that contract you are called "job shops" we did finally "buy" when i got prenant. i miss the travelling sometimes.
my dog gets wierd each time we move, but he is starting to get better at it...no cats!
I dont know why but we always call it travelling...When I show up at a new job I'm introduced as the traveller...
an 6 --add a sore inside your mouth: c****r sore
co 5/14 clue please
kind of wood ruru
co 5 --- what some preahers are told to tell it to
cat was ok as long as his food bowl was filled. he liked to hunt and most of our sites were suburban so he could go out.
preachers
Preachers preach to the ch5/14, BR.
lol I guess cats and dogs are fine if they have food
good cat, lots of nurses seem to go with cats and do OK, which I never would guess...
got that ch ty
and owners atalante, my dog stops eating if I leave him for a week at the vet...
or ruru, policeman + sun god
mormon tabernacle

most purebreds are inbred to some extent
thanks that did it..weirdo word thanks
rurru did you get the co 5/14?
they are very hoity toity & show their displeasure in all sorts of imaginative ways
cats *always* get even lol
Teulu is a semi-wonder dog, but he definitely has some "issues"
my pet rock failed obedience school

betthin my female cat wants to pee on bed and cant
Babble R did you work enough with the rock at home??? It's usually the owner not the pet!!

I may need a nap..
co 5/14 please
I dont think he is Ata...
I might of had better suck with a sedamentary than a metamorphic
the brown dog is Scooter, and he has died at a very very old age...
red i always need a nap
awwwwwwww. he's beautiful
that could be the trouble BR...perhaps more of a Quartz variety?
my old siamese usehe yelled at her for eating plants or shredding his paperwork mlf. he woukldnt realize until he got into bed. yelling woul. vicious circled ensue- more peeing would occur -vicious circle
take care everybody - happy babbling all - bye for now "POOF"
you need teulu pics in there :)
co 5 == lord help me find this word
bye mont
Scooter was a wonderful dog...I got him when he was hit by a car, and brought to our clinic...no one claimed him, so I got him.
igneous rocks are the clevrest
an6/33 please?
ata will link to Teulu Photos...
BR, it was clue as policeman + sun god
sorry one line went elsewhere. cat peed on husbands side of bed\
no babble i just need someon to help me find it lol
does teulu have a meaning red?
first mo 5/12?
flask, extend an5 with a consonant
bett my female cat does that too
thanks gwen....
http://katiebell.vox.com/library/posts /2007/09/
thanks, gwen .... i finished long ago
siameses are clever little brats!
ata i love siamese
that is the link to look at teulu Atalante...
I thought it was only my cat that peed on the bed!?!?!??!
maybe I should have made it tiny...
still not getting that co lol
she was a beauty, but long gone now.
flask heck no my cat has been doing it practicaly since we got her we have plastic on bed ever since
oh he is BEAUTIFUL!
she was my cat before marriage flask & didnt like sharing.
He's handsome, but...nervy!
he really is handsome!
My sister had trouble with her cat when she got married also Beth!
how old is he?
its only when she's left alone in house that she does it....does anyone know why?
MLF, it sounds like a type of snake, but change the 2nd consonant
babble?
I will tell him you said he was pretty Ata. He will like it.
flask pees on bed?
Great news! Bunny Sebastian has pooped and is acting like his perky self now! Yippee! Now I will ski in the woods, relieved about my bunny.
He will be 2 in March...
Yay Sebastian!!!!
they are very territorial.
lmao...MLF...
betth you arent kidding
Bunnies are territorial too. Callie Bunny often pees to mark her territory.
hooray scrabbler! yay for bunny poop!
co 5 ---add a baby carriage: ***m
I thought he looked young. He still has a lot of time to learn calmmness then ...
pr 5/12 clue please
I put fresh litter boxes in his room so i could see if he pooped.
these co clues arent getting me anywhere lol
I hope he does. He is 10o% lovely but jumps on everyone, and thats a bad habit, I have tried a million things to break it....nothing works...
yay Sebastian!
I shall return later.
but otherwise, hes been good...
Have fun Scrabbler!
red my male cat loves to bed petted and wants attention
Gwenski...the an5 clue doesn't work!
i know that issue, red!
pr 5 --- means before and often is followed by "to"
I'm hoping as he ages it will become less "fun" they say its a self rewarding behavior. always fun no matter what...
u just got the pr 5/12 wohooo
if lizsark comes on, you might want to talk to her about it. she has a young lab that is a nightmare in a lot of ways. She may know some different things to try!
Take the an5 (silly action) and add a consonant to make an6. (Sounds like the an5)
Go MLF Go!
now red if only i could get this darn co lol
I think if people put in half as much time understanding other people as they do with their pets what a wonderful world it would be
that would be good. Teulu for the most part is a good boy...his other thing is that he barks incessantly at inatimate objects, but on that account he is improving...
babble nahh no fun
Sorry Gwenski [thought you said vowel first time] ok got it now, thanks!
No telling what I said, but I know what I meant! :)
ph 8 clue pls?
The same with Oscar - Liz's dog - though he *destroys* things as well
ph 8 --- add full of piss and vinegar: ***rge***
thank goodness Ata that he is not a destroyer... he chews what I give him, but nothing else!!
babble...what????
ditto with the wha?
Don't know how, but I understood the clue, BR!
ph8 sounds like learning to spell words the way they sound with a different vowel in the middle
gwen you must be smarter then me lol
I didnt...
shir glad we are in same boat lol
fireworks! ph 8 rhymes with when you kids are running all over they are so --
us either red
red, have you ever seen the dog whisperer? when i was sleeping in rec room after shoulder surgery would have thetv on at all hours because of pain. he has a wonderful way wit all kinds of behavior issues with dogs . aggression, barking jumping etc. i know he has videos. maybe your library might get them for you (if you are home long enough to reserve or request) he was amazing to watch
congrats. ypsigirl
I don't think smarter is the right word. (But I'll accept that as a compliment, regardless!)
GOT IT WOOHOO
k, figured out the ph, was good clue BR, just took a while
yay ypsigirl!
tyv sassy GREAT clue
I have beth! In truth, I probably need to work harder with him to socialize him. He loves people, and gets wild when they pay him attention!
thx......good story about the mother br.
yvw, MLFAN17
he sounds like my Hobbit. Just goes mad when people love her
Its jsut hard to have 78 pounds of wild love, yo know...
sassy can you clue the co6?
hard to be angry with a dog that loves to loved :)
my gr pyrannees pup is 86 lbs of unbridled love
This is true...
... with a tail that hurts when whacked against you at full speed!
co6: created together
beth thats the way my hubby is with our cats even if my female cat is bad
Pyrs are supposed to make very loyal pets Lady, I'll bet your is very loyal!!!
ty gwen great clue as well
so far, so good... but he's not yet 9 mos old, so still needs a lot of training
gwen are any of the 7and 8 co's related to it?
Does he jump?
sorry MLFAN17, I was away when you asked
What's E.T. short for?
Not there yet, sorry MLF. (Paying too close attention to the chat, I guess.)
extra terrestrial
So he can fit in his space ship.
you mean does he knock people over by trying to stand up with his paws on them? yes
its okay sassy
if you are an animal person god gives you an blind spot when it comes to bad behavior. i would have strung my kids up if they peed on the bed or did half of the evil things our parrot has done
no, MLF, the 7's and 8's are different
ohhh - that's baaaaad, BR
beth, you are making me laugh now!
do you want clues for them?
yes please sassy
my dog isn't big enough for that, so what she does is goes round to people's backs and tries to knock them over but jumping up at the back of their knees
parrots are very humorous when they are not yours :)
co 7's - think of what metal does when it gets old, and change middle vowel
co 8's past tense of the 7's
Thanks, sassy!!
Your dog is precious Ata, I love the way she looks out into the chat!!!
sassy i got the 7/36 for that
adn the 8/55
Storm is so big (and so powerful), it's a challenge to move when he wants attention. he pushes you up against a wall and pins you there
she has a plan ata, and carries it out - very sophisticated thought patterns :}
Hobbit's problem really is that she's far too clever for her own good! I always wonder how she realised people tend to stagger if she gets them at the back of their knees!
sassy theirs another co 7 right?
Dogs....have plans, that they never reveal...
did you get the other set - also 7/36 and 8/55?
i have one co 6
she does, beth! its quite amazing. then its equally amazing when you throw her a titbit and she doesn't even notice so it bounces off her nose. so clever ... so dumb ...
they are always thinking behind thier smiling faces
sassy 7 and 8 co no
then dogs would feel right at home running for office
lol ata !
just like the other co pair, but use a different vowel in the middle
Babble, I swear my dog has more heart than some current politicians...
GOT IT TY
great, yw
phew great clues sassy
the em pls?
oh same here, red! we'd all be wiggling our butts at friends, neighbours, enemies, everyone, if Hobbit was in office
always happy to help if i can
There you go Ata, Hobbit for PM!!!!
ch 5/18 please?
no need to be swearing!!
i dont have the em either
Oh sorry BR, I know its a PG site, gives BR the pitiful look!
ch = taking big bite
lol duhh ty
ch5 - to take a big bite of something
that does it gone
took me forever too
ch7 please
Can I get a hint on the em7,36 please?
a type of cheese
ch = cheese
hi rows a few of us need that one too
cheddar
em7 - another word for a shopping center- ends with 2 vowels
that would be correct, rows
got the ch woohoo
YARG, typed in the wrong box. :P
<-- not Rows, actually the Infinite Bob at Rows house.
Blame me, not her.
sassy can you break that one down a bit please
hello bob
it's ok rows or bob, whomever you want to be!!
first mo 5/12 clue please?
I got it from that, sassy, thanks!
The strangest thing just happened: a huge bluejay just flew dead, smack-on into the kitchen window (it didn't break, but it made a big noise) and I ran outside to see if he was all right... I touched his neck to see if he had any pulse and he righted himself in one leap, looked at me, and took a few steps... wobbled for a bit, then flew off...very odd.
ruru is that a 5/16?
em + holes in skin, drop late vowel and add two others
Bad radar?
alright, UNCLE... I cannot see the ch5, 16 no matter what I try
sure em + on the front of your house is a ***ch, + 2 vowels

