well he rubbed along my right shin where i have several nodes from the fibromyalgia. and also the lower calf, and ankle. all my muscles were tight.

the water classes friday might help some of that---its too bad you cant get a hot tub--I think that would help you alot
and i have increased the tension today, too. hopefully will do so again in 2 days.

well it's still february, and i am now 2 months post-op. mid-april i will be 4 1/2 months post-op. i think i can start back at work at the beginning of april.

by the time i see the doctor in april, i, hopefully will be on 6 hour shifts. if i can't do it, i certainly am not going to do it. remember i have to be off the strong pain meds. in order to look after patients.
I wouldnt rush it either and make sure to buy slip proof shoes--lol
pugs, i have those shoes i bought just before surgery....oh, oh, yeah...well i think environmental services will be pretty strict on displaying their signage when washing floors.

major one on 19th last month, one little one 2 weeks later and what I think was a biggie on Fri night.....he used his andina spray a 12 midnight and then again at 4 am and I rang the ambos

I think they should go ahead and run the test needed too---He might have a small blockage
okay, next time, he needs to say he used his spray every 5 minutes x 3 and the pain didn't subside. that way the hospital will have to act quickly to find out why chest pain was unrelieved with spray.

I realized when the vet came the other night, that Raffie had become too timid from being walked by husband much too early. So now I am walking her while he walks Rufiem trying to socialize her a little and make her less afraid and more obedient.
It's probably good for me, too, but she's a lot of dog for me to handle.

Rufie responds to hand signals when he is outside and \i'm inside. If I motion "come in", he knows it's time to eat
they don't run that program here and he wouldn't pay attention, anyway

you have your icon photos you use here..just click on the create button..click on search for image...it will bring up photos you have on your computer...choose the one you want...then use the slider to choose how many pieces you want your puzzle to be..then click the finish btton...easy.

It's unfortunate that most of us don't realize we're hurting our backs until the damage is already done. We need more education on back care and preventing problems, I think.
You are so right about that Mimi.
My back problems started with pregnancy...I carried totally out front all three times. No one mentioned I should wear a pregnancy girdle for support. So I've now told everyone I know who gets pregnant about that. Maybe they can prevent it with that information. When the back hurts, one cannot help being miserable.
That is one of the reasons that childbirth classes are helpful. Any excess abdominal weight is going to put strain on the lower back. There are exercises you can do to help with that.

80% of middle ear infections resolve without antibiotics, so we don't use them much for ear infections anymore.
ah i had mono in college. i did not diagnose myself. but it was quite a relief when they did diagnose me and then they gave me something which helped what was happening in my throat.

TO, i think it was eostrogen based as apparently her 2nd pregnancy brought it on and she lost her baby without knowing she had cancer but after having her breast removed she is now about 8 years clear and that is why she sticks to this book
Soy is okay in moderation but comes with its host of other problems (though I'd say probably not as problematic as cow's milk). Almond milk is a bit pricey (about $2.00-$2.50 per quarter), but if it helps me be healthier, then I'll buy it. Also, the brand I get (Almond Breeze) has 50% more calcium than milk.

i cannot tolerate almond milk. drinking it is like eating a large handful of almonds, which would give me a bellyache. almond milk does as well.

i only use milk for cereal (very little), and in mashed potatoes and some recipes.
goats milk is very rich, too rich to drink in most cases.
It's unfortunate that foods that claim to be "healthier" are so much more expensive.

I do a lot of cooking from scratch, so that helps a lot. I shop at a co-op, and that helps, too. However, the co-op near me is much more costly than the other supermarkets and local farmer's market.
