My little sister burst her appendix about a month ago and kept hunting (up by Great Falls MT) for 4 more days (although I don't know what she did really). Now last night she was â„… a rt. lower quad "side ache" and I asked about BMs, bowel sounds, fever, tenderness, appetite, etc. She rated the pains as "at times" a 4-5/10. I told her to go in (she lives in Missoula, MT) but doubt if she did. What would you guys do?

I knew this to be true, but everyone else said I was being to protective. I mother knows! Now, if his father or anyone else doesn't follow the plan, he does not go there until they do.

There's just no excuse to dictate that carelessly..makes no sense since she could get sued. The problem is that transcriptionists have been called in as parties to those lawsuits and since I'm not a bit comfortable with her dictation, I just won't do them. Plenty of work with the doctor I can understand.

When I was a County Health nurse in the early '70's "Up North" I had a little tape recorder that I could dictate my nursing notes on and the secretary would then transcribe them. But if I left the recorder out in the car and it was 40 below zero, the batteries were slow and the tapes would be recorded at a slower rate than normal. When she went to transcribe them, they sounded like the chipmunks!

crossy love roast beef nights;))2 pound red angus roast,onions taters,baby carrots flour and spices for yorkie puds,3 eggs..cost about 15 dollars.feeds 3 first night.full roast beef dinner again tomorrow,then the next day is crock pot roast beef stew:))

After the sun set, we had a great view of the city lights.

My favorite season was always autumn and loved the crisp air and the colorful leaves. Here in Phoenix the only color change we have is from light brown to dark brown.
I think fall is also my favorite season. The months seem to fly by faster with increasing age. Hard to believe we can almost put 2013 behind us.
