I never use lickety, just struggle along with the help of the chog
I imagine you use Internet Explorer? You should find a menu item called Reload, but in my browser it looks like a little half circle with an arrow.
In Firefox I hit that Refresh button, but I see it is in the menu under View - Reload page. Otherwise try Alt + R.
Or your Refresh button might be on your address bar, to the right of where it says www.playbabble.com. See if there's something that looks circular!

In the end ruby we all have to live our lives as we choose. If he chooses to do things which are not good for him, that's his choice, not yours. It isn't for you to stop him. And perhaps it is better to die doing something you enjoy (like a long walk with your daughter) than stay at home doing what is "right" but makes you grumpy.
