Rose, My sister and I were having leg cramps a few years ago and her doctor had her to take a vit.D (will have to get with her to be 100% sure). I took them too and they did help a bunch.Though it took a week or two for us to notice any changes

i was thinking though one time when i read a story in the old testament about these lepers. they would sit outside the city because of course they weren't allowed near people. and like, their lives sucked and they probably felt pretty purposeless. but then the city was under siege by the syrians and then God confused the enemy and they all left their camps outside the city.
well the lepers were all just like, hey, we're going to die of starvation if we stay here, why not go to the enemy camp, the worst they can do is kill us
and so they were the ones who discovered that the enemy had just up and left, and went back and told everyone else, and saved the city. and if it hadn't been for the fact that they were so hopeless and purposeless to begin with, they wouldn't have done what they did.
so like, i dunno, i mean, in the grand scheme of things, it's not real satisfying maybe, but like, the purposefulness of someone's life can happen all in one day, you know?

The doctors thought that Diana's prognosis was good a few days ago. Today, she is in what appears to be end-stage lung failure. One lung has shut down, the other is not doing good. the corn bread i had was rather dry and not very tasty, but the corn**** had more fats in it and a ton more flavour.. and much moister too :)

It is really easy.....I never measured but put about a cup of cornmean in a bowl.... a little flour to help it stick together....one egg and milk....stir until it isn't really thick.....I used Crisco then....put some Crisco in heavy skillet and get it really hot, the pour a little of the hot Crisco into your batter.....lower heat to about medium and spoon batter into little Pancake size and maybe two or three to a pan. Cook until bottom part is brownedl, then flip over with a spatula and let it cook until it is brown. Don't make the batter too thick or it won't get done in the middle. Lots tastier than plain cornbread, I think.
