I've been off with stress. Having panic attacks but much better now can face people and going in to the office yesterday was a really big step. Be so glad to be well again. Mum, Dad & Bry have been great. No one in Scotland knows about it though.

yeah but time off has sorted it and at least I will have a reasonable workload when I get back. Getting really good at breathing techniques as well! Cat's won't know what has hit them when I am out all day as they have got used to having me around. It will be a shock for me to have to wear suits instead of jeans and boots

hi all, just learned an important lesson. when mailing packages at the post office, use your own box. I thought that the flat rate would be cheaper but it cost me $10.95 and I am sure it would have been less packed in my own box. but the box I had at home was too big and I wanted it to get to my great neice and nephew asap. oh well,never again