***Tosses flowers to gwen**
c+black show hostess minus "h"
I must not be up on irish girl names, I'm not seeing it
We need a name for that language - when you rest your hands one key over on the keyboard.

it only took me five hours to get the darn word!
A new sport, gwen... maybe ssskkeeyyying?
Plays the mom on one tree hill. Mo*** Kelly

could someone clue co5/14?
co
Hello, sassy! :-)
whoa, sassy, what'd you do with the chat?
i think sassy needs some coffee
co5/14: policeman + sun god; or add most of the female black talk show host.
ahhh don't know what happened!!!
sorry!!
Wouldn't coffee make it worse?
thanks
Usually sleeping on the keyboard yields the same results, sass.
hey harp... like your icon :D
thanks lady
i like yours too
hehe
Two lionesses in Babble... promising!
I know.. the big guys have the manes... but two ladies thought the same way...
i have one at home that weighs 19 pounds, about 1/100th of the big cats.

and even HE can get pretty scary!
My old girl weighs in at a mere 17 pounds, harp...

But, don't forget all "the little people who made this possible"
(I am a bit short)
not to mention my husband who woke me up, not once, but twice ... I'd have never finished without that!
LOL
And your third grade teacher...
Well speaking of hubbies, mine just came in, so I'm off too!
'Bye, gwen!!

Can't fault you for that, WoW is great
you play WoW?
<-- Not Rows, The Infinite Bob at Rows house
haha
But she did recently make a character, I hear
i was wondering, you didn't sound like rose
And *I* play WOW.
she didn't tell me!
i kept telling her WoW is great
Second best game evar.
I guess she believed you.
What is WoW?
If she tells you about it, act surprised. :)
WoW = World of Warcraft
OIC, thanks
infinite Bob at Rows house... you should change the gender icon when you are playing instead of Rose
te5/14 please someone

We were all working on it together last night, and now I'm trying to finish it
What's the first best game, bob?
think of a ditch, bettyanne, and remove the hook consonant
Thanks LadyNatts. Appreciate it.

bartamy, try girls name, 4 letter against and before words, put the nasty dog bug that's the second clock sound... that should help
well, I've been off work for the better part of 3 days... thankfully don't work on sat or sun
many of the an words are weird

Mich, use co4/6 below it and change the last letter
thanks, nan but I got that one (stupid word)
ph 8: think of the word for a "sounding out" approach to reading, then change first vowel
good clue cybernan ty
ph... + spelling of LM*O + et 4/5
OK, now I get it but I had that one.
My hound is crafty come in from the store and the first thing she does is goes through my bag for a doggy treat! Not stupid very sharp at most things

Kritas Its spelled Chartreus. I am using the Green one. http://tinyurl.com/z5ybv
I use it as a flavouring and a preserve the stuff is lethal on its one. Its great. Hi Ata
found it
d**n is right
its more than lethal on its own!
oh, booze on pancakes! yeah!
lol Krista
isn't it Chartreuse? French liqueur?
Krista well kinda but if you cook it its kinda more of a flavouring. Yes it is Jill see the tinyurl i just posted
the an words are not jumping out at me, here..have the 6/24 and a 4/4. lol....just teasing, Herin. Sounds good, actually.
the an8 would describe "against **** 'n' roll music"
brb again
just monkeyed the 6/33

Pfftt..thanks, Lady. Yep, stupidhead words.

