and no fast-release at all on non-hydro days. so in that department i'm doing quite well.
lol...the bike is my saviour. it keeps the muscles loose and not crampy.

Spinach is very nice too.
I have the best way to make brussel sprout. First, cut them in half and clean off the outer leave. Then boil them in salted ater until they're cooked. Then, uate them with olive oil, butter and garlic and they are superb!!!

Garlic bulbs can out last winter no problems.
i have the most wonderful garlic press. i load it up, scrunch the cloves, put it all into a 'freezer' bag, and store it in the fridge.
but the fresh ones are mild and flavorful
In the US,I could never find fresh ones, they were alwys dry and bland
i use spanish garlic all year round.

The beef here is basically inedible (spoiled by American steak); the portk is too lean. Overall, I eat about half as much meat as I did in the US, probably good for e in the long run
