Hi all. granny - what do you mean by 2 extra words?

oh, and hello dianne
hi granni
sorry, meant hi Dianne
o.k. so when/if I get to the list I will disregard those two. Thanks

Hi flosey - and good night

WTG ANIKE!!!
wtg anike
where in the world are you off to next?
Hi everyone - been head down because I haven't really got time to be here today. Have to go and get food ready for tomorrow - race day.
i repeat the question
Hi Rose - going nowhere until August - Phillip Island for a stand alone Aussie championship round. Have been to PI, Darwin and Queensland so far this year
so at home race tomorrow?
Yes - 1st round of state championship and hoping to do well (fingers crossed for a win). Running supersport nationally and sitting 7th. Superbike at home.
yay, sometimes an at home race can be most welcome.
gives you time to take a deep breath
Certainly can!! We may add the Historic Nationals at Eastern Creek to this year's agenda - just for fun.
okay, anike. off you go, and get the food ready for our champ. see you at the flip?
Not at flip - will still be at track. Back tomorrow night. Happy babbling everyone.

hello Babble friends
Hi sprite - nice to see you.
hi Dianne :)
mia
hi Nanette :)
good morning babblers :)
hi all - another 'lovely' summer day!!!
hi Kazzer :)
morning Kazzer
this is quite a tricksy grid today
certainly looks like it. Way too many vowels.
and all grouped together
Interestingly there is an 8/9 combo on LIckety that isn't on the grid
that happens sometimes. It's because the Enable version that lickety uses is not the same as the Babble one.
and also I thought it was a word as well
i thought so too Kazzer but maybe its supposed to be two words
but there are several words that babble doesn't take that are definitely words
oh most definitely
Babble uses a rather old version of Enable dictionary.
got both the 8s now
What is the total for today please
217 words
Thanks
Not seeing the an 8/40 any clues please
No probs - found it

not show posts. i should be ale to click on the upper right and have a dropdown box ut do not
are you on your timeline page? (That's the only page I can do that on, but then they don't show on myhome page either)
no, home page no timeline

no nef, the opposite: i do not want to see THEIR posts
go to your timeline page and try it there
i am afraid to say i do not have it *crosses fingers and toes*
just a minute, I'll go see if I can do it on the home page too.
Hmmm, should be able to do that from the home page too. Try rebooting and see if that helps? (I have to do that A LOT for FB if I've been on there very long; it seems to slow down my computer and won't behave after a while

it's NOT an easy grid!!

(I should be farther than that though!)
Good morning!
dos, here are the ep6 and 7: first three letters of ep4 + french sea, first three letters of ep4 + french mother :-)
hey, jilly
Nef, there is a Dr Waters starting in August here...familiar?
ok, 150 down . . . gotta run . . . helping with rescue dog transport in a bit -- HAGD!! *poof*
Jilly, all I remember now is he was young, nice, and had red hair. Sorry. (they all used their first names too)
hi all
... hey I got the xe5/22 times 2 so I may just settle for that
July 1 is when all the medical residents get their new assignments across the country
LOL, I'll have to check him out!
BTW, to the rest of you in the US, that's one BIG reason to never get sick in July! ;-)
yikes.......this is a tough one
yep. it is.
how is dh nef?
driving me nuts, Jilly. He's just finished a high dose steroid bump and we start the taper today. He's a real motor mouth, but his speech is hard to understand (the MS flare up has affected his voice box)
and I still want to tie him down to keep him from doing dumb things (last night he wanted to LIFT a full 5 gallon bucket!)
But he's not hurting; so there 's some good coming from this too
Steriods have so many unpleasant side effects!
I told him that we both know that during the taper he's going to be witchy; and I will end up that way too (just from trying to please him). And I warned him that if he was too nasty, I'd duck tape him and his mouth and leave him alone for a while! :-)
Go Nef! : )
he's been warned now... ;-)
Every survival kit should have duct tape. It's so versatile. : )
Dealing with over achieving spouses! Reminds me of a nurse friend...her hubby was a brittle diabetic with double amputation...she would hide his prosthetic legs when he was thinking of doing something stupid\
Jilly! That is hilarious!
LOL, Jilly! THAT is really funny (in a very sick way!)
nasty twisty little grid...still don't have nbt!
Typical of us nurses...God help families with one of us.. ;)
me either, Jilly. I still need those 2 right E's
i think the ei is a 7...
hello again.
Sometimes I wonder if our families get crazy dealing with us or vice versa, Jilly
couldn't even get to half earlier
it's very slow going for me too, ruby. I've just got 50 in 1 hour
... not to worry ruby ... I'm not getting to half later
Finally! NBT!
one more...middle i...grrrr