Scrabler my dear is one of the bunnys sick?
Bunny Sebastian returned to his usual self by the early afternoon--he perked up, ate some greens, and finally pooped. Our children sure do worry us when they get sick.
Poor Sebastian
it has the poisonous bit distilled out
thats a relief!
probably more of a relief for poor sebastian
bye everyone - off to have a lazy lazy day
Ata but its the poisonous bit that is the fun part :P
bye lynxxx
So it's a health drink, now. ;)
Bye lynxx, thanks for clues
herin--he was in pain--bellyache presumably, and inactive and not eating. Bunnies can be afflicted with GI stasis, sort of like constipation, and can die of bacterial overgrowth.
Later Lynxx have a good day.
AWWW Scrabbler i do hope he gets better. poor bunny
in what way exactly, herin??!!
I lost a grand-bunny that way, Scrabbler....
I forced greens into him and massaged his belly. I could hear the gas rumbling in his belly.
Ata thats the bit that gives you a buzz in small amounts.
Mamabear--my dear Benjamin Bunny died despite being treated at the vet's for 3 days.
it was my daughter's bunny, scrab - she died on the way to the vet in my daughter's arms.....
Awwww... poor guy. I keep thinking my guinea pig is constipated. She makes a lot of noise when she poops now. I had a Benjamin, too! He was my litter trained one.
Ok ill behave now
um, no, thats the bit that kills you in small amounts!
Mama that is so sad
Mama..that's so sad.
I've never had the stuff. I heard it tastes bad.
I used to give my cholicky kids a bay leaf tea ... wonder if that would work on animals?
mo 5/12? the first one
So sad, mama---rabbits can get very sick very quickly!
I had Benjamin Bunny and Pita Rabbit.
thujone is a neurotoxin ... it gives you a brief high but then isn't good. modern absinthe contains a small amount of thujone and about the same amounts of wormwood as "old" absinthes
mo5/12 is a woman's name, mama
it tastes *foul*, krista! its up to 70% alcohol
yes it was very sad, but they have another bunny and now a new puppy...
hello
I had Butchie, Peter Rabbit, Benjamin Bunny and Rusty---I miss them.
Absenth Ata is great
Hi feather
hi feather
hi feather -- and hi again gang
Is it illegal there, as well? It is here (absinthe).
Hi Feather
My spelling is shocking sorry
new pic of nick in flickr, from this afternoon
hi feather!
Krista is it illegal in the state?
Hi Feather! How are ya?
nope, its not illegal here anymore
woman's name? scratch, scratch, scratch
He looks like a little angel.
ever see the movie Hook?
its very good when you're already drunk lol, then you can't taste the stuff
Yes, it's illegal in the whole US, Herin.
i might not be able to stay...he's having trouble settling to sleep
awww thats adorable Feather!
as they say, absinthe make the heart grow fonder
lol jilli
Cute Nick and Daniel!!
Or, contrariwise, absence makes the heart go wander
wait..just read that it's legal to purchase and own here, just not to produce or sell...so I could get it from another country (if I wanted to, which i don't)
Cute, Jilli :)
I think I saw Hook, but don't remember a name from there
yep, I have 2 bottles here that I have to bring over to the US next time I come LOL
Thats cause the states has to keep its rep of soft beer
;)
Feather that is cute
I like that, jilli... absence makes the heart..... got to remember that one
Krista i have a witches shop that i get my wormwood from
mo5/12: is actress mo*** Kelly from the skating movie
Ty, Minveryork!
I'd give it a try, Ata. :)
woot i has an 8 i just found
mo 5/12: mo*** Kelly from the movie The Cutting Edge
thanks, minver... I was trying to clue, but my movie-going has dried up the last 10 years... I don't know anything about stars or movies nowadays
You are very welcome. Just remember name of movie
you should definitely have some once, krista!
I didn't see the movie either, unfortunately.... now I have a very severe mental block built against this word
I'm a movie buff, so most of my clues relate to movies
What do u do with it, Herin?
ok, he's settled again
how is the grid?
the grid is nasty
Does anyone have a clue for the po 6/27 word please
ewww ok
It is a monster, Featherbee!
if Krista gets some, she has to share!!!
It is a tough one. I have been off and on all day today
getting out 10 foot pole
po6/27 = hair stuff
Wormwood? I used to smoke it now i use it to cleanse the house mixed with other stuff.
First time I heard of it was when I saw Dracula with my boyfriend, and he said that's what they were drinking in the scene where Gary and Winona first meet
po + I **** it all by myself!!!
Mama--m + 2 vowels + hook + vowel
Ata's bringing us some on her next stateside visit, Mama.
smoke it? that sounds ...
thanks scrab!
Ata i think the word your looking for is STUPID. Its ok
I swear I tried every combination possible on that one
I was stupid and ill admit
Thank you for the po6/27 clue. I just found the word
Mama, Hazel would not approve that type of simplistic clue, but I know you were desperate.
LOL, I wasn't going to say that! honest LOL
Its ok i don't mind
I watched the Bourne Ultimatum last night--action thriller! Tonight I am going to watch Freedom Writers. At least when I find my last 25 words.
didn't it just taste horrid?
heck with hazel... desperate times deserve desperate measures
Nod
No it doesn't Ata
really>? interesting!
Don't do it it leads to interesting head messups
ok how about the co 7 and 8 right after what goes in the top of a wine bottle?
Is it a pagan thing, or just a, uh, stupid thing, Herin?
Taking note - heck with hazel....
LOL
My skiing friend didn't end up going out of town, so i will have a skiing buddy in the woods tomorrow. Today I was alone, except there were many people on the trails.
If nobody needs clues, I'll do something else for a while...
oops.... hi Haz...... *blushing*
co 7/36 means to deteriorate or to impair mamabear
Freedom Writers...will have to look that up
Krista the burning in the house is my pagan thing. The smoking was stupid and was for a cheap buzz
Haha, Hazel! Is your computer programmed to alert you when your name is mentioned?
hi haz
Hi Haz
no offense intended, Haz.... please forgive the humble bear
I'll leave you to your blushes, mama - glad you're okayish after your accident.
Hazel :D
later, jilli
No, just happened to be passing - going again - BYE!
I'll have to ask my wiccan friends if they do that. Interesting.
co 8/55 is past tense of the co 7/36 word mamabear.
thanks, haz....... {{{{haz}}}}}
Mamabear--what accident were you involved with?
I was in a car accident on Jan 15th. scrab
Oh, dear, Mamabear--are you OK? Obviously you are alive.
the first co7/36 co8/55 combo is just like the second, only with a different vowel.
Mama, so sorry!!
isn't that the last co 7 and 8 combo?
hey ata, wait'll you see what i just did a bingo with! i totally didn't think it would be accepted
