sounds like you need to take up some form of meditation, stiddie. Getting you into the now. Cause worrying is living in the past or future.
It's not the getting to sleep that is hard, it's the nightmares! it's usually okay, just that life can be unsettled, and I don't like uncertainty. The radio shows are a kind of meditation actually, I let myself drift into the story and it calms down the over-thinking part of my brain.
What I really want to do is work in the garden more often, but as you know I need to have Tom or Grant around when I do just in case I can't get back up, so that limits my time out there for now.

stiddie, how about having your guys make some tables or other stuff on which you can put big tubs? You could do gardening while sitting on a good chair. That is how I try to do it atm.

ah, full-on adolescence... *sending buckets of patience and humor across the miles* they are truly amazing at that age -- LOVE working with teens! But parenting them... not always so much fun.

so i created the c 4 first
(c3 is charitable and donations are deductible from your taxes and c4 is an advocacy group and the donations are not deductible)

Well I tell you what i am so please with myself that instead of say eating the medium bbq chicken pizza and cheese pizza with more cheese I have now swapped to half a healthy choice pizza with no cheese other than a spinach and ricotta base and buffalo Mozzarella to hold it together
