I'm OK but on-the-mend husband is starting to give me a hard time about his rabies shots. I think that if the dog was vaccinated before he was adopted by the SPA lady, he can't have rabies and therefore, going to the Rabies/Aids section of the hospital for more shots is a bad idea since the hospital has non-existant sanitary practices. He's had 6 shots anyway, while the dog is in custody. And now husband is being really nasty, just like old times. LOL

My mother had it too and I think it may have been what took her 15 years later. I had it very very badly too 10 years ago. And we saw a dear friend be taken by it when she was only 30 - in much the same way as Tim.

Mom, yesterday the folks who were suppose to pick up food for the soup kitchen were no-shows so they called me and I zipped over to load big boxes of veggies an fruit . . . then back to my house to greet 7 friends that I had over for a birthday lunch -- had head in freezer trying to stop melting!! (was near 100 outside!)

I promised to fe 4/8 them a yummy banana di4/5 if they helped.They helped me find words today with ea 4/4. I gave up on grid with 175 words and let them go. They sn 4/6ed their banana treats and ran out of my ga4/6.I didn't even get to see my monkeys ta5/10 their treats,but I am sure they ta6/21 good! Ra 4/4! I can he 4/5 my husband st 6/12ing ne 4/4by getting impatient. He ge 4/6 a turn on the computer now or else he'll get en 5/16 and start ra 4/4ing and raving. Then there will be a he 4/5ed argument. Min - the injured foot/ankle/leg. Slipped out of slippers 4th or 5th stair up and fell backwards, da,aging tendons, ligaments and nerves, 2 and a half weeks ago. till on crutches outside the house. 6 weeks to heal and 6 months to stop hurting, I've been told.

Oh Jacula...I'm in the same boat! Well, maybe. Foot pain, as yet undiagnosed. xray today showed nothing, going for an MRI. Better off with a break, for sure! Quicker healing, anyway.

My favourite subject - I have a daughter who is a school teacher, she is the music specialist at the moment but she is very good at English

I prefer social studies (history and geography) but apparently it's hard to find teachers who do both the language and the social studies
I always loved writing and poetry also
Diana teaches a lot of grammar - do you do that? I feel that there is no basis for good english without grammar
and I think I need to get a handle on the expectations for language arts oh well.
Grammar does not seem to be taught as much as it was in our day
I am sure you will find it a lot of fun and a challenge, Diana was nervous about the music but she is coping well and finding an outlet for her creativity
it will depend on the students, sandy -- and the mentor teacher I will have. Current reseach indicates that teaching grammar just for grammar's sake is often ineffective. It's now generally embedded in a more holistic way.
