No, I don't, Sprite; that's one reason I am always so swamped. The decision will really just have to be whether to do daycare and work or just the doctor tomorrow. It's not like I get paid anyway but I have to get enough hours to get my degree... sigh. I wish back when they were little they would have had the opportunities that mentally handicapped kids have now, they teach them to work, and all that, these ladies have never known that, so in a sense they have to be cared for the rest of their lives. They are too set in their ways to learn to live on their own at the ages they are (around 50ish average)

if, I may add to the conversation. My friend was very poorly and afraid during Chemo, the effects and affects were horrendous for her, but it helped her to spend time with her family and friends. She is still struggling but thankfully she remains with us.
But you are not in the position of being a mother to 3 little ones and having brain cancer. Also, the cancer has responded so well that longterm survival, even with a chemo-control agent, is possible.
That is wonderful for her, elder.

Yes, chemo would change to a less rigorous schedule/drug(s).

Of course I need to pay them, but that is so nice of them. The staff loves Bijou--I left hre there Thurs-yesterday for debridement and wound care.
