I know. Which is why I am at home with a benefit and they are working. I have asked many doctors, rose, and none of them knew a way out for me. Therapy, for the old traumas, check. Painkillers, check.
I think the lyrica works well. Just not long enough. My prediction is that I will have to take it 3 times a day.

it's the herbal thing i take. i import it from america. it has a brilliant combo of herbs in it. if you google it, you will find a page which you can print out.
found it on google. Contra indications: medication for hypertension, diabetes, depression.
it is how i found out about magnesium malate.

if you take the print out to your pharmacist, they can check your current meds and tell you if it safe or not.

one is, the citalopram. The other one is mirtazapine, but that is a tetracyclic one.
hmmm, anatrin contains 5HTP which is the precursor to seratonin production. still it is worth a try.
I can always ask. But we don't want a seratonin poisoning, lol.
see, that is one of the things about fm sufferers. we don't produce seratonin, the mood stabiliser, nor melatonin which tells our body to shut down for sleep
it is pretty messy, that whole fm, isn't it, sigh.
and anatrin contains ginger root, a marvellous herb for nausea.

Thankfully, most places I go have a phone. The supermarket provides a free one for cabs, the vet always calls me a cab, etc.
My next phone will be a regular pay-as-you go cheap phone, no smart anything. it will just make calls
although the one time i didn't have my phone with me is when I needed it! *sigh* Murphy loves living in my pocket.

last time I did that, I got almost 6 months on 100 dollar card:)

they do not expire on the 100 dollar cards only

I think with the other cards it is 35-45 days

Pay as you go is a really cheap cell phone service. When you notice your balance getting low, you just add money in increments of 25 dollars. Perfect for people who seldom use their cell phone.

one of my friends had a word processor not unlike that in the last 80s/early 90s that I occasionally used to write papers when I stayed at her house in high school
very disconcerting with the tiny screen
but of course it was far less portable and all that back then
I imagine the "non-full page view" is it's biggest criticism. And that could be fixed with a flip-top view screen. Since it is still a prototype, I am guessing that might be a fix before it's released.

Utah is an amazing state. I hiked in Bryce, Red, and Zion canyons (and mountains) 3 yrs ago. I got heat exhaustion 2.5 miles down the Grand Canyon on the same trip. I learned about water losses and the need to drink huge amounts of water.

she and her fiancee are super excited, especially after the financial issues of having to live in the upper east side of manhattan (she is going to Cornell)