oh my, mama!
Hi Babblers, I see you are ok MAmabear, how is the car?
Guten Abend, Freundin Inge!
It's not gaydars, is it, Feather? (one of Ata's words)
the insurance company has deemed my car totaled.....
MAMMA Bear are you ok? hugs
Hi everyone
hi inge
oooooo! *looks*
hi Mom
TAg Scrabbler, waiting for the warm spell
Hi Ladynatts
thank you for all the kind hugs.....
Then it was a pretty damaging event, mambear
oh wow!!!
Hey Mom....Inge, your sunny icon is warm to look at.
I don't want the snow to melt yet, Inge--this is cross-country ski season and today was just perfect out on the trails.
I wonder if I can post pics on my profile.... let me see
Mamabear--you are SO lucky!
Only because I am too lazy to follow the icon themes
{{Krista}} hello
Krista mixed wormwood and sandlewood i used for my contact with the departed spells. There is a lot of stuff i do on my own that is hard to explain. None of the stuff i do is black magic and anything i do i never do that will bite me in the arse. Only once did i blood curse someone and that was not nice and im glad it bit me back
Me too. I"ll probably have Horus as my icon for weeks. I like your icon.
herin--did you graduate from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry?
it was "unrotten"
I love the smell of sandlewood. Yes, use your powers for good, missy. I meant to ask you..how is the diet going?
Herin, did you meet Harry Potter at school???
mamabear, did you get my co clue?
Scrabbler seriously i find that kinda cute but insulting. I have been a pagan wiccan witch for about 15 years
why do you think she got a cat? ;)
it was fab, feather!!
**wonders if Babble allows unrotten**
Krista fantastic on the diet frount
an it harm none, do what ye will
sorry, herin, did not mean to offend
Hey my cat is white so maybe she could be a bleached witches cat. pounders
I love following the thems & I love to see those icons of babblers who also follow the themes.Friday's is my favorite theme, but not many participate in themes.
No insult meant, herin---I am fascinated.
my 2 cats are black... what does that say?
I thought Pagan and Wiccan were different paths to tread ....
No offense taken. THat is why i do talk about it.
And I am a huge Harry Potter fan with fantasies of attending Hogwarts.
I'm not sure why I got out of it, Min, because I like it too. Probably afraid I'll miss something on the chog. ;) What is today's theme?
Feather i used the Dig Macro on my camera for my icon that is the result. I am lucky i have a patient cat.
they dont admit anyone over age 18 Scrabbler
Did u see Ace of Cakes Thurs? They did a cake for H Potter premiere. It was awesome.
oh wow, that's awesome herin! i needed to refresh
Today's them is Safari, hence the giraffe icon Krista.
and herin, did you see my 6:24 comment?
and my lion too :D
I thought Wicca is a form of paganism, Ata.
Today's theme is Safari, hence the giraffe icon Krista
But Inge, I will fake my birthdate! I want to live in Gryffindor and play Quidditch, and be a Hogwarts student so bad!!!!!!!
That is Right on both counts. I am a little brain dead this am.
Yes i did Feather
its a specific path within the bounds of paganism, however they aren't the same thing. Wicca is a much more precise form of living than "paganism".
Feather i have more stuff at flicka. The pics labled titled Dig Macro are of that setting
Thank you Ata i seem to have lost my power of thinking and speech this fine morning
what about all those poor sick kiddies?
ok, here's a pith helmet (first thing that came to mind for safari)
grrr, can't get into your flickr
I need a new career, Inge--I am getting burn-out.
argh! daniel skipped his nap today and is being especially annoying right now. will have to bbl.
good luck feather
Cranky Boy Daniel---you get to bed now!
he's on the verge of giving them up, but i don't like how he acts when he skips one
bye bye Feather
i must have missed something, Ata..chog going fast..did someone say it's the same thing?
I can't remember how to put new pics on flickr
*cranky mamabee poof*
Feather it worked for me.
I spent a lot of time researching for tomorrow's icon theme. It gave me nightmares last night, actually.
Mama use a yahoo mail account
Natts that is true.
Ok later gators i have to bounce off to a shower and go across the road and do shoping
I have pictures on there I just can't remember how to get to it
I put babblers icon and bag into my friends, list, so I can call it up for icon themes
I got the co 7/8 clue, Lady... thanks
Is ec5 related to the ec4 beofre it?
Natts, I can't handle that stuff.
NM, it is.
have a great day, herin
blessed be
I also clued co 7/8 for you mambear. Glad you got it!
not really, krista. I was just intrigued as to how Herin called herself a Paganist Wiccan Witch
NVM, Ata, I see what you meant now.
oh good mama, it was quite a while ago, and lots of chat followed, so I wasn't sure
Bye Herin.
13 to go and I haven't looked at the CO words yet.
thanks min!
and tomorrow's theme is Holocaust memorial day
Kind of redundant, to me.
that's what I meant, inge... it gave me nightmares last night, as I picked my icon
Like saying you are a Christian Methodist Churchgoer
yes exactly :P
On to the CO's--9 to go. This grid has been endless, it seems.
I was just wondering which was the important one
I think the icon themes are often redundant. We've had safari before & dice a couple of time before too.
first co is a repeat section of a music song
Feet is another icon theme that has been redundant.
I've thought of suggesting an icon topic, but I'm relatively new and don't know what's been done before
Well some icons should be held over for a few days, since thre are so many possible pictures
Let do a redundant icon theme theme!
lol! :D
LOL Krista
I have also thought about suggesting a theme, but it eventually becomes a theme, like pictures of yourself
why can't I get this to work......
Well, in Feb. we will do state flowers, state birds, state nicknames etc. I asked for it. Babblers not living in US states can do teh same for their coutry or province.
so you telepathically suggest themes then, min?
Need to go. Thanks for the clues and the chat.
"corrite" seems like a real word, doesn't it? NOT!
Will catch up on Scrabulous games tomorrow (if it's still there).
Bye krista
bye Krista see you tomorrow
Good, Krista.
am I being stupid not seeing the i word?
No, you are not stupid, Ata, it is right there.
there are two co 7 words meaning to turn to rust, ony the penultimate vowel is different, then make them past tense
Niters!
ata, you could get IR*** ... but it's a different consonant
Hey all- 2 words left
It sounds similar to an IR word meaning angry.
she's not stupid? *mental image of Atalante falls apart* ;-)
hello all...
thanks Inge
lol don't worry, stid, I feel stupid at the moment!
tie I word is like bing angry with the lst consonant softer