or in+ length of a bridge
{{nef}} I can certainly empathize!!!!
hello molly; I'm adding duct tape to my next "tools" run
getting ready for sprite's visit is making me happy; it's fun to see my place from another's eyes
LOL, ruby. I remember some of your comments in chog through the years....
sprite will be visiting you? How wonderful! :-)
for her first night, after her very looooong journey, I'm making duck and a strawberry tart ++++
Jilly, did you get my clues?
and, the next day, I will make currant jelly (after she and I "clean" the currants)
nbt....now must head off to get ready for a funeral. It's been a hard 6 months...
Yes, thanks Nef! bbl
ooh! Sounds delicious! Can we visit too?
YES!

nope, 2 different people. This one is an RN in MT; friend of harpjane
I am in here at such odd times that I am never sure!

Its not too difficult to get about half way but the surfeit of vowels is a pain. Babble is, by definition maddening

Got to halfway last night but now am very stalled. hi Molly, Soodle, TO, SG, jdd......
pe7 : like a writing insstrument, but with an extra vowel int he middle.
hi cos
I will just shut up about what I think that word means.
Oh my!! Another Irish flag. Hello Jdd44. Its lovely to 'see' you!
:)
thanks cos. I hear more yardwork calling me
I would ask you Irish folks if you are celebrating Bloomsday, but when I mentioned it here before I was ignored.
Lol Moll. I didn't take part in the festivities, but there were plenty in Dublin today. Readings from Ulyesses and other Joycean activities. Just a little bit too high-brow for Soodle.
la 6/18??
nu5 please?
la + two hump letters + trauma unit in hospital
*Wonders about a good "low-brow" substitute for Soodle*
thanks cos
nu-5 = nu = men
hahahsaha
off to the box
lol thanks! awesome clue
meant to say big bous
boys
Is anyone else having problems with You Tube today?
that puts me to under 100 left.
lemme test it out for ya molly one sec
works ok for me.
The BBC R4 had a dramatic presentation of Ullysses throughout the day in relatively short segments and I managed to listen to a good deal of it. My domestic circumstances did not allow me to attend any of the events but this year appears to be much more interesting as the book is now out of copyright and the very restrictive policy of the Joyce estate can no longer prevent the presentation of Joyce's works as the performers think fit. Unfortunately the weather was not great in Dublin from the mid morning which probably put something of a damper on the festivities.
Weird. I can only get it to work in IE and I hate IE.
ugh IE is like.... the ramen of internet
Well, here's to James. Slainte.
What part of Dublin are you in, Jdd?
Ha! That is a great analogy Cos. : )
Joyce abú!
Soodle: Mount Merrion
I'm ex-Clontarf. I defected to Trim 20 something years ago!
Soodle, ex-Clontarf sounds like something from Star Trek.
Molly, do you have any Tullamore Dew to toast Messrs Joyce, Bloom et al?
Of course I do. *Sip*
