when I pointed out that dr l didn't tell him because she and everyone else at every business I've ever worked or patronized acts on the knowledge that the person who receives a product is expected to pay for that product, he just glared at me and insisted that she should have told him.
No... I think it's common knowledge. Oh well. Some people just don't "get it" no matter what we do
