I think we live in amazing times, experimental surgery in the 80's, minor procedure in the 10's
i know, fortunately when i had mine, only minor-moderate severe blockage, no stents required. my bro is younger than i am.
me, I feel great, like someone waved a magic wand, angina gone, waiting for the doc's ok to exert myself again, but am definitely much improved

but the happy juice they filled me for the sergery with seems to have altered my sleep paterns

melatonin, an enzyme our body produces to tell it to slow down processes, it's time to sleep. it's completely natural.

Ive just been lurking--getting sluggish from the meds kicking in

when we go through a stressful time, i.e. a procedure like what you have had, our bodies forget to produce the enzyme at the correct ti4.
joso, of course it's a natural remedy. just like vitamin and mineral supplements.
one for pain and two for infections
mate, google it. and if you still don't want to use it...fine...but at least you will have made an informed decision.
gran I believe that a couple of days haveing to be up at a reasonable hour will push me back to a normal schedule, just now I don't have to wake as I'm taking a bit of time to r&r, if regular means fail then I will look into other ways

I wanted Netflix, but my husband has jast paid extra for hd channels on our sky as we more channels that way, but not many, just looks better and catch-up and box sets for a month
Plus with him being away he can still get them all on his laptop
He said i can get netflix too, but i don't see the point in paying too much money out a month...i probably wouldn't watch half of them, i'm still weeks behind catching up programmes i've recorded
yes, if you want the hdtv channels and any dedicated sports channels, then Netflix is not for you
though many of the movies are in hdtv format
I can run Netflix on my tc, computer, tablet or phone, no matter where I am
well, with the tv I must be at home, of course lol
i know what you mean Pabtrek, we were having withdrawal symptoms when out sky wasn't working last week and that's because of the new sky box and wifi and the bairn and i had the tv on the wrong channel...and that was just for a few hours..but if my computor went down that would be alot worse!! :)

lilliann, tell her to look up an amazing was series that aired on tv long ago. It was actually a BBC creation and is by thames broadcasting I believer and it is a 20 part(or so) series called World at WAR and is my favorite war documentary of all time
it originally aired in 1976 and has the benefit of being able to interview key people who were in the was as they were still with us at the time

many were still in their 50,s at the time and could relay accurate facts and interesting stories
I'll tell her and look into it Crossy.She's been writing poems from soldiers as it's to do with them and fighting in the trenches but she can cover other things and as she loves animals, she has covered them well, along with songs and she's written some pages of soldier's diaries and she's doing Winston, Hitler and Hemingway as they were all in ww1

my grandfather, never made it overseas, but was a firewater in the war, he was stationed in London during the blitz and had to report bomb hits and organize the fire dept of the time.