Cool, Stid---I will check in later.
MAMA!!! your poor car! poor you!
not easy to clue, aknitter... but if you take the an and add the first three letters of your ID (anagrammed) and then add the second vowel, you'll get it

18 is the legal age here, and she is... 18, that is

thanks jellen for the ch
co 5/14?
I am sorry your headaches got passedon , stid....

well it sure isn't laughter but i don't have the or4.4 yet so am not sure what i would be resigning myself to
yes 4.4
See my clue at 8:12 below for or4/4, bb.
but i do have a lovely new coif so that shall cheer me along whilst i puzzle
I see you got it, bb.:)
or + sun god
hi, jac! It's a lovely clue, but I can't get it...
and i am NOT going to jerk my self bald headed tonight
Pam - you should get Jellen's more intellectual version!
got it....
Good for you, bbnaz!
LOLOL, jac, didn't get either--monkeyed it then the clues made sense to me!
wahoo! i return victorious in my shopping quest
Yay, feather! Did you buy something fun?
yay, feather!
What was the ultimate goal of your quest, feather?
my mom wants a nintendo ds lite so she can play brain age. guess what? they're a pain in the tookus to find!
The voters in South Carolina were not amused with Bill Clinton's an5s...
i checked 17 online stores. they had them at ebay, but expensive and i don't "know" the seller's stores. found one at sears.com of all places!
Oh, I think that's the little thingey my step-daughter pinkles away on at times, feather.
clue for an 6 30 please
glad you found it, feather!
those things are sold out and back ordered everywhere! well, 'cept for sears, for those in the know ;)
Tanja - I gave one for that 8:12 below.
an8.65 been clued ?
an8= against + **** and roll music
off to check my scrabble games for a break, then onward to looking for games for her! laters....
bb - an8/65 is 'against' say Iron Maiden, Led Zep., Black Sabbath etc.
brb
perfect Jac! (although I would not consider them that but rather metal)
an8 is weak and smushy...that doesn't help, does it...
Nah, metal's far heavier.
ra 6/24??
thanks Douglas, i found it!
yes just found it lol and am trying to work it out lol
Kaz - ra6/24 = ra + curved roof of a builing (i.e. St. Paul's cathedral).
*building
yw bbnaz
ooh Jac, you are very very legendary tonight!
got it thanx
Tanja - you could try an + lower leg joint minus last consonant.
Am I, bb??
your clues are STELLAR
i just MIGHT finish
en?
hello
hullo jilli!
and the an 8 - clue please?
en + cypher
ta!
took me a while but that clue got it for me. thx Jacula
an* has been clued a lot -- against stone
Just found the cancer therapy
6 left..so i'll be asking for more clues shortly lol
I needso muchhelp
Hi jilli. I was just off making myself a latte macchiato (or frothy, milky coffee). LOL
Hi, jilli!
y/w, Kaz.
sounds yum, jac. I'm on a preprandial red wine
hi jellen and all
jilli - I know preprandial means before dinner but the word always sounds kinda 'rude' and makes me giggle childishly.:)
hi, jilli
ir? please
gosh, I thought it sounded posh!
hullo jellen
LOL, jilli!
na 5/12???
ir sounds like really angry
ir -- like angry with a diff last cons
bb - ir is erosion of rock by water if I remember rightly.
10 left and i have half an hour before i have to go out - should be achievable
Oops! No, it isn't. Just looked it up. It's a Muslim ruler's decree, apparently.
na5/12 rhymes with terpsichore
na5 = rhymes with da*** (move rhythmically to music)
LOL, erosion of rock by water was the first co7/36.
Go, Tanja!
okay so my monkey can't find it yet........
What the 'ir', bb?
can't find what, bb?
ir 5/12 word is ir + lemon*** is a summer drink bbnaz.
right
well thank you Min, I was totally monkeying in the wrong direction
yw
bb, it starts from the bottom I
smack me with a fish.........jilli gave a perfectly good clue, i just biffed it
Try this, bb - Irish terrorist organisation + first two letters of letter greeting. **ar bb, I hope you are well. etc. Love from....
there there bb
must be the new coif which has me feeling flirty and foolish......
Oh drat! The cat's just gone right under my desk to the back, which is up against a wall. If he doesn't co4 out of his own volition it's going to be a devil to get him out of there.
what's the new coif like, bb?
thx for the na help :)
a longer version of a clara bow
yw kaz
What the heck's a clara bow? *goes off to Google it*
with marcel waves, bb?
Oh, a bob! LOL
and bee-kissed lips?
I loved her hair in the It Girl
LOL, jilli. Have you seen those machines they used to do perms with in 'the old days'?
ch7 44 please
Babble ate my cluing of ch5, with a verse from Mull of Kintyre...waah!
jac, have I SEEN them??? I've been a VICTIM!
The ch 7/44 word is a kind of cheese Tanja.
Tanja - a type of cheese you might Gorge yourself with.
ch7= is a type of yellow cheese, sharp or mild
you know, I'm no good at finding big words, but I got that cheese one all by myself before anyone else did!!!
jilli - I had a feeling you might say that about the permanent wave machine, that's why I put 'the old days' in inverted commas. LOL
nope, no marcel waves, but i did put color in my hair for the first time in maybe 20+ years........
or aged and extra sharp... yummmmmm
pam - That's my ex Ma-in-Law, not a cheese!
LOLOLOL, jac
jac, the result was ghastly -- all frizz
aged and extra sharp -- I'd like to be that
I can imagine, jilli. What was it like being hooke up to the thing, though? And did your hair go brittle and break off afterwards?
jilli - I was thinking of extra sharp as 'bitchy and pernickety' rather than 'bright as a button'.
yum - had the short version lol pk last one ch5 16
no worse than sitting under a dryer with a book to read, jac. And no, the frizz just grew out. I was all of 13.
Tanja - ch5/16 is the short word for cancer treatment.
oh of course - should have picked that up arlier
thank you all - fire works
jac -- interesting diff between US and UK -- US says perSnickety
LOL, jilli, I've shoved many clients under the driers with a magazine... and then forgotten them. (I used to work in a salon many, many moons ago.)
Yay for Tanja!!!
Well done, Tanja.
YAY Tanja!!!
HUZZAH Tanja!
jilli - the word makes sense either way; sounds like what it means.
Congratulations Tanja on your fireworks!Good for U!
lovely fussy word, eh jac?
ty all - tis a nice feeling on a small puzzle - i tend to get frustrated if i dont get it now on anything less than a 150 words
Another word, a grid word, that sounds like what it means is ch5/18 - get your gnashers into a chunk of food.
BTW, hi min!
Min -- how are you liking your new house?
oh yes, jac!
That was a definition not an order, jilli!:)
evening everyone (or late night as it is here :-)
Waces
Waves even
LOL, jac -- my intended dinner wont require much of a ch5
I LOVE my new house jillibus.Don't love the commute so much. Hopefully, I'll get a job closer to where I am.
Hi, herin
Hello katieW!How are you doing? Welcome to the grid
hi katie -- hi herin (waces back, lol)
Hi, katie
