sprite, you know how DH and i are trying to diet? we realised that there isn't enough protein inour diet. no, or very little red meat. so we have made a decision to include some form of extra protein with our evening meal. did so last night. we both feel better for it.

I think it may be related to feeling bad about themselves. If a man suppresses feeling inferior for whatever reason (being a addict or being increasingly forgetful and confused), being in the wrong is unbearable. Better to be angry.

here is just a small example of what I go through. The other day he is griping that I need to do laundry(which was a small basket) so after a day I done it, then He is bitching me out that after the first load that Iam going to drain the well