Atta girl!!!!!
I keep eyeing that Feckin' Irish Whiskey, but it hasn't gone on sale yet.
My great grandfather lived in Trim. His name was Samuel Kelly and he was Head of the Industrial School and made the headlines when the inmates murdered a teacher on evening who was a namesake. Family lore has it that the inmates got the wrong Kelly in the gloom. The other side of the family was from Navan.
Hmmm!!! According to my long-suffering mother, all whiskey is 'That feckin' whiskey'!!
There is whiskey and there is whisky. The e is all important.
Good grief, Jdd. That story has the makings of a terrific book!
Duly noted, JDD.
My aunt already published a book on her grandparents but doesn't deal with the murder episode. Anyway, don't want to bore others with local ancient scandals.
The way I hear it, Only the Scots make whisky.
Yes they lost the e somewhere on the way. Maybe too much sampling of the liquor as it matured. Irish and Scotch whiskies are made by different processes.
Me gran Da called it whuskey. : )
My dad is from North Kerry. Some of his peers would call it Fishkey.
Molly, I have no doubt you are aware of the genesis of the word Whiskey? Uisce beatha....(ishka ba-ha), meaning Water of life!
I thought it was uisea beatha
I am an embarrassment to my ancestors when it comes to Gaelic.
Maybe you are right..... perhaps different dialects. And I don't think you would embarrass any ancestor. Heck - you celebrat St Brigids Day, Bloomsday etc. More than most residents of this fair isle would do!!
Don't normally drink it myself, except as a hot whiskey. A measure of whiskey, a slice of lemon, a small spoon of sugar and some cloves + boiling water (make sure the spoon is in the glass so that it won't crack) delicious on a wet, cold day. Puts a warm glow in the soul.
un 6/21 ??? monkey is so hot and tired.........
No Pagan in good standing ignores Brigid or her day. : )
A warm glow in the soul indeed.
un6/21...un + what you hammer into wood
"Uisce beatha" or water of life is the Gaelic term for whiskey. It is virtually the same in Scots Gallic. The pronumciation is "uiske baha"
sorry- i meant the un 6/36 before it
un6/36 the kind of bathroom for both men and women.
thanks... just like home huh?
hi all! phantom word for me: dulcimer
like your profile molly!
Hot whiskeys are now being served in the PB. Along with fried kidneys. In honour of James Joyce and Leopold Bloom.
*Gets in line for hot whiskey. Will pass on the fried kidneys.*
i could use a sip.. ok to slip into my pineapple juice?
Thanks Scrambler. The dry and humorless leave me so perplexed.
Where the hell is Peri? She is supposed to be partying down in here with her gin.
Evening all - back for the last 28. Although the thought of whisky and pineapple nearly made me runaway LOL
Just form an orderly line behind Molly, Sammysmom.. Theres plenty for all :-)
Hey Glan :-)
Hi Soodle - some time no see!
For sure. But I'm here now, and I have whiskey!!!!
woo hoo
Iechyd da!