min it's always best to live where you love, Jobs can always be moved :-)
Hello katie and herin.
when did you move, min? Congrats!
min, do you have much time to enjoy the surrounding?
hi, herin and katie
Min - glad to hear you like your new ho4/6.
I'm doing well min. I've only got 22 left but it is 2.49am so I can't see me finishing tonight!
You can see these on a cloudy day...
we'll help, katie, just ask!
I can enjoy the surroundings mostly on the weekends
okay exactly what is na4.4 the first?
Hello back. I was thinking of something else
Indian flatbread, bb.
na4 is Indian bread
yes please I would love some
Now it is often dark by the time I get home. I teach an after school program, so I'm at work up until 5:30.
what's your job, min? Sorry -- I've forgotten
tyvm once again i am blind as a bat
I've got the co 8 meaning rust and the an 8 but could do with clues for the other please
na4 is the next word anagrammed
katie - ph8 is like the way of spelling things how they sound but change the first vowel.
fran
the other what, katie?
fran's duck is here
Thanks Jac :-)
and the volcano
co8 (1st) is like the 2nd but change the 2nd vowel.
co7/8 is the same as the one meaning rust; just change one vowel.
Sorry Jill I am looking for the other 8s I only need a co8 now
Bb thats a goose not a duck. But still bird like
co8 (either) is past tense, katie.
Thank you got it now :-)
jac jumped to it, katie
I am a teacher jillibus, so I should be done with work at 3:15,but I teach an after school program 3 days a week. When I don't teach after school I can be home @ 4:30.I often have errands to do so I get home late anyway.Since the move, I often get to babble until 9 or 10 at night. Sometimes I do not get to it at all! :=(
duck goose they are all swimming chickens to me!
Cats have been fighting all day, now getting out of hand. I feel like a nagging mother!!
Second that bb
LOL, bb. The taste entirely different.
Where are you teaching, min?
Speaking of cats, mine's now emerged from under my desk, thank Gawd!
I still teach in Yonkers, which is where I used to live.
have you ever noticed how folks will tell you something "tastes just like chicken, just like chicken"........well if I had wanted chicken I would have ordered chicken.
jac, I though s/he might eventually
He's now sitting on the doormat behind the front door... which means, if I've not put him to bed by the time my daughter arrives ho4, she'll brain him when she opens it!:(
oh yes, Min, that's qite a commute as you know I know!
woot -- no more 7s!
or 8s for that matter
wtg bb
jilli - cat's a he (well a neutered 'he!). My she cat died last year.
Lol jac, I did feel for your earlier. Fuggles cornered Crumble in a gap the other day when he was out in his ball (brave cat is my crumble!!) and I didn't realise they couldn't go backwards easily. I rescued her when I realised.
Jac what about a water pistol
herin, putting him to bed is probably easier than upsetting him
ach, jac. My old girl (going on 19) is fading but still eating...
When I see co7, I have a picture of Squidward reading Boring Science Digest and chuckling to himself..."Heh...erosion"
Cats hate going backwards as (a) they can't see what they're backing into (they also need their whiskers' width to gauge gaps) and (b) their claws aren't really meant for reversing.
No the kitty under the bench when they cant be reached
brb
Oh jill that's lovely. My cat, Tuppy, lasted to 18. It's lovely to have them so long, I only hope I am so lucky with my three
Were as my kitty loves water
Herin - I don't need to use a water pistol on him (I only use that when he's after nests in spring). He's out from under the desk. I'll pick him up (and he'll lie in my arms with his legs in the air) after the tumble dryer's finished it's cycle. If I put him to bed in that room before than, he'll puke or worse, or both.
The first time it rained Rhubarb kept leaping in and out of the cat flap as to her horror water kept falling from the sky. Cute at first, annoying after the first two hours!!
Eek! its cycle. Sorry about the greengrocers' apostrophe.
lol, jac. i came back to the grid at a "fun" time, LOL
I did notice it, jac -- LOL!
Must seek food now. See you all later--
Hello all. Must have missed something...is Jac putting her cat in the dryer?
ewww Jac is this that outside cat?
Woo-hoo! Got all the c's
Hi Eva and mer
te [;ease
hi herin
go douglas go :-)
Hate vowels
hi all, I'm stuck with 69 left. still need 12 c's and 8 p's. help!
The te 5/14 word is tr**** coat bbnaz.
Nothing you can name, that is anything like a da4
clue with the em please
Hello Eva! How are you doing? Welcome to the puzzle
I remember my 'half cat' (Smokey, who officially lived next-door - not with the horrible neighbours we now have - but adopted us, too.) She's burst into the bathroom when I was in the bath and sit on the shelf that used to be at the back of it (before I lost that to make more room for a 2nd bathroom). She'd look down at me in horror, pat my bare shoulder with a concerned paw and miaow, 'Co4 out of there! Nasty water! What are you doing?'
woohoo
Hi egbokmom! How are you doing?Welcome to the grid
Jac that is still cute
Awww jac!!! Sweet!
thanks.
Hi Eg and sorry if i missed anyone
Hi, Eva. No. If I shut him in the room where he sleeps, which is where the laundry gets done and the washing machine or tumble dryer are working, the noise and heat upsets him.
thanks minver...started this morning, but am stuck with 34 left and my eyes drooping. Merp is in the basement looking for things to kill.
em 7/36 is food em****um, but put a vowel after the i
Like one of our Danes who wouldn't go into water over his ankles, but got all upset when hubby went for a swim
Crumble has fallen in the bath as she loves running water and was walking round it when it poured, thank God I wasn't in it! Tuppy used to fall in it when I was in regularly when I was growing up, I surprised I have no scars
rockets! now off to cook dinner. thanks to everyone who once again help to make me look brilliant finishing the grid
Jill i couldn't see a dog that big being scared
He left us a shrew the other day. Doesn't like the taste of them. I thought of putting it out for the barred owl who's been hanging around looking really hungry, but didn't know whether owls will eat food that's already dead?
Yah Bb
jilli - our old dog (sheltie x jack russell) used to be like that when we went into the sea.
Eva maybe if the owl is hungry it might
He wasn't scared, he was worried -- brow all wrinkled, pleading noises
I have a son with strep throat who's stuck in his room communicating with us on line.
ch 7/44 please???
Eg that is a great idea
good cheese kaz
Jill that is still cute
The ch 7/44 word is a kind of cheese Kazozz.
We attached a long rope (length of co4/5) to his collar once and took him in with us. It was so funny! As I lowered him over the dreaded water all 4 of his skinny legs began pumping.
an englisg cheese
Congratulations bbnaz on fireworks! Hooray for you!

