good for you, cos -- I did it after smoking as much as you and for a longer time. Quit in 1989 with the help of Nicorette gum and Paipo fake cigarettes.

cos, you can do it. when my first husband died, i quit, cold turkey. but then I had no desire to smoke. Go figure. I would take 2 cigarettes out to the cemetery, light them both, put them on the ground and give Bob a piece of my mind, I was so angry with him for dying.

i quit hard core drugs almost 9 years ago cold turkey.. but i cant quit cigs cold turkey.. i think its because all my enighbors and ryan smokes too.. and when i quit drugs i was with no one who did it. im trying though
a horrible habit.. cigarettes..
I know, I had tried through the years, but just couldnt kick the habit.
toughest one to quit cos; good luck... even cutting back is a good thing

my daughter moves into her dorm on 08/26 and she is the first of her friends to start

one girl brought pallets of water bottles - they must have been stacked 4 feet high (we do have water here)
WVU starts on Monday also - the dorms don't open until tomorrow

she has her mac for that - that is where we invested our money...had to be a mac because of the photography progams she needs

river, I remember being nervous when Liz went of to college but it all went well and she made friends that she has till today. College friendships are usually lasting. I saw a few of them at my grandson's bar mitzvah in June. They came from all over the country. It was so nice to see them again.

1 onion cut into rings,i contaioner of heinz chilli sauce,1/3 cup of honey,1/3 cup of frenches sweet onion mustard,1/2 small can of tomato paste,1/2 tsp of chilli power and 4 med apples peeled and cut into wedges.......places onion rings on bottom of pot,mix in a bowl the chilli sauce,mustard,honey,chilli powder and tomato paste...place roast on the bed of onions,pour sauces over roast places apple wedges on top,cove and slow cook for 7 hours..when done use fork to "pull" the pork into ribbons,place on large toasted onion buns,cover with sauce and serve
