Usually, a single IP address is attached to one residence or place of business. If you are the board owner, it's fairly easy to track an IP address.

for those who are following my school exploits, it seems that after this law class, I shall be taking a University Writers Craft course(EWC4U) for my final credit:) I pulled a 96% in ENG4C and this allows me to take this course without the fuss of bothering with other tests;))) Bonus is that it is all various forms of creative writing:)