hi!
phantom: laudanum
Hi Mel
Hey Melon. Welcome to the party :-)
hi, all. this is not my usual hour. I'm usually 1 am EDY
Hello to all Babblers! How's everyone doing on this fine day
Hi Minver
By the way, congratulations to all the finishers! Way to go!
Hello Min. Its lovely to see you :-)
here and gone. my afternoon nap calls. [poof!]
whirlwind visit
Goodbye melonheadjujube! I will see you tomorrow maybe
Melon... for the record, unless you are very very old, they are not called naps. They are called horizontal life pauses.
oooh, I LIKE that!
hi minver.. nice to see you
<------ Very fond of her horizontal life pauses!
I feel like one around 4.30 every afternoon, but rarely get the chance
Glan, call it a horizontal life pause, and everybody will be so bamboozled they will just say 'OK. Thats fine'.
at wirk???
or even at work?
Depends on how you say it!!!! With a determined. steely look on your face, announce to your colleagues that you now feel the need for a horizontal life pause, and defy them to challenge you. (It worked for me....)
if there was somewhere I could sneak off to have one, I think I'd give it a try LOL
Of course, they all think I am a bit bonkers anyway.....
they all know I'm completely bonkers - it's in my job description
I am wiriting and organising a murder mystery event at the moment and had to stage a practical hanging in the office this week so thta we could work out how high the cut end of a rope had to be from the floor -m colleagues who have no knowledge of what I am working on did look somewhat bemused when I put a hangman's noose aorund a colleague's neck and lifted my arm up...
hello all, I am here with some gin!!
and then I put the same noose around my own neck and extended my arm so a colleague could mark the rope at the point whre it needs ot be cut LOL
Oh, thank goodness Peri - I don;t drink whisky and was getting fed up of sobriety
glantarell...... what an interesting job you have.!!
Sammysmom, you took the words out of my mouth. Wow!!
Interesting - and very challenging - an author was supposed to be writing this while I organised it. He bailed. I had 40 people with tickets - so pitched in.
just up from a nap, or horizontal life pause :) don't want any gin at the moment. I also bought some limes!!
<--Does not think Soodle is bonkers
hi there Molls, love your profile today
Oh, hello Sleeping beauty
:)
and as if there asn't enough pressure HTV (tv company) are going to be filing parts of it. All I can say is I'd better not mess up
i ma a big fan of english murder mysteries... just finished a martha grimes
I am stuck with 93 left
the author (ssshhh) is Bernard Knight - he writes medieval mystery novels and this event is a medieval murder evening
la7 pls
i hav organised a harpist, and medieval nibbles, and costumed 'servants' to delviver some of the information in an interesing way
la7 - earth + not women
duh, ty Glant
when will this event take place Glant?
Ooo, ooo, what are medieval nibbles?
can't remember their names but one is a sort of cottage cheese fritter, one os a sort of spinach tart with raisins and I totally forgot pudding LOL - I tried to find things which were outside the usual British palate - and we have mead, almnd milk and hippocras to drink - hippocras being a spiced wine
Thursday night Peri
Medieval nibbles?????? Sounds positively decadent!!!!!
I will either be suicidal or incredibly happy on Friday :-) as it has been somewhat of a challenge
they are only little tastes of food, just to add a little something to the event - canapes really
Too bad I'm so far away. I would volunteer to be a service wench.
Note to self.... be sure to log in to Babble on Friday to hear how things went.
I hve been very fortunate because the event depends on volnteer help and I have 6 volunteers which is what I neeeded
<---Laughs at note to self that will be summarily forgotten
would have been better if more men had vounteered but I have just enough to scrape through LOL
http://cadw.wales.gov.uk/events/alleve nts/5913174/?lang=en
Speaking of volunteers, today I am celebrating that my son is done with his conservative hospital volunteer job and has grown his beard and moustache back. Hooray for him looking like himself again!
Glan, it sounds like an absolute hoot. I have absolutely no doubt it will be a roaring success.
I wish I was so sure Soodle!
Hooray for hair
Molly, glad your son looks like himself again
Hooray for hairy sons, was what I was trying to say!!
The clean shaven thing was really getting on my nerves.
my poor boy is celebrating his 27th birthday in a caravan in Tenby, with his partner, in laws and 3 year old - and we have had downpours and flood warninhgs and high winds across south Wales since yesterday morning - he may be floating away as I write LOL
please could somebody take pity on me - have only had 4 to get for the last hour a- all Ves....
Aw, happy birthday to your son, Glant.
A very happy (and dry) birthday to Son of
Glant.

