we had snow, hail and impressive winds yesterday. This morning the roofs are white, the sky is blue and there is a sweet sun. March is a weird month here :)

Friend in England (Newlands Valley area?) just emailed a Wordsworthian spring scene brilliantly -- there are marked differences in size and hue of primroses and daffydowndillies and snowdrops and such between the two countries. Suddenly the images in the poems and stories sprang into being and I realized I hadn't really understood them before. Poems are supposed to provide graphic images, no? But now I wonder how many others (and how many other words, say, in the grid) give us different -- even contradictory -- images.

Just, I remember the winter of 1970-71 when we lived in Beaconsfield and had our first Danes. The snow in our fenced back yard was so deep we had to put snow fence on top of it -- then got another dump and had to put a second lot of snow fence above the first!

Well, it's a pain, but we had a chance to make changes to exactly what we are going to do. Was going to biopsy it but now not. (he is 11 yrs old) instead we will clean his teeth and pull a tooth that had cracked.

also, we got the blood work done, so if there is something that is just begining that would perclued the surgery being done we will know before tomorrow. So there is a bright side. and husband can go to work later like he prefers tomorrow