Well done, Doug!
could i have a clue for the en words please#
pr 5/12 please
en plus morse ****
Is there just one PH word please
sorry kaz, haven't got that one yet
Well, towels are all dry and fluffy, and folded. Cat's in his bed. Other Half's been in bed since about halfway through me watching Paul Merton's series 'Thank God You're Here', a rather good improvisation programme, son fell asleep halfway through that and I told him to go to bed before he spilled his mug of tea all over his white tee-shirt, that just leaves daughter to roll ho4!
Yes herin there is
its my last one ...can u get it then tell me lol
Thansk
Jac THank god your here started in AUs
thanks Kaz, will start looking for the pr5/12 I promise!!
Kaz - ph8/55. Is like the spelling method that spells words as they sound. Change 1st vowel.
Jacula do u have the p 5/12 to clue me?
pr5/12 - something previous; or Richard's last name
Did it, herin? Well, I think it's great.
The pr 5/12 word word means before Kazozz.
Hello autumn moon! How are you? Welcome to the grid
Hi Min. I'm fine. How are you?
pr5/12 to the divorce Paul McCartney was very rich.

herin - if you can see the UK version somewhere on line, check out Fern Britten's psychic. She was brill. Aas was tonight's 'gat cowboy'.
gl with finishing every1, see u next time around
Congrats Kaz & good night
Speaking of which, is there any more concrete evidence about Heath Ledger's demise, herin?
doing that know thanks
wow ty herin
Congratulations Kazozz on your fireworks!Way to go
'gat' cowboy? Meant 'gay' cowboy.
Hello TexasAngel! How are you? Welcome to the grid!
I did that and Jac she seems like a dick.
(I was thinking of Brokeback Mountain, re Heath Ledger.)
where are you Texas? I'm in Austin
Goodbye Kazozz! I will see you tomorrow in the chat!
Hello robwhy! How are you doing?Welcome to the grid
going to bed with 8 left, but can keep eyes open no longer :-) Night all, see you late tomorrow
Tyler
Aha, east Texas. How nice
It seems that the evidence is still not complete on Heath Ledger. They did find a variety of perscription pills so it could have been a complete mistake. He was a method actor so thus for Dark night he really did sleep for 2 hours a night and became slightly nuts for that role
I've been reading a bit about Heath Ledger's background. What were their parents thinking of (other than Wuthering Heights) naming a brother and sister Heathcliffe and Cathy?? Doomed from the start! Lord!
In the movie Yellow Submarine, one of the Beatles said "To the skirmish shall we he5?" and another Beatle said "I think we should stop sitting on the he5"
well it's a bit cold right now lol
Jac i know of people that have named their kids strange names. I do like Heath though
Goodbye katieW! I will see you tomorrow in the chat!
I liked Heath, too, Herin. Frist saw him in Neighbours and then the film 'A Knight's Tale'.
It would have been Home and Away i think Jac
Mind you, what I I say about people naming their kids after other people? I named my son after a rock star who died through crashing into a tree and my daughter after a lovely lady who's still going strong but wrote all her best stuff when depressed.
Was it, Herin? Well I knew it was one of the Aussie soaps. LOL.
Yep
Hey all. Jacula--Bunny Sebastian had a brief episode of GI stasis today that had me on edge.
Back in the 80s in Neighbours, Madge had a brother called Max. He had black, curly hair and wore denim dungarees and always seemed to be yelling. I'd sat and watched that soap for my 'middle of the day rest' during my 1983/4 pregnancy an, when my son was born, he already danced along to the theme tune. One day, after Max went out of the show, he asked me, 'Mummy. Where's The Shouting Man gone?' He liked Max!
So Jac is this the woman that gave her children milk and cookies and then gassed herself?
Hi Scrabbler
Hi Babblers
Hi Scrabbler! How are you doing? Welcome to the grid
Hi Lady.
I finished earlier but am checking in before going to bed. Hi DR and Min
Hi, Scrabbs. Furball syndrome? Is he okay now?
Hi Scrabs
Cute pic of the kitty, Lady
I named my son Rudy after his great uncle who perished in the holocaust but now one thinks of Guliani who the NYTimes didn't even endorse!
Found the frosty Hebrew dance anagram pair...
Jac
http://perfectblend.net/ for the perfect neighbours nut
hi all
Scrabbler that is my Kitty
I am not sure what set him off(hairballs are thought secondary to the stasis, not the cause) but I massaged his belly, made him eat greens, and told him he had to poop.
Hi egbok and carlee
Congratulations Scrabbler on your early finish! YAY!
Hi Carlee
CARLEEE pounce no sneaking in
Hi Dr too and anyone else i missed
I'm all maudlin right now :(
Hi carleekat! How are you doing? Welcome to the grid
It wasn't easy, Minveryork---it took lots of work to tease the words out of the grid.
Hello DR1965!How are you doing?Welcome to the grid
Why, carlee?
Hi again.
Hi Herin.. Hi Min
Why, carlee?
Scrabbs - I had a very old guinea pig who got impacted. I used to have to literally turn his anus inside out to evacuate the mass. The reason for his problem was arthritis.
What is wrong Carlee
What's up, carlee?
I agree Scrabbler, this grid is hard! I got 2 words left
my daughter and I have been watching the WHOLE series of gilmore girls... we JUST finished... we spent the last episode balling oour eyes out curled up together on sofa..and I am still all...sappy :(
Sebastian refuses to eat hay, but I give him extra amounts of greens.
Carlee, I never watched that show.
Need clues, Minveryork?
any help for the ph8?
Oh no more Gilmore Girls?
Awww, carlee. I know what you mean.
its a really good mother daughter show
Flossie's stopped eating hay now, too, Scrabbs. Earlier, I found he'd made a nice nest of it all around his dry food bowl.
one of my bichons stole a serving of string beans and got diarhea last week
we finished it..all 7 seasons in 5 weeks
Do you think, Scrabbs, that just like old humans, old rabbits don't like to chew too much?
I LOVE GIlmore Girls {{{HUGS}}
ph8 = ph + fr****** (crazy, chaotic behavior)
Never seen the show, carlee. Sorry!
That ph8/55 is sounds used to spell out a word gdine.
Hello gdine! How are you doing? Welcome to the grid!
Just found the thingy that's almost a tirade...maybe it's just a mild complaint...
They say there is more episodes carlee
Sebastian has refused to eat hay since he was a little guy, and he is 5 now. He is now back to himself, but I was quite anxious for several hrs.
I guess is just a whole mixture of everything in our lives..this was a special time she and I spent following all the crap with hubby...
no..the show finished last year...
I'm sleepy and cold!
Glad to hear he's okay, Scrabbs.
Thatis something she will always remember, Carlee.
yea..am glad to hear too scrabs {{hugs}}
Scrabbler,I am waiting for somebody to ask for clues for what I need, however, thank you for the offer!
Um ok
Min - you could just ask for the clue in your own right!
Hey Min - how about an5/10 and 8/65
I need to get to bed. Tomorrow Am the Catholic Medical Association is having a Mass and breakfast with the Bishop, and then listening to a speaker discuss how to be healers in our daily work.
Gnight Scrabs

egbok - the pr5/12? Think of actor Richard's surname and then change it. Or think of the place where monks and nuns live, a pr***y.
not pooping
pr 5/12 is pr plus 2 vowels plus hook letter egbokmom
Nut - I do hope you are not on 'the bog' with a laptop? We really don't want to see or hear.
egbok- think of the word for before that starts with pr
That is so not what i mean. I hope he is ok. He is in my thoughts ok?