No thank you Glan. Best of luck with your mission!!!! Nite nite.
Thanks Soodle. I just hope I can quell the nerves enough to enjoy it on Thursday LOL - will try to remember to tell you all how it went on Friday (unless I'm so wired thta I tell you late Thursday LOL)
*Opens more uiske baha in the PB*
Nos da pawb - night all!
Night Glant
Nos da pawb, Glan.
Oh Soodle, some no count in Cedar Rapids Iowa won my 240 million dollar Powerball jackpot. *Kicks wall*
Ahem, I mean bless them and may their abundance become our abundance. So may it be.
good comeback Molls, sorry you did not win tho
Ah well Peri, as Journey said, don't stop believing.
indeed
Rubbing sore foot after kicking wall..... Indeed. May they enjoy their good fortune.
*Takes a moment to feel sorry for the youth of today as they have no decent bands to listen to, like Journey*
bbbs

Hm. I know lots of people in Cedar Rapids hmmmmm

Cos! It's time to renew some friendships!

You don't have to reference top secret Facebook memos Soodle. I know Trif is making time with some hot new guy.
afternoon folks
ce6 please anyone?
molly!!!!! hahahaha
hello jes
molly!!!!! hahahaha
Hey Jes
nvm :P
hi trif, how you doing?
Molly. Cider House Rules is without doubt the best book I ever read in my life. John Irving is my all time hero.
So, despite what lickety reckons, 'landmine' isn't a word???.....hmmmm
how goes, molly?
I pondered that as well, movie man!
jes, see molly's blunt post - I am happy!
plural it, movieman for the list!
happy is good :)
Good night you princes of Maine, you kings of New England.
Oh my goodness,,, Movieman. How absolutely lovely to see you.
is the u in the second column a un?
yes trif
Wilbur Larch is probably my favourite fictional character of all time.
thanks, for a big grid its not giving up nbt without a fight
I thought they did a good job with the movie too, Soodle.
last L is li 5/14 any clues pls
Oh God, I thought they MURDERED it. nothing in the movie matched up what I had imagined. But, thats par for the course with books I have read, and movies I have seen.
Opps, it is the second last L
woo hoo monkeyed li6/24
finally nbt! whew!

molly beat me to it.
ty Molly
wtg trif
yay trif!
thanks. it's gonna be a good night.
L's done. 60 to go.
got a hot date later - yeah!
Irving is hard to adapt to the screen. Although it had it's moments, the film version of "A Prayer For Owen Meany" was almost a whole different story.
My all time favourite John Irving book is A Son Of The Circus. Whenever I feel pissed off I open that book at a random page, and it is 100% guaranteed to cheer me up.
Wait a minute young lady. Where do you think you're going in that short skirt and those high heels?
oh, okay, molly, I will take them off then!
males in here! stay clothed!
will do cosde
leches in here... take 'em off! :D

I just hope she doesn't come crying to me when she gets pregnant with quattro.
Actually laughing out loud. Trif, you go and strut your stuff girl!!!!! Dont you pay no heed to Sister Molly!!!!
*Says a novena for the Babble strumpets*

Down boy, it's for her date.

25 left. may as well finish
Ah, sure, we'll all be grand. We can all do whatever we want, and Moll's prayers will give us all a 'Get out of jail free' card. Whooooo!
One never misses that word when one has been through twelve years of Catholic schooling.
was spared that thank god.my school was with us regular heathens
had to deal with them both saturdays and sundays growing up
but they were sweet so it wasnt that bad :)
*Tries to imagine Lil Altar Boy Cos*
R's done.

my cousin and i were altar boys together. once he held the candle too close to his head and set his hair on fire during mass. the priest started laughing uncontrollably we had to just wait for him to calm down
The purest, most single malt heathens are the rebellious Catholic school kids. We wrote the book on heathenism. : D
ROFL Cos!!!! Great story, well told!!!!
Oh thanks Cos...water all OVER the monitor.
lol yvw :)
not on this planet.we spent a few years with a matronly aunt when we first came over to canada and she was big in the church and part of our rent/punishment/pennance/whatever was we sat there and added up sall the collection envelopes after the flock had been fleeced and gone home.each dontation had a name, each name went in a ledger and the sums were added up monthly.was a tough road watching all that when my da was earning a dollar 45 cents and hour in the early 60s..guess the church used the books we painstakingly sweated over at night to see was to be first through the pearly gates when it was all over and done with..
mm,just read that to myself and i am sorry..was bitter bread we were served those years
but lets talk about bacon instead:))
With a smirk on my face after Cos's story, I am going to go to bed. Good night all.
night soodle :)
10 left!
sleep sweet, soodle
Night Soodle.
Why is there is not a la9 on the clues if there
should stick to the bartenders guidebook..never talk politic or religion..food,booze sex, what trif is wearing tonight is all open but not those 2 topics;)
landmine and pl are not accepted by enable
la8 and la9 exist in lickety but not in the grid
or rather, are acknowledge by.
THAT IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY
4!
enable is a amazing thing
i don't know why, kenny, just that it is so.
one of the greatest mysteries of life :)
hi again, must have nodded off, What is ENABLE, kinda sounds like HAL from Space Odyssey! :3
the dictionary that babble uses, scrambler
enable giveth,enable taketh away

Hi all!! I protested at a Romney event in NH yesterday. What fun!!!

