i usually just copy it into notepad, divide it into the appropriate sections with a doublespace, shove the borders of the note around until it's a little narrow list, then move it up next to the word list in here and match away. But excel sounds interesting.

yeah, it is not that bad now, crossy :) I can recommend it. It is a marvelous way to go about losing weight. Healthy and applicable to any kind of diet. Leaves room for lots of freedom without ruining your work too.

i just use cooking spray. the only stuff i have bought from WW (other than a few cookbooks/tools) are some of the sweeter snacks. sometimes i like having something around that i know the point value of and the serving size without having to do the calculations.

don't know green pans. But I know those films work perfectly. Reuseable lots and lots of times (like 100s of times) and easily cleanable as well. We use them a lot.
I bought the calculator, EvaN. I love to be able to calculate the value of anything at all.
those films are probably something like silpat. you can buy them for cookie trays and other shapes of baking sheets.

thats what i love about WW -- everyone has their own tricks to tailor the plan to what works for them. some rely more on the foods and tools they sell, others do it all on their own. i do EVERYTHING online, but some of the other members in my meeting do it all on paper. whatever works for you!

I don't think people realize all that goes into putting one together..glad it went well
Went Friday night and all day Saturday. About 200 Friday night and maybe 400 during Saturday. On stage performances, workshops, jams. Volunteers to recruit, publicity, etc.
Helping now on the committee for another festival the firsdt weekend of June - but not in charge and just one of the volunteers - and a performer.

my vet is doing his annual good deed next weekend - he gives free rabies shots for dogs and cats of low income people.
We just finished a month of 1/2 price rabies--state made it mandatory to have every dog, cat, and ferret vaccinated as of jan 1

i'm not sure ferrets are suitable pets. they are beautiful in a rodenty kind of way, but still creepy. i guess not suitable for me
they aren't rodents, they eat rodents.
they are not suitable pets for a lot of people, which is why there are so many of them in rescues.

yeah, there's a doctor in Seattle that runs a ferret rescue. Last time I talked to her, she had 218 ferrets.
