not very friendly at the moment... still flu and it is so cold all of a sudden! The storm ended the long 'indian summer' we have been having here.
yes, no flue here, but temp dropped yesterday, piled on the blankets last night, felt well loved by fabric, but temp bounced back today.
cuddling up underneath the blankets is nice :)
it is, one of the few good things about the cold.

snow scapes are gorgeous, skiing, skating, christmas, and playing with wee kids in snow are also terrific, but waiting for busses and such suck.

oh, hot chocolate (any hot drinks actually) are better when it's cold.

We get very few kids. Community trick or treat is the more popular thing here, rather than going door to door. I keep some candy handy in case a few kids stop by.

hello all - we have bike gangs here but they are mostly people over 40 that ride together usually early in the day - they go for a long ride then stop off for breakfast - nothing like the old days - today youngsters prefer to buy cars and these bike groups ride very flash bikes - harleys etc
one lady who was riding a trail bike was pulled over by the cops, and they demanded she show them any tattoos she had.
we have old biker gangs here.. "hell's geezers"