Hey...nice weather we're having lately : D
I will do everything I can to make a statement to this leech. He is not for the the middle class, the retirees, the vets, the teachers, planned parenthood, and at the top of this list are Womens Rights. LOw income too.
I guess I'm fired up and see alot of ads here in NH. The politics make me upset.
However I and my friends will not stop.
sorry to get on the bandwagon. I will leave you all to your game. Take care
Womens' issues are a form of subterfuge, attack women, so you won't realize they have nothing to offer, keep you on fire while they hoodwink everyone. They are really a bunch of women hating cowards with nothing but money on their minds.
Sad, but true.
okay i'll shut up now and do my babbling!
you never need to shut up scrambler. We all have a voice.:))

Sometimes I truly don't get the way this chat log works.
i must admit, i always say thankyou, even if i do find it after i've asked but never say that i've found it...i'm appreciative of someone going out of their way to give me a clue...but that's just me!! it's just a shame i already had that clue molls :)

yvw
Ien
some seriosly weird words in this grid and my monkeys are about to give up!!
*seriously
you can do it lilli - though it is a lot later for you
throw more peanuts to your monkeys
it is teach but i only have 25 left so will try and finish!!
my monkeys appreciate it:)
I agree Lilliann. I can only spend so much time finding gibberish words. What is the point?
31 here - we can do it!
because we're insane!! lol
go teach....we'll do it together then :)
oh, and i've thought of the other word molly, i couldn't remember....addicted!!!
like "addicted" better - don't deny that
i was going to say that first teach, but my mind went blank which it does alot and i couldn't think of the word!! :)
thinking of all of these words in the grid wipes our minds blank
i'm also watching a film 'smokin aces' but too much going on, too much killing and i'm not getting it!! i'm more into bridget jones, which i watched earlier....and can watch over and over again!
i have a problem with my memory anyway teach, which is why i play this game...to try and help...not that i ever remember half these strange words!!
watching a documentray on the singers with the big bands back in the 40s - love the older mmusic and easier to babble with just music in the background
i like a bit of all music...i like the 40's that i've heard in films, i like jazz too...have just put the radio on on the tv as i'm like you teach, i quite often have music on in the background
harder to think of words when you are trying to keep track of a plot of a show
exactly...very off putting!
how are you doing teach?
16 left to go - and u?
same :)
hello everyone, back for last 18
hi flosey
how are you doing lilliann
hi flosey
fine thanks, and you?
good thanks, and teach? looks like you're about ready for fireworks
it's good to see you flosey and i love your icon
ty, we have many of these wild roses on the property - we're on a farm
lots of wild spaces
i can't believe some of the words i'm finding now and not alot earlier!! but that is babble!! :)
I think I'm stuck with the questionable 'words'
they are beautiful flosey buit i would never have guessed that they are rose
i think we've all been like that today flosey
not like the garden variety, they're wild, some people use the rosehips
after the flower is finished, there's a red sort of fruitlike that some people use for tea?? whatever
my favourite flowers are gerbras and carnations, not that i groe either
i've heard of rosehip tea
supposedly some nutritious value
*grow
oh I have some gerberas
so i've heard
such beautiful brilliant colours
are they easy to grow flosey?
i can't get into my back garden so i grow alot in tubs in my front yard
I really don't know if they come back year after year but have had them in the garden
they'd be great in tubs
i do have a retaining wall in the front though, so i can grow flowers that are not good in tubs
I can't garden anymore, but we have a rose garden that we have someone come to tend
oh great, didn't know that, will have to get some and put them in tubs
we call it the Garden of Forever - each rose is named after special relatives and friends
i like to plant my tubs when i can and my bairn helps me water them. the grass in the back garden gets mowed by someone i pay
That's really nice, Flosey.
aww, sounds lovely flosey and roses go on forever when looked after.
i use to love roses but when my bairn was small got rid of them all and had the back garden turfed so she could run around
how many roses do you have flosey?
I'll have to take a picture that I can post, it's recently been readied for summer, with a few perennials between
i would love to see a picture:)
not sure how many, at least a dozen
i have a dwarf rose in a tub...it's not done too well the last few years but seems to be picking up this year...but the weather here has been sop hit and miss i hope it survives again
good luck with it lil
does anyone have a clue for an8 please?
ce6 pls
need that one too peri
an + se 6/18
flosey, sounds like a response to a question and some fruits end like this nectar***
i've had it since the bairn was born so it is about 12 years old and it has grown well, then my mam vame and i think she pruned it back to soon so alot of it was dead, but beginning to pick up again and hopefully go on for more years yet, as i do like roses
thanks wv

