have you tried the steam inhalations? as well as rubbing the vicks on your chest?
I have the vick rub but not the steaming and Iam doubling up the meds in the evening
just dissolve some vicks in boiling water, put a towel over your head and lean over the bowl. and breathe as deeply and slowly as you can. i stress slowly. if at any time you feel giddy, or get pins and needles anywhere, stop immediately. and sit up straight, and breathe in normal air.
giddy might be nice--LOL
btw, keep your eyes closed. vicks not good in eyes...

this is day 2 of rain for us, but I am not complaining. Everything is a rich , vibrant green and Mother Nature is in her full glory on our hikes.
I shouldn't complain either as we've ha a beautiful spring. The roses etc. are mostly finished but I'm afraid this rain may ruin the fruit. But, yes, it's VERY green
it has been a consistant 15-25c and we are not roasting like my brother in Vegas , where it has been between 40 and 45c
up to this spate of rain, it's been 25 in the afternoons and cool at night, really perfect
I would have trouble with La Vegas temps, but at least it's not humid there
You should be here, ruby. Up on the hill during our drives, we have seen a wide variety of those tiny, wild roses in every colour of the rainbow

I do not know much about roses, but these are about half the size of a regular long stemmed red rose, the main ones being a dusty rose or a dark voilet in colour
One of my rosebushes is, I think, a kind of wild rose but the ot***s are cultivars in shades of pink, salmon, red and purple
would take almost 3 of them to make up a regular rose, but they are perfectly formed and very fragrant

Diabetes is tough. Sometimes you need a really tough lesson to take it seriously
But, he is not ready for a faclillity. he passes the CCAC tests by a percentage or two, shines himself up like a new penny for the interwiews and when they go away he carrys on again.
She lives in a memory care unit about 35 minutes away. I visit her and she smiles at me. I tell her I'm her daughter and she smiles more.

My mom was hospitalized for 5 days in April, with cellulitis from venous stasis ulcers on her legs and feet, which she ignored and hid from us. Then she was at a rehab facility for 9 wks and came home a week ago.

... my wife was on contract for three years with a local university but the boss screwed up badly and didn't get her work programme approved ... ... six months later she posted a job that my wife wrote the project charter for ... then called my wife ... who laughed in her face

I worked once for a college that had some years earlier fired a very outspoken professor (who had seriously irritated the Chairman of the board of Governors), who successfully sued them for a very sizeable sum of money; after that they adopted a rule that they would hire people on one-year contracts - but they were advised that they could only do that for three years- anyone who got three of these contracts in a row was considered to be tenured.
