I remember your annoyance with construction noise, sprite. Now we have new neighbors (replacing the old ones with the noisy, horribe children) and they've been doing very noisy construction for about ten days now. Even with the windows closed, it is piercing and awful
it is such a nice house, I can't imagine what they're doing
oh that will get to you. I truly recommend ear plugs, even if you can only wear them for half an hour or so. And try and get away. Speaking from experience: every break from the noise will be beneficial.

the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. I said water. thinking we would be getting tea. but no. listed on the menu under beverages was several kinds of tea for $2.50 extra. Also they did not have those crispy things or chopped cabbage. we did get fortune cookies. the food was good but we will not go back. I will remember this time