Me too ..
bruce and bruce2 are installing the new stove :)
admin still not a word, grrrrr
no, but you can change the vowel to get one
yep, got that one, ty
one of my favorite Oscar moments was when martin la6 came up to get his Oscar, and he said to the bandleader, I'm glad you did not play the Mission Impossible theme because that would have made be very annoyed (or words to that effect) LOLOL
Yay for new stoves!
yes, the bruces are excited to cook on induction :)
Love "the bruces" : D
yeah, for some reason nobody's ever called bruce2 "junior"
he gets called "kid" a lot though...

I did not know you had a turtle
thanks jes
"i like tortles!"
I have that one jes.. what's the second then?
it's technically Matthew's but since he has moved out it's mostly my responsibility. I think I will rename him "Worf" (after the Star Trek character) because he likes his food still moving...
worms?
ssorry. was elsewhere. hi stid. still not sure about this. i do like a challenge. but would love a quiet peaceful two hours. and i still need to eat something. thinking about pb and j
awwww oh god I love Worf.
you'd want something earthy stid..lol
PB&J is a good thing -- AND it's one-handed eating so you could babble with the other one...
I knew you'd have an answer for me ruru!
away from the water, rur
we i have nbt at last, after only 133 words. phew

scrambler: yes, we all do, don't worry. It is not valid in the grid. The version of enable that is used for babble does not recognise them.

Hello stidmama! I think you missed my greeting. I like your turtle icon a lot.I never knew that your family had a turtle.

Really Jess thanks. That kind of settles a why question. We do it for shits and giggles here
Must also get rid of a cat toy soon incase stupid boy cat inhales it
Interesting jes, one of mine was an orange tabby, the other was a Siamese
seems like oranges are over-represented in the diabetic population, but i've no idea why, jilly
Poor kitties. Can diabetis be refeversed in a Kitty?
no, lady, just managed. no more cureable than in humans.
All of the orange tabby's I have seem to have a propensity for weight
Actually, there is some literature that Lantus insulin can reverse it...but it didn't work with our siamese
Ok. I know what I meant
yeah, neither of mine were obese, though obesity is certainly a common predisposer for diabeties
My orange was too heavy, but not the siamese
du6/24?

I am actually done for the day. holding steady at 100, and see you-all tomorrow! *poof*
I started babbling at ni4/4 this morning. Because of the hardness of the grid,I was only able to complete a small pi5/14 of the grid. Now here's a story of clues to sp5/14 up the chat log. I ad6/24 so many of the babblers here. It just blows my mi 4/6 how babblers can finish the grid listless. Many babblers get to do a happy da 5/14 when they get fireworks. I am not a babble da 6/24 too often because I don't finish many grids. I am usually a du5/16 when it comes to babbling. It ir 4/4 me a lot when I do not finish a grid. The me4/5 thought of my rank getting lower makes me pa 5/14. Then I re 6/24 myself that it is only a game and not to take it so seriously. My hubby of mi4/5 has been waiting for the computer. I will be ni 4/5 and put him out of his mi5/12y and give it to him.If I don't husband will sn 4/5 and go crazy. I'm going to go watch the movie Al5/10.I'll see you all again tomorrow.
g'night lady, stid. sleep sweet
Goodbye stidmama! I will see you tomorrow in the chat log
Night Stid.
