*rolls eyes* sorry dear...doctors are not pharmacists. maybe talk to your pharmacist. just to check. the instructions on the box i have says 2 at first time, then 1 after each following time, until the bowel spasms settle.
what the med is trying to do is slow the peristalsis in your bowels down.
oh yeah, it says the same thing here, but that is for acute diarrhea. In my case, one a day is enough.
Could the tablets be a different strength in the Netherlands?

Because in the end you are killing. If you kill someone because you think they are terrorists and deserve what they do, the terrorists will reverse that logic and give you the same treatment. This is an endless cycle until one side is entirely wiped out.

Democracy might not be the best system for a structure that size. It certainly isn't for the human body, composed of trillions of individual cells which certainly don't have their own say in how the whole body operates.