Hi All, Hopped back in for a bit, Eva-nutty if you are still here...I hope things come out Ok...
Hey Red!
DR, I love your icon Piccie!
wb, red!
hi brooke
I suppose you've all got the po6/27 and past tense? po + 'manufacture/create'? It's a hair polish from way back, think Goergian times.
ty Red
Or even Georgian times.
Love that term hair polish!
Jacula, Just monkeyed 1 of the words I need to finish
belated "hi" to everyone!
Min - ask for a clue.
My 9 yr old calls it hair "Jail" instead of gel.
the stray cats used the po6
I'm going to see if I can monkey the last word I need.
LOL,DR. A most descriptive term!

thanks everyone....sorry am so blah
I must remember that 'hair jail' thing. It really is very good.
He says word funny a lot but passes every hearing test they give him.
Dont apologize for being who you are Carlee EVER!
Ditto what DR just posted, carlee.
Huggles Carlee
I learned that the hard way
Dr. Seuss wrote a book called There's A Wocket In My Po6

great icon, fern
MAybe in a past life Red
We know Carlee
i'm in an out herin, hi! waiting for flip...
Grin thanks. Thats my kitty being cute
DR - the thing with kids is that they interpret the words they encounter within their own experience and they also think more literally/laterally(?) than adults. This results in things like my step-daughter asking me if I want her to get me semi-skilled milk from the shop.
I Love that Jac!... The one that gets me is crowns instead of crayons
I have the co 8 x 2 and a ph 8 what am i missing please?
an 8
an8 Herin
Thanks.
against loud music
really dr that sounds just ;ike my speech....if he moves south, he should fit right it...

Bye, carlee
ha DR! frustrating...my mom used to get so upset when i would say venchtables...
I have not heard that one before Red
Oh, we have those accental differences here, too. A bus (used to be 'bus, due to being called autobus originally) is a buss in Birmingham by the university and a 'buzz' further out among the 'plebs'. LOL
yes, I was creative...
creative is good
Jac, its funny how in American, anything that is different from the norm is almost alwyas classified as British!
rather in America...
SO many poor Aussie and Kiwis seem to get classified with the Brits!
Is there a AN 7?
UK Estuary speak annoys me these days. More false the the original Queen's English. (May husband and eye, was NEVER real English, not many people say gorn orf, either.)
nope Herin
No, herin
Red we have enough words here that we brutalise quite nicely.
Thanks
Then how many an6s please

Goodbye java2! I'll see you tomorrow in the chat log!
Just saw the Beijing Olympics start 8/8/08 -- the Chinese consider 8 a lucky number :)
I wont be watching it Jill.
why not, herin?
Give me one sec
I Love the Olympics, and I will watch them in China even with my own questions about China and Human rights...
Manly Human rights and animal Cruelty.
Must say it was strange to see the Today show hosts earlier this year cheerfully saying, Live frim Tienamen Square"...
why deprive all the other countries of their moments of glory?
Red will you know when i tell you they are burring cats alive as they build
Heinr, this is probably true, but for the Atheletes, they don't chose the venue.
sweet potatos not wonderful tonihgt...
it's the athletes who count
Well f*** it the country with that Horrific level of human rights and animal abuse deserves not to host the Oympics. Lets host it in Africa shall we?
jilli, do you feel better?
Are your sweet potatoes not so sweet?I had a baked potato for dinner tonight and it was not great either
yes, thanks red -- actually felt like eating something between coughings
Minver, for some reason not so hot...
Jilli, glad you are feeling better.
Same as England and they way they are handling the building of the 2012 games.
So now ill shut up since no one wants to hear the truth.
i boycott anything from china and i think the usa should quit sucking up to them - anyone country who kills a child becasue it's a girl should be neutered
and that's a fact jack
Can I get an AMEN!!!!!
herin, I was surprised at the choice of China for the aforementioned reasons. it isnt that this stuff is a secret,
Hello shorty! How are you doing? Welcome to the grid
Hello Min Im good + ty
SO why didn't all the countries involve tell them to feck off?
well, these skaters are aiming for the Worlds at this point anyway -- in March, in Sweden
bummer for me jilli, because i will still have no tv reception, notes to self to plan next contract better...
Hi shorty
Hi Herin
Red PC your shows
i may have to herin, i'm not an avid tv watcher except for law and order, so i never know whats on!!! but with l an o i should...
why no tv reception, red?
i would have to buy a dish, and for three months too expensive... i get news from npr, and sometimes see the early local at work...
thats a good idea herin!!!
oh, I see -- temporary residence where you are -- ?
what do you mean, PC your shows, herin?
oh yes, this New Mexican adventure comes to an end on aril 7th!!!
I think you can watch some shows on your computer.
i need to go join the public library too, expand my brain, i love the library, like shopping with no commitment to buy!!
there are telly shows on the net through cbs that kinda thing buty u have to live in the stats
By the way, does anybody know what TMZ stands for?
pardon spelling eating a bannana
i know it is an abbrev we use for a very old antibiotic minver...but...
i think thats not the right context...
I loved the library when I had no internet and I could go there to Babble. However, one library kicked me out since games were not allowed to be played there.
where did you see it min? on the tv?
lol minver!! you getting kicked out of a library for liking words!!!!!!!!!
Somebody at my job asked me that question at lunch.
I think there is a TMZ television show and a web site.
some time ago our library didn't allow games or email because we only had a couple of terminals and it was felt they should be used for research. This no longer applies. In the kids' secton there is a terminal devoted to games (no internet there though)
Red http://wwitv.com/
If games are not allowed at the library I was at,then they should block the website like they do at my job.
Just google telly online
that looks like a fabulous site, herin!
I just randomed it
going now to check it herin!!
Google says "TMZ.com is a celebrity gossip and news website, the result of a collaboration between AOL and Telepictures Productions, a division of Warner Bros. ..."
herin, tons of stuff!!! overwhelemd
I have no idea what is there that was a random find, I know that you can watch other USA only shows youd have to use your google
na 5,12 clue please
Thank you for looking that up jillibus. It does not say what the TMZ stand for though? I was just wondering
I just looked and the L and O website, apparently I can see full episodes of Medium, but not L and O...but still, I need to investigate me...
min, I didn't pursue it -- maybe it says somewhere
na 5, 12 please
mrk, regans sweetie nickname
na 5/12 rhymes with what you might do at a wedding
wonders how small grid will be for tomorro...
na5/12 rhymes with trip the light fantastic
na5 rhymes with da*** (move rhythmically to music)
